He only pleaded guilty after he reached a deal where his kids wont be subject to investigation. His sons did take part in this. They say they didnt but they cant account for many sudden influxes of wealth in their bank accounts. They are keeping the money they successfully sheltered.

A crappy deal was made so some politically ambitious district attorney(The State Attorney General position may be available next year) could make a name for himself by being the first to send Madoff to jail.

Madoff won after all.

I heard on the news this morning that if he goes to jail we won’t know where the money went………bull sheit on that…….water board the azz hole….he’ll squeal….while you’re at it water board his wife and kids.

‘Deeply Sorry and Ashamed’… FOR GETTING CAUGHT!!!

If this scumball does NOT go to prison for a long long time, the JUDGE &/or JURY &/OR LAWYERS responsible should GO IN HIS STEAD!

(Actually PRISON is too LIGHT a sentence for this friggin’ crook… A more suitable punishment would be if he were hung up on WALL STREET, drawn & quartered, to set an example for OTHER FINANCIER-CROOKS!)

As for his apartment, his wife,s money and his son,s money take all of it and give it to his victims .
The odd thing is that many of his victims are of the democratic side few republicans , also many charites that were favorites of the liberals.
