The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the oldest and largest broadcasting company in Great Britain just recorded an interview with Dr. Orly Taitz about the Obama ineligibility cases. It will be transmitted prime time in their Russian edition tomorrow, 7-8 PM, Moscow time (4-5 PM, London time). They feel it is the case of the Century and were amazed, as to why U. S. media doesn’t report it.

Dr. Taitz explained, that in her opinion, most of U. S. media is in the hands of a few members of the U. S. oligarchy that find Obama convenient for their purposes and refuse to report on his total illegitimacy for presidency. She explained to the interviewer, Seva Novgorodski, that the U. S. President must be a “natural born citizen,” meaning being the child of two U. S. citizen parents and born in the U. S. mainland. Obama does not qualify for several reasons:

1. His father was here on a student visa and was never a U. S. citizen.

2. Hawaii statue 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaii residents to obtain Hawaii Certification of Live Birth (COLB). The short version COLB, that Obama posted on the Internet is a worthless piece of paper, since it does not show any corroborating evidence, such as name of the hospital and name and signature of a doctor, that should be on the actual birth certificate. Obama refuses to release his original birth certificate from Hawaii and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys to file motions to keep them sealed. His attorneys have been threatening, harassing and intimidated petitioners with sanctions for mere requesting the records. This behavior can be explained only by the fact that the original birth certificate shows him ineligible.

3. When Obama migrated to Indonesia, he lost his U. S. citizenship, while gaining Indonesian Citizenship, since Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship. Obama reaffirmed his Indonesian citizenship and therefore relinquished his U. S. citizenship yet again (if he ever had it) as an adult, while studying at Occidental College and traveling to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport.

The interviewer asked if Dr. Taitz was afraid to go against such a mountain and so much money. She stated that nothing can be achieved by virtue of fear and was more concerned about a prospect of Obama being allowed to continue to stay in the White House illegally, in that all the orders and bills and international treaties signed by him will be illegal. She also stated, that in her opinion, this is a giant on legs of clay, since his rise was achieved by massive voter fraud during the primaries, the general election and U. S. media providing one sided reporting.

The BBC interviewers wished Dr. Taitz luck and stated that they are fascinated by the case and asked to come back on the program, when there are new developments.

Dear Anonymous: To qualify “natural born citizen” means that you are born on U.S. soil. It does not mean that either of your parents must be U.S. citizens. Since Hawaii is a state, anyone born there is born a citizen of the U.S. Therefore, if Mr. Obama was actually born in Hawaii he is a natural born U.S. citizen even if his father was a student. To qualify for the Presidency, one only must be born in the U.S. as a natural citizen; it’s not necesssary for your parents to be U.S. citizens to qualify as “natural born.” You might consider reading up on U.S. citizenship on the U.S. State Dept. site.

Expect articles on the usual suspects: Frederick Douglass, WEB DuBois, Martin Luther King Jr., and my favorite, Booker T. Washington. Still, it seems a bit patronizing to ‘commemorate’ one month in twelve to a few great people who happen to be of a particular race.
It’s time to emphasize color less and character more.
According to John Adams, the American Revolution occurred in the hearts and minds of the American people years long before shots were fired at Concord and Lexington. He saw the War for Independence as merely an “effect and a consequence” of the real American Revolution.
Similarly, the election of Barack Obama to the Presidency is merely the “effect and a consequence” of changes that occurred in the hearts and minds of people over several years (decades) leading up to the election. Note also that Michael Steele, a black American, was just elected to lead the Republican Party. Both events underscore that America has at last entered a post-racial age.
It is not how we look, but how we live that defines us. Maybe it’s time to emphasize color less and character more.
Though Dr. King’s dream that people not be judged on the basis of color has been realized, his dream had a second part: that people be judged on the content of their character. In this, he echoed the practical vision and teachings of Booker T. Washington. When it comes to character, Booker T. wrote the book. Literally. His book, “Character Building,” a compilation of Sunday evening talks he gave to Tuskegee students is online and free for download at http://www.BTWsociety.org/.
Sadly, much of Dr. Washington’s timeless wisdom and plain advice has been ignored by too many for too long. And we all, to one degree or another, suffer the consequences.
If, as WEB DuBois wrote a century ago, “the problem of the twentieth century (was) the problem of the color line,” what will be the problem of the twenty-first century?
The economy? Terrorism? Global warming? Political corruption? Reasonable people may differ as to the degree one presents a more “clear and present danger” than another. But these terms merely describe the effect and consequences – not the cause – of the actions taken by multitudes of individuals.
Each of these problems have at their root, a failure of character by individuals. Thus, the problem of the twenty-first century will likely be the problem of the ‘character line.’
If the solution to the problem of the color line lay in emphasizing civil rights, I humbly suggest that the solution to the problem of the character line will lay in emphasizing personal responsibility.
Rather than “black history month,” why not, say, “character month?” Though the temptation to have government attempt to change society from the top down will always be with us, history shows that the slower way, by changing the hearts and minds of men and women from the inside out is the only true, lasting way.
This is real hope and change we can believe in.

Bad news for folks who are deeply invested in the popular conception of race. The most recent national conference on the topic, attended by experts in genetics, history and anthropology, reports that ‘race’ doesn’t exist. Again, people in the know say that what most Americans think of as race is a cultural construct, not supported by biology.

Substitute CHINESE everytime Mr Holder says the word BLACK and see if it makes sense. Then substitute the word CHRISTIAN in place of the word BLACK and see if THAT makes sense. When 12 percent of the population wants 50% of the attention, praise and opportunity, and receive a major portion of the GOVERNEMENT’S largess, I am forced to conclude that LESS needs to be done in their behalf. NOW subsitute the word HISPANIC in place of the word BLACK in MR HOLDER’S remarks and see if you don’t see the blatant racisim in his self serving remarks.

Sam and I had a lot in common. We both resisted evil. After I
got out of the hospital, ‘Big Jim’ Causey told of driving along
in his police cruiser and hitting a black man in his head
with his pistol. He thought it was funny how the guy sprawled
into the street. When he made this comment we were in a card
game. I didn’t say anything, but then he said he was going to
kick the ____ out of Joe Goggins and I had heard enough.

I said, “If you’re going to try that, you’ll have to go through
me to get to him. I’m willing to give my life for a country
that values each individual. If that isn’t true, I don’t want
to fight for that country – but, it is true, so I’m not going
to let you rob me of the very good reason I may lose my life
tomorrow or next week. If you attack him, you attack me. I
may lose, but I guarantee I will make it very expensive for
you to get to him. Let me know what you decide.”

He got up from our card game and said, “I’ll have to think
about it.”

I said, “Let me know. I’ll be here.”

He came back a little later and said, “You’re right. I was
wrong.” I thanked him for his manliness.

Joe Goggins came to me later and thanked me. He had wet eyes.

Shortly after the above event, Causey was sent home on a
medical emergency for a family member. On the way, he
made a stop at a Naval medical facility stateside and ran into
my brother, Sgt. Howard “Barney” Baxter, 5th Marines, with
Chosen Reservoir frost-bitten feet. My brother said Causey
told him what had happened, and that it had “changed his life
forever.” Never again would he do “the collective thing” of race
abuse. He saw the value of each individual, regardless of race,
station, or other. He even forgave himself and became a worthy
and honorable U.S. Marine.

Palin owes back taxes on per diem, state says ****************

Gov. Sarah Palin must pay income taxes on thousands of dollars in expense money she received while living at her Wasilla home, under a new determination by state officials.
The governor’s office wouldn’t say this week how much she owes in back taxes for meal money, or whether she intends to continue to receive the per diem allowance. As of December, she was still charging the state for meals and incidentals.

“The amount of taxes owed is a private matter,” Sharon Leighow, Palin’s spokeswoman, said in an e-mail. “If the governor collects future per diem, those documents would be a matter of public record.”

The revelation about Palin comes as U.S. senators, including Sen. Mark Begich, D-Alaska, are under scrutiny over back taxes. A survey by the political newspaper and Web site Politico (www.politico.com) found that Begich was one of seven senators who acknowledged having paid back taxes.

Some other state employees also owe back income taxes for travel payments and will be getting revised tax forms, Annette Kreitzer, state administration commissioner, said in an e-mail.

She wouldn’t say which, or how many, employees will be receiving the notifications.

The payments became a touchy issue for Palin last fall when she was running for vice president and campaigned as a budget watchdog.

The Washington Post published a story in mid-September that said she had charged the state almost $17,000 for meals and incidentals while staying in her own home.

The state considers Juneau, where she lives in the Governor’s Mansion, to be Palin’s official duty station.

Palin billed the state for 312 nights spent in her Wasilla home during her first 19 months in office, according to the Washington Post. She received $60 a day tax free, money intended to cover meals and incidentals, while traveling on state business, her travel forms show.

“Last fall we raised questions about longstanding practices within the Department of Administration regarding tax treatment of per diem payments,” Kreitzer wrote in an exchange of e-mails over the past few days with the Daily News.

“At the Governor’s request, we reviewed the situation to determine whether we were in full compliance with the pertinent Internal Revenue Service regulations,” Kreitzer wrote. “As a result of this review, we determined that per diem needs to be treated as income, requiring a revision of W-2 forms for any affected employees.”

The new determination by administration officials won’t affect state lawmakers, said Pam Varni, director of the Legislative Affairs agency.

Under IRS guidelines, legislators receive tax-free payments to help with living expenses while in Juneau for the legislative session — if their home is at least 50 miles away, Varni said.

The current rate, set by the U.S. Department of Defense, is $189 a day. That goes to everyone except the three Juneau-based legislators, who get smaller payments that are taxed as compensation.

Legislators can also charge the state $150 a day for time spent on state business when the Legislature is not in session, but those payments are taxed as income, Varni said.

Begich’s situation came to light through a political survey released last week by Politico about senators and their taxes.

Fifty-five senators, including Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, didn’t answer the questions, and a few others owed money but didn’t consider it “back taxes” for one reason or another.

On his way out of a meeting with veterans on Monday, Begich answered a few questions about the back taxes he paid on a vehicle provided to him by the city when he was mayor.

“I refused the car the first 10 or 12 months,” Begich said. “I didn’t want the car.

“Then they told me I had to have it because of liability and a need and security and blah, blah, blah. So I ended up getting a used car. The first time a mayor has gotten a used car.” It was a former police SUV.

The tax obligation came to his attention in late 2007, as he remembers it, after a regular IRS audit of city issues. The city then sent him revised tax statements.

“They gave me a letter and said you got to pay taxes on it. So they revised my W-2s.” He wouldn’t say how much he owed. “It’s irrelevant,” Begich said.

Generally, people are supposed to pay income taxes on the value of an employer-provided vehicle that is for personal use. Police vehicles are among the exceptions — officers can drive them home and not be taxed on the value of the commute.

There’s no specific exception in the law for mayors or governors. Palin has had a state Chevy Suburban.

Begich said a mayor is always on the job. No other Anchorage mayor ever had to pay income taxes on a city vehicle, he said.

“That’s the point. I’m always on call. Always. … And I think that’s what the city’s view was, for the city manager and me, was that we were always on call,” Begich said. “But the IRS viewed it differently.”

“After that issue came up, I got rid of the car,” Begich said. He was in a downtown parking lot getting into the Toyota Highlander hybrid he bought in late 2007 to replace the city rig.

The Politico story about the survey said his situation echoed that of Tom Daschle, who had to step down as President Barack Obama’s pick for health secretary after revelations about back taxes, including taxes owed for a limo and driver.

“For Politico to say it’s the same as Daschle — that’s bunk,” Begich said.

Dear Sean R…I too know many, many black people who are good Christian people.

However, Sean, I can tell you I was shocked…shocked to see and hear of black people who went against their basic convictions to vote for Saul Alinsky Obama…just because he was half black.
