Liberal North East Elitism “I have a monkey!. My monkey went nuts – It was Big Medicines fault! I’m ging to sue the makers of Xanex!”…
BORING!!!

look at the details   February 18th, 2009 - 10:48 am

Perhaps not many 911 operators have had a chimp attack call; but they were just a little lame on this, they sounded more condescending than professional. Causing more of a delay.

And NOW will idiots stop housing and treating exotic animals, especially huge wild ones, like humans?

Sigh, poor animal it got stuck with stupid people until it’s sad end.

is this a PETA commerical?

Spanky   February 18th, 2009 - 12:29 pm

Other monkeys have gone nuts, according to the NYPost.

Ron   February 18th, 2009 - 12:40 pm

This is a complete shame this poor chimp had to be shot. Now just who is going to write barrys next stimulus package???

Gen_Jack_Ripper   February 18th, 2009 - 2:56 pm

Absolutely F-ing hilarious!!!

I see episodes of “Nip Tuck” and “Law & Order” coming out of this too!

Poor Xanax…they’re gonna get sued.

Marivi   February 18th, 2009 - 2:57 pm

This idiot-woman who had this animal should be the one shot!! Given DOPE to a 300-lb monkey?!?!?!?

And what’s with the 911 Operator? What an idiot! Give her a break.

Everyone loses in this one.

Gen_Jack_Ripper   February 18th, 2009 - 3:08 pm

I can see the “Law & Order” episode now, with the CEO of Xanax on trial for manslaughter….

“Did you publish any warning at all about the possible risks and side-effects associated with giving your product to a 200lb. psychotic chimp with Lymes disease?”

HILARIOUS!!!!

Heidi   February 18th, 2009 - 4:05 pm

An animal with this much potential strength should never be a pet. Dogs can be scary enough but, honestly, a chimp? I hope this changes the law in Connecticut – it should. That said, I feel very badly for the victim. She was trying to help her friend get this chimp back inside and now her life is changed forever. My prayers are with her.

Subject of the USSA   February 18th, 2009 - 4:11 pm

You live with a 200 pound chimpanzee and don’t own a gun in case something like this happens? Good call on the butcher knife lady. Even a gun wouldn’t of protected the poor woman turned into lunchmeat but come on, a butcher knife and a shovel?

AlGore (Egore)   February 18th, 2009 - 4:56 pm

Now if this twit had a GUN. End of story.
Would have saved this womans life and the police having to deal with this nonsense. The nti-gun crowd always reap what they sow!

Dave   February 18th, 2009 - 5:57 pm

Notice the “comment awaiting moderation” by the brave crew of Breitbart for my last post…
OK, I’ll say something to justify it: We should ban these beasts from being adopted and that goes for Madonna and Anglina Jolie too!

S. Fizzewig   February 18th, 2009 - 6:02 pm

Monkey? What Chimp? Please lady, what gorilla? King what mam? Just the facts will ya for for gods sake! Mickey Dolen mam?????

Dave   February 18th, 2009 - 6:02 pm

Why would anyone want some filthy African beast like this?.
I’ll bet that this dummy who owned this filthy creature was an anti-gunner,typically wanting a gun when it’s desperately needed, but not having one.

Sturgis Drain   February 18th, 2009 - 6:14 pm

That chimp appears to have man boobs. Anyway, absolutely true story: Morgan Fairchild actually, truly and I swear I’m not kidding made this statement, ”
“This is not at all the personality I worked with. It was like having a very bright child on the set that wanted to be a part of everything. He was just an amiable little guy, friendly and just loved to be the center of attention.”

Spread That Wealth   February 18th, 2009 - 6:18 pm

She may have been hysterical but was fairly clear in her explanation. The 911 operator turned this into an Abbot & Costello “who’s on first” gig. The entire time she’s talking he never makes it crystal clear that someone is already enroute to the scene and he needs to give them more information with what they’re dealing with. This is why she continues to hysterically tell them to send someone and isn’t providing other information. Why do they hire people with such poor communication skills?

Monkey Hater   February 18th, 2009 - 6:23 pm

If I were there I would have been one monkey shooting fool, with a silly grin on my face!

Teacher   February 18th, 2009 - 7:22 pm

Note to self:
1. Maybe go for a puppy instead of a pet that requires Depends and surfs the internet.

2. Carry a gun.

3. On the worst day of my life, when I have to call 911, be prepared for an ironically condescending dolt to make it even more horrible.

Dave   February 18th, 2009 - 7:43 pm

Let every single anti-gun nut take a moment to hear the deperation and anguish in this woman’s voice as she is screaming at the 911 bureaucrat “for a gun”…
Never will I allow anyone to disarm me,for we will all have a day similar to this sometime in our lives.

Stymie   February 18th, 2009 - 7:55 pm

Whatever happened to monkeys just innocently tossing feces?

AvgDude   February 18th, 2009 - 8:58 pm

It wasn’t a monkey. It was a chimpanzee, which is an ape. And it had no business being some fool’s pet. Chimpanzees are extremely dangerous animals. They are stronger and faster than NFL linebackers, and sometimes they just blow a gasket and do extreme violence. It was outrageous that this fool woman was allowed to allow such an animal access to the general public.

This woman should be sued out of everything she owns at the very least.

nordberg63   February 18th, 2009 - 9:04 pm

This moron sleeps with a drugged monkey, doesn’t know how to defend herself and gets her friend mauled. Typical Obama supporter. Retards.

MA-MA Monkey   February 18th, 2009 - 9:26 pm

Darwin wins again!!

Tarzan   February 18th, 2009 - 10:43 pm

Where the Hell was Tarzan!!! She should have said to the 9-11 operator he is Monkeying around or better yet the lady being attacked should have said ”Take your damn hands off me you ape!!!” Heston planet of the apes

NAPKINS   February 18th, 2009 - 11:00 pm

I hate every ape i see, from chimpanA to chimpanZ !

caveman   February 19th, 2009 - 12:36 am

New Gieco Commercial hes eating my friend her name is Banana michael jackson walks in and says….Bubbles!!!!

Tom Roberts   February 19th, 2009 - 6:39 am

Is it just me or are these 911 operators complete inept buffoons? Why does he need her to calm down? She’s as calm as she’s going to get under the circumstances. GET THE FRIGGING COPS TO THE SCENE, dude! Why all these nonchalant queries like “i need to know why you need the police there” She told him her friend is being murdered. She told him, he ripped her face off. He’s ripping her apart. Is this really how American police 911 operators perform? Tell me this is not typical response from 911 operators. Please. Because if it is, I have one very serious recommendation, one that I would never have suggested before. And that is, if you don’t already have a gun, buy one. Because if this is as good as the police operators are, then you’ll be dead and cold before they even get the information on where to go to save you. Get a gun. Protect yourself. And I was against private gun ownership for years and years. Well, just goes to show you. People change.

Joe   February 19th, 2009 - 8:20 am

Agreed: the 911 operator needs retraining.

Matt   February 19th, 2009 - 5:14 pm

Tests on chimps have indicated they can exert insane number when in a rage. One female – much smaller than a male – exerted 1,800 lbs of force when highly agitated. I’m sure more than the victim’s face was ripped off. They’re not pets, they’re time bombs.

Girl   February 24th, 2009 - 12:53 am

that 911 operator is a moron adn should seriously be fired, he was taking too long to send help and asking stupid questions. and your right he did sound condescending. calm down? why a chimp is eating her friend alive. yea.. calm down ok. i would of flipped out on that guy. and also in reply to another person about 911 in general. Seriously, help yourselves, one time my cousin was choking and turning blue and we called 911 and it was the same story asking a bunch of dumb questions b4 they sent medics.

Vince   May 14th, 2009 - 6:53 am

Why must some of you MORONS own an animal such as this? If a dog or a cat is not enough than I suggest you pack you belongings and move you ass to the jungles of africa if you want to be with them an animal like this!
