Pakistan Shock: Graphic Taliban Video Shows Teen Girl Being Beaten for ‘Adultery’

AP: Pakistani authorities ordered inquiries Friday into a video showing the public flogging of a screaming woman in a northwestern valley where officials have yielded to Taliban demands for Islamic law. A militant spokesman defended the punishment, fueling a furor that cast more doubt on a creaking peace deal in the Swat valley that U.S. officials fear has created another haven for allies of al-Qaida.

Just a small taste of Of Islamic tolerance and enlightenment. I guess, according to the current administration, the moderate faction must be the crowd standing around doing nothing. I realize my statement shows my ignorance of the moral foundation and teachings of one of the great religions of the world, and I apologize in advance. Please Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton help me abandon my useless and twisted set of human values that have been embedded in my core, growing up in America under a Christian influence.

Just gotta love the “religion of peace.” What dramatic courage and scintillating intelligence it must take these men to beat a teenage girl. Every Muslim should be proud to be counted in these numbers.

If every Muslim disappeared from the face of the earth tomorrow, the improvement in the human condition would be staggering.

MUSLIM BULLIES NOT WANTED HERE   April 4th, 2009 - 2:33 am

This is what WE AMERICANS may have to look forward to, if we go the STUPID, ASSININE ROUTE of ENGLAND, NETHERLANDS, DENMARK, AND OTHERS WHO ARE ALLOWING MUSLIM BULLIES IN, TO *RUIN* THEIR COUNTRIES!

(And the current Administration is making “ominous noises” in that direction, it would seem.)

Quote from LATIMES:

“Muslim hiring: An article in Sunday’s Section A on efforts to increase the Obama administration’s hiring of Muslims said there were an estimated 7 million to 8 million Muslims in America. A study by the Pew Research Center estimated the total population was 2.35 million in 2007. —

Now, Muslim Americans, who according to a recent study overwhelmingly voted for Obama in November, have been carefully watching the administration’s every step.”

What bothers me more about seeing this anymore now is, Our MSM refuses to cover this.

RoP, my azz!

You scum media in this country….you show us, and the rest of this world what these people do to women.

If you won’t, I will.

I get more mad at the media now than this Muslim scum.

Perhaps is’s about time for a new military slogan. “Army, we see a turban, we kill the man wearing it.”

JMD   April 4th, 2009 - 12:20 pm

Wow it only takes three brave warriors of Allah to beat a 17-year-old girl. I hope our Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan see this. It might help improve their aim when they have these rag-heads in their sights. The religion of peace indeed.

Yewbee   April 4th, 2009 - 1:02 pm

I’m not defending or justifying islamic cruelty or the beating …..but pulleeeeze – he wasn’t BEATING her – he was slapping her, she had all her clothes on.
As a child, my mom used to switch my bare legs when I acted up or disobeyed. I didn’t like it, but it made me respect her.
This is what’s wrong with society today and why we have rebelliant children – they know that there are no painful consequences to their actions, so they do what they want and thumb their noses at authority.

Robin fuk off! As a serving soldier I am pissed that I spend my life defending your freedoms. Perhaps a new slogan should be Liberals, we see decent and honest people, Lets make Demonize them.

Oh give me a break,, she wasn’t spanked that hard.

Smilin'Bob   April 4th, 2009 - 8:49 pm

I would love to show this in school. I wonder if this counts for showing respect for “diversity”.

Caligula   April 4th, 2009 - 10:25 pm

sharia law…you gotta love it. exterminate these cockroaches already. geez. how much longer do we have to wait?

Jerry Pomeroy   April 5th, 2009 - 10:04 am

To Yewbee and B. Fife: Not that bad, huh? You might have a different reaction if you were on the receiving end of those blows. Regardless, the truly offensive issue here is why the punishment was meted out — the girl wouldn’t marry someone. Once we condone whippings as punishment for personal choice, Katie bar the door. The issue, you dolts, is individual liberty. The only thing more offensive than the video is your cavalier attitude about its substance.

Yewbee   April 5th, 2009 - 3:30 pm

Hey Jerry,
As I mentioned in my previous post, I wasn’t condoning islam or the beating itself. So the only “dolt” here – for lack of better word – is someone who berates someone for their own opinion – meaning you!

geeegee   April 5th, 2009 - 7:39 pm

This is why we must never make overtures to the Taliban. The girl was not spanked that hard. hmmmm….and what about the 26 y.o. woman who was to be executed because she was raped and got pregnant….or the women and girls who have acid thrown in their faces for looking at another man…..any culture where men can do these things to women is a place where men are not men. People who do these things are not even a higher life form.

now i know why feminists feel the way they do
