OMG, God is retarded?

[...] Quick Take: Palin Stands Against Abortion During Indiana Speech → Read full article… [...]

Sean R.   April 17th, 2009 - 10:47 am

So let me get this straight to the first poster, that means your in favor is infanticide, right? If so, then clearly you don’t like children, and that clearly means that you don’t have any kids yourself, and it also means that you have sympathny for death?

I know you Progressive-Liberals are anti-life, anti-family, and pro-death, it doesn’t surprise at all how liberals think in their tiny braincells. Now wonder you liberals have sympathny for killers/murders and are anti-capital punishment, and pro-abortion!

Liberalism is a Mental Disorder!!!!

So THAT explains it!   April 17th, 2009 - 10:49 am

No Sean, it means that you have no business interfering in other people’s decisions regarding this very sensitive issue. Sarah Palin stated herself that, “this was a very difficult decision for me” but that “I decided to go ahead with the pregnancy”. Good for her! I wish her and the little one well.

Wait a minute! What was “difficult”? You mean that she actually had to “think about it”? What if someone “thought about it” and made an equally “difficult” decision to NOT have the pregnancy come to term? That should be HER right, too. This is what CHOICE is all about. No one told Palin NOT to have her child and no one should tell another woman that she has to have one either.

Why is it that you are “pro life” and pro-capital punishment? How does that fit? What is your “mental disorder”?

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 12:30 pm

YIKES
Without a team of Cindy McCain’s bought stylists, Palin is reverting back to a shlubby house frau.
SEE what happens when every queer on the planet detests you…it isn’t pretty

"Dr." Mary Pat Jordan   April 17th, 2009 - 12:36 pm

Christian’s are ignorant, self-righteous, dumb-a$$es.

Palin will probably run on a Christian, conservative, and moral platform. What a boob. She’s just using her looks (that are better than Hillary or Michelle’s) to get power.

Palin ought to be telling the country that all Americans over the age of 44 should have forced sterilization. Politicans should not use there personal lives or examples to serve their own political purposes.

Bristol Palin is a wh0re.

-”Dr.” Mary Pat Jordan, bleeding-heart, compasionate, left-wing, fringe, socialist, extremist

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 12:40 pm

@”Dr”
Michelle Obama looks 100 times better than Palin, she also has BRAINS, she was Barack’s boss already working at a prestigious law firm when they met. Palin can’t name a newspaper she reads….pathetic.

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 12:47 pm

These rabid Fundies don’t get the CONCEPT of CHOICE. If you want to carry 30 pregnancies to term….FINE that’s YOUR CHOICE.
Other women may make a different CHOICE, and that’s between her and her doctor…it’s sure NONE of your business.
The way to shut up anti-choice folks is ask how many infants born with AIDS they have adopted, or born addicted to alcohol or crack? If you aren’t adopting them…SHUT UP!

Mary P   April 17th, 2009 - 12:47 pm

Poor Dr. Jordan….you sound like a bitter, old hagged lezbo . You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. Many women are waiting longer to have their children, and mormal healthy children at that. I was 43 when I had my beautiful, healthy daughter. And my freinds daughter, who is 24, had an autistic child. I guess she should have aborted that child, because she’s obviously too young to raise a child with a disability. I’m sure that if it was up to people like you, any and all children born with a disability should be aborted….sounds a little like Naziism to me. Lucky for you and people like you, that this issue wasn’t being debated when your mother conceived you… we probably wouldn’t be having this discussion right now.

Mary P   April 17th, 2009 - 12:48 pm

Oh “Dr.” Jordan….you forgot LIAR in your list of fine qualities

James K   April 17th, 2009 - 12:51 pm

Hey mark, using your logic, you have to remain neutral on a number of injustices.

Applying your logic to other situations would mean that:
Only people who have adopted children have a right to voice an opinion on abortion
Only homosexuals have the right to voice an opinion on gay marriage
Only rape victims or people who care for them have a right to voice an opinion on rape
Only murder victims have the right to voice an opinion on murder
Only people personally involved in a morally questionable situation have the right to voice an opinion that situation

So mark, I work and donate money to a foster home that cares for all kindes of babies (drug-addicted, sick, etc.) and I have many cousins who have been adopted, but I don’t have a wife and no desire for children of my own so do I have permission to have a moral opinion on abortion?

RR   April 17th, 2009 - 12:52 pm

Go Sarah, Go! You are the best! You are ahead of the curve on so many issues. Take for example, the false story that you don’t read enough newspapers. Well, if true – we’re all going to join you, as these slobbering dictation-for-the-DNC paper-wasters go out of business!

Sarah 2012!

Larse   April 17th, 2009 - 12:55 pm

Out of that whole Palin mess up there, I only trust Levi anymore. He is the smartest guy in the zoo…

And I hope Sarah did not leave out giving a big fat lecture on the GOP’s ‘abstinence only’ program…

Whatwhatwhat   April 17th, 2009 - 1:00 pm

Sarah Palin 2012! Because, well she embodies the fakeness and lies of the right-wing that deserves to get beat like a dirty rug.

HWP   April 17th, 2009 - 1:10 pm

istening to some of these wannabe abortionists, it almost makes you want to turn tailcoat and become pro-choice to stop the madness.

kmichaels   April 17th, 2009 - 1:41 pm

standard liberal trolls drooling out their words of wisdom again today? Nope, just their typical hatred spewing over as a result of their wasted putrefied lives going nowhere.

kmichaels   April 17th, 2009 - 1:46 pm

I have to laugh at the mental diseased liberals asking a person how somebody can be “pro-life” but also “pro capital punishment”.

Its like saying how can you let an innocent child that never did harm to anyone live and yet insist that a convicted rapist murdering child abuser die.

It seems if the liberal mind is truly that screwed up, truly that putrefied of susbstance, then nothing will ever sink in.

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 1:56 pm

kmichaels
I could reduce abortions in HALF overnight.
Women…stop having sex with pro-life men.

ANTI-CHOICE folks …you’ll NEVER EVER EVER stop abotions. Wealthy women were never resticted by ANY laws, they could either travel to where it was legal or bribe a uS doctor in a nice clean clinic. ONLY poor and young women died in back alley butchers or botched self abortions.
btw for all your Born Again Bush…he never got rid of Roe vs Wade…why do you suppose that happened?
Cuz women and progressive men would rise up and toss you from government the day Roe gets threatened.

hereintexas   April 17th, 2009 - 2:34 pm

Amen to that!

What Liberals fail to understand is we are entitled to our opinions without ignorant insults. How much do you get paid to spew your hatred on the Web all day long anyway? File all of your hateful comments under, now you have bad karma.

Some of us value… well, LIFE.

peter c   April 17th, 2009 - 2:48 pm

I can’t believe the hate kool Aid Dr Jordon and millions of left wing selfish liberals have been drinking for so long that they actually hate unborn children and all those who stand up for them. This isn’t about abortion rights anymore..it’s about a Liberal culture of death and intolerance that mocks Life..and God himself….a culture that demonizes Catholics…Christians and anyone who disagrees with their Godless agendas.
The emptiness in their hearts must make them unable to look within themselves to see the Evil they espouse.50,000,000 dead so far. Each and every one loved by God…each and every one could have been the next Mozart or Rev King…or Einstein…or great friends..fathers…mothers…sisters…brothers…husbands…wifes.. But they were torn from their Mother’s wombs. They were killed with no regard for their life at all.Their mothers were indoctrinated into believing their babies were called “fetuses”..not Unborn babies. They were told it’s nothing to do and that it is a wonderful woman’s right..That they could do it as many times as they wanted.
The Evil One has turned Good into Bad…Bad into good.he is happy….Jesus is crying.

LiberalsAreParasites   April 17th, 2009 - 2:49 pm

Isn’t it amasing how a conservative will keep a baby with down syndrone but a Dumb a$$ liberal will abort a healthy baby.
I finnaly agree with dr. idiot. Any boob can be president. Even a clown like obozo.

HWP   April 17th, 2009 - 3:10 pm

Murderous animals..the lot of them. Liberals….pure evil. And let’s not forget their praises of “evolution”. If and when those morons evolve…I might believe in it.

Oak Tree   April 17th, 2009 - 3:10 pm

To all you liberal, sick, twisted socialist society loving idiots above (and you know to whom I refer): Get a life. Your ilk are becoming more and more desperate. I mean, it started with few lunatic voices, but now, more and more of you mentally deficient types feel the urge to make the US into YOUR warped dumb@-ssed image. I have news for you. For each ONE of you loudmouths out there, there are hundreds of thousands of consevative, moral persons who may not make there voices known on the internet, but are sure going to let their voices be known come election time. Mark my words.

By the way, “dr” jordon, should you not be supervising teachers or something constructive at your school? Finished the day of indoctrination of the little whipper-snappers? Ha! What a loser.

Mary P   April 17th, 2009 - 3:32 pm

How sad it is for the ignorant liberals on this post to contiue to throw insults at people who merely want to preserve life. Unless you have ever been around a disabled child, a child with down syndrome or autism, or anything else, you have no idea what it is like to experience such great heartache and at the same time pure and exalting love. Looking into the faces of these children would cause any stone cold heart to melt. Or so I would hope. Just like Sara Palin said, “her child was made in the image and likeness of God”. How right she is…because when you look into the faces of these little children, you can clearly see the face of God through all their innocence.

Don   April 17th, 2009 - 3:39 pm

I’d like to thank the Flying Spaghetti Monster that we live in a country that has broken its’ chains from Xian extremist laws. I pray Republicans continue to stick to their failed policies and hypocritical speeches to insure they are not elected again.

Trig has no life ahead of him. What positive role can he play in society? None. He is nothing but a waste of oxygen, food, and water. Natural selection used to remove these flawed individuals, but unfortunately medical advancements and our societies wealth prevent Nature from weening out the weak.

NEITHER   April 17th, 2009 - 3:49 pm

Did it ever occur to some of you nitwits that many many Americans cannot stand EITHER Palin or Obama?!?!
Some of us just want some HONEST, COMPETENT PEOPLE IN OFFICE who are not liars, cheats, nutcases, perverts, or worse.

Jill   April 17th, 2009 - 4:06 pm

Really, there is nothing left to say or do but pray for those who hold no value for the unborn. Those of us who stand firmly on the side of innocent life must continue to use all avenues available to help save unborn lives and pray that God will thaw those frozen hearts that champion our current culture of death. God is indeed sovereign and has a plan and a purpose for this time in history even though we as His children cannot see the “whole picture”. God bless.

Jill   April 17th, 2009 - 4:11 pm

Peter C @ 2:48 – AMEN!!

HWP   April 17th, 2009 - 4:11 pm

Don: your spewing does nothing but put you in the running for poster boy of the Demoncrats advertisement of “pro-choice” “A mind is a terrible thing to waste…so why would you think Don had one”.

What evolution?   April 17th, 2009 - 4:19 pm

HWP,
You are right. Not all of us have evolved. Take you for an example…

You are still a Neanderthal

HWP   April 17th, 2009 - 4:27 pm

Evolution! I said “if” I believed in it….your the proof in point.

Eileen for Freedom/Liberty   April 17th, 2009 - 4:28 pm

Thank you, Governor Palin, for taking a stand as a mother on behalf of your child.

Had this child been born without any handicap and someone came to destroy his life…you as a mother…would do your best to protect your child even to the point of putting your life on the line to do so.

You did the same before ever looking upon his sweet, little face smiling back up at you. You protected him from the knife of the abortionist who would seek to destroy him and prevent him for ever taking his first breath.

Our “Christian” God will honor your decision for life instead of death!

He is a soul that will live to make a difference and a soul who has meaning and purpose in God’s world not man’s world!

God bless you and your family as you move forward to wherever God leads you!
==========================================

GOD BLESS ALL MOTHERS AND FATHERS WHO HAVE CHOSEN LIFE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND NOT DEATH!

What evolution?   April 17th, 2009 - 4:30 pm

HWP,
Do you really believe that the Earth is 4500 years old?

Eileen for Freedom/Liberty   April 17th, 2009 - 4:37 pm

P.S….”Pity” Mary Pat…if all mothers aborted their children…you wouldn’t have a job as the Principal of the Palombie Middle School in Lake Ville, Illinois.

Do you have any handicapped children at your school that should have been killed?

Why don’t confront those parents who didn’t abort them…and tell them they would have done you a favor by not having to have special conditions to have them at “your” school!

I am truly beginning to wonder if you are not the Principal at the school, but are just using their name as a front.

You are a very, cold and calculated human being…and perhaps…under your assumptions…you should have been aborted by your mother.

However, you know what…”Pity” Mary Pat…I would have advised her not to do so. Because every life is valuable to our “Christian” God…there is still hope for all as long as we have breath”…so I pray for your soul…”Pity” Mary Pat…you are being used for evil and I pray that our “Christian” God shall show you the way home because you have lost your way!

RogerCfromSD   April 17th, 2009 - 4:47 pm

You pathetic posters who deride and condescend are in dire need of healing. Your souls are sick, and about the only thing I can say about your posts is that they reflect an ideology that is anything but compassionate or tolerant.

Look in the mirror. You are the fascists of the 21st century.

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 4:47 pm

NO ONE was counseling or forcing any woman carrying a special needs child to abort. YOU people want to stick YOUR NOSES in Other women’s PRIVATE decision.
If it ain’t between your legs, it’s Not YOUR BUSINESS.

OVER HALF of those complaining about abortions are MEN, who will never have to face this decision…SHUT UP!

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 4:49 pm

You LYING G*D D*MN HYPOCRITES who “so” cherish life, and a sack of sh*t on another thread wished AIDS on me and other gays.

LiberalsAreParasites   April 17th, 2009 - 5:00 pm

Mark, if you think michelle obozo looks better than Sarah Palin, you are one sick MF.

RogerCfromSD   April 17th, 2009 - 5:02 pm

mark, seeing as how you are gay, you have not direct interest in the issue of “choice.”

Men who engage in sexual acts with women who end up pregnant, do.

So, why don’t YOU shut up.

Too bad!   April 17th, 2009 - 5:03 pm

Sarah Palin may be nice to look at but there isn’t much happening between her ears!

LiberalsAreParasites   April 17th, 2009 - 5:40 pm

Mark, so what’s your point? I’m sure I could find two opposite pictures also.

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 5:45 pm

@parasite

what you don’t comprehend…NEITHER woman flips my switch.
let me say this in little words you’ll understand.
THEY…ARE….WOMEN

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 6:03 pm

Roger
What you don’t understand is I was step father to two daughters with a longterm lover. I have a niece, and two great nieces, and MANY women friends.
Should any of them get raped, and some pencil neck christian fundie pharmacist deny any of them a morning after pill, I’d snatch him from behind the counter, and take him in an alley and beat the snot out of him.
Clear enough for ya possum?
btw, I lobbied for safe legal abortions before Roe vs Wade and helped get it passed in MN.

mark   April 17th, 2009 - 6:29 pm

@James K
If you are truely pro-life it doesn’t matter what YOU want in your life, get married and adopt those diseased babies. If you want to FORCE women to carry them to term, against THEIR WILL, then I can force you to marry and adopt against YOUR WILL.

or maybe you could just MIND YOUR OWN BU$INE$$.

ENOUGH WITH THE LIES!   April 18th, 2009 - 4:02 am

Oh, come on, Sarah. ADMIT that your son is “genetically challenged” and that GOD IS NOT a DOWN SYNDROME CASE! This B.S. about “my son is perfect and made in the image of God” is sheer nonsense and self-delusion. STOP IT. People need to stop pretending that retardation and birth defects are “SPECIAL.” They are handicaps that cause a lot of suffering and require tremendous effort to overcome–if they ever ARE overcome. Stop LYING to yourself and the rest of us.

Jason   April 18th, 2009 - 4:53 am

Did Mark say Michelle Obama is better looking than Sarah Palin? lol. I know this point is trivial, so don’t lecture me, please. It’s just hilarious.

Jason   April 18th, 2009 - 4:57 am

Mark, not only is michelle unattractive physically. She’s an ugly human being, period. She’s overtly racist, and she exposed her children to that same racism when she plopped those kids in that church every week. Obama is not my president. I don’t support him, and I never will. NEVER.

Far Right Wing Wacko   April 18th, 2009 - 9:22 am

Sarah Palin chose not to have an abortion when she found out that Trig would be born with Downs…

I’m sorry… isn’t that a choice? Therefore, she is Pro-choice.

No one is Pro-abortion. No one. They are Pro-Choice… and it seems that Sarah Palin is too.

It’s really laughable watching all these Republicans twist and turn in the wind. They have absolutely no direction and no center. It’s like watching rats swimming away from the Titanic. They just can’t accept that they lost the election and apparently the concept of majority rule means nothing to them. Some Republicans are starting to get that they’ve become completely irrelevant and that they must do something to try to get some cohesion back but then they come up against the likes of Palin, Limbaugh, Coulter and the teabaggers (grin). These people are all are making a laughing stock of the Republican party, they’re just too arrogant and ignorant (and always have been) to realize it.

Choctaw2   April 18th, 2009 - 9:51 am

Mark & the Dr. need to get together, have a life-long relationship. But, promise me, don’t have any kids. The world will be better off that way.

So THAT explains it!   April 18th, 2009 - 10:13 am

Let’s see if I have this right…Sarah Palin briefly “considered” the option of aborting her “chromosomally” challenged son but is for legislation that would deny OTHER women the same option because SHE decided that she didn’t want one?

That’s not too hypocritical, is it?

mark   April 18th, 2009 - 5:19 pm

choctaw2
A little late for that no kids thingy for me. TWO of my longterm lovers were divorced dad’s with joint custody of their two children(each.)
ALL the kids and I have good relationships, far beyond my living with their fathers. One is an Air Force doctor, who had grades so SUPERIOR, he was offered his residency at John Hopkins.
My step son…the D_O_C_T_O_R….you can be pea green with envy NOW!
I turned down having my own biological child, a lesbian couple asked me to be their donor, but I would have felt too responsible for a child half-mine to take a god-father or uncle like relationship with him/her.

mark   April 18th, 2009 - 5:32 pm

Jason

I’ve never see two president’s kids so unaffected acting, so bright, and so well mannered as Sashia and Malea.
I suggest you look at the falling down drunk Bush twins with fake IDs, or the Cheerleading coke and booze addict Barbara Bush raised, or the Reagan daughter who wrote a viscious scaything attack tell-ALL-book on her parents while IN OFFICE…ouch.
We can’t foget the wonderful Republican first mom’s like Betty Ford with a re-hab CLINIC named for her, or Pat Nixon on so much booze and vallium till she couldn’t stand up.

LEARN TO SPELL, YOU DOLTS!   April 18th, 2009 - 6:36 pm

WHY CAN’T YOU PEOPLE LEARN TO SPELL, OR AT LEAST USE A SPELL-CHECKER, BEFORE YOU POST ONLINE? IT IS EMBARRASSING TO WITNESS SUCH STUPID ERRORS as “viscious scaything” and “hypocracy”!!
SHEESH!
And you guys are considered “educated” and actually pulling paychecks from agencies like SCHOOL DISTRICTS???

SICKENING!

mark   April 18th, 2009 - 11:37 pm

Miss Spellcheck sorry to get your undies in a bunch. I see other people’s spelling and typing errors too, unless they are really nasty pigs, and I can make out what they mean, I let it slide.

Rita   April 19th, 2009 - 11:59 am

One only has to read the above posted comments to find the “weak link” in our society today. Mind your own business and respect the freedom of choice within the law would be my guideline. Anything else you believe should be taken up with your elected officials who can do something about it.

The debate over abortion will never go away so move on to other issues or contact your reps and organize a street rally.

As a people, Americans are very unkind to children in general. We don’t respect youth, their innocence, or their right to have drug free, responsible parents. THIS IS WHERE EACH AND EVERYONE OF US NEEDS TO FOCUS–trust me. As a secondary school teacher, the problem cuts across racial and economic lines. Thousands of children today are without loving or caring parents who are too absorbed in self gratification, be it drugs, sex, alcohol, etc. Check out the juvenile courts in your area. Question: So, what are we gonna do? Continue to insult each other and look the other way?

It is a shame, crying SHAME, to critize Sarah Palin, let along, critize her family. What about Biden’s daughter? Can’t wait to see how the Obama daughters turn out, but I really don’t care and I expect the parent to do their best. I know that parents are at a disadvantage today. Outside influences on children, including the monster TV in the family room, are capable of showing corrupt and horrible images to children of all ages. What a sick society we are and some of the posts on this topic demonstrate just what I am talking about.

Sarah Palin serves the public and does so at a great sacrafice–more so than any other public figure that I know. Why pick on her?

Rita   April 19th, 2009 - 12:42 pm

Seriously, is this thread really an example of civil discussion on this subject? Maybe I’m naive in thinking that this was ever the goal :( Major ugliness from both sides of the issue.

Far Right Wing Wacko   April 20th, 2009 - 1:59 am

Heyyyyyyyyyy…….Wait a minute here Breitbarf!!!!!

After admitting consideration, Sarah Palin CHOSE not to have an abortion when she found out that Trig would be born with Downs?

I’m sorry?……But…… isn’t that a choice? Therefore, she IS Pro-choice.

No one is Pro-abortion. No one! They are all Pro-Choice… and it seems that by her very own admittance, in front of a stunned crowd, Sarah Palin is also, “Pro Choice”! (Except of course when it’s convenient, like when pandering to the Religious Right for some $ for votes?)

Ahhh,… Once again, this redneck hate filled website spinning the facts in order to suit you ideological neanderthals continues to belittle you all even more. It’s no damned wonder you, your party, and all you stand for, have become the laughing stock of this country and the world!

Hell Andy, even your own website has become so desperate over the past 6 months it’s amazingly mind boggling! It used to be you could come on this site and have an actual intellectual debate. But not any longer! All the intellects have left (not that there were that many here anyway) and now there’s nothing more than a couple of bitter old know nothings that rant and rave because the rest of this country saw right through the ideological BS!

You morons lost period! You lost in 2000 and had to have the heavily far right bloated (but soon to change) Supreme Court side with you (even though you lost the pop vote) And you BARELY won in 2004 by paying off a bunch of college kids in Ohio with free beer & pizza! This time you all got so thoroughly thrashed it was flat out embarrassing for you. And by a fairly obscure half Black man at that to boot! Too funny!

I actually laughed my butt off as I watched all of the FOX Noise wannabe reporters crying and wiping away their tears along with that piece of dirt Karl Rove while Obama was being announced the overwhelming victor!

I can assure you another overwhelming thrashing the next go around as well. The voters are becoming much younger, more politically involved, more educated, more tolerant, far less ideological, and not at all associated with the far right what so ever! Looks pretty gloomy for you all again. And Gingrich? GIVE ME A FREAK’N BREAK! Now THAT’S a real laugher!

I’ll say it again, it’s really laughable watching all you redneck toothless Rethugs twist and turn in the wind. You all have absolutely no direction and no center. It’s like watching rats swimming away from the Titanic. You just can’t accept that your party lost the election and apparently the concept of majority rule means nothing to you. Some Republicans are starting to get the fact that they’ve become completely irrelevant and that they must do something to try to get some cohesion back but then they come up against the likes of Palin, Limbaugh, Coulter and the teabaggers (grin). These people are all are making a laughing stock of the Republican party, they’re just too arrogant and ignorant (and always have been) to realize it.

And the Far Right Rethuglican’t Comedy Parade Continues…
