Obama Signs One of Biggest Public Spending Programs Since WWII Into Law
AP: President Barack Obama signed into law the $787 billion rescue plan designed to spur consumer spending and create millions of jobs on Tuesday, while a top aide said the administration isn't yet ruling out a second economic stimulus plan.
This maniacal dictator known as Saul Alinsky Obama aka Nation of Islam’s Messiah just signed away the future of our children and grandchildren.
Pork to all you socialist Democrats…you won…you wrote the bill…you own it and you will take the responsiblity of it!
America…this march to socialism must stop. We need to focus on the good Democrats like the seven (7) House Democrats that stood up like men and voted “no” with the American people and for America.

Are you ready for the House Bill titled ‘HR 45, Blair Holt Licensing and Record Act of 2009′. It will make it illegal to own a firearm unless it is registered with the database in Washington D.C.
As a gun owner you will have to be finger printed, you will be required to provide your DL#, SS#, you must maintain a valid address at all times, submit to mental and physical health records being put on file, you will also be required to file any address changes and any ownership changes even if a private sale.
Each update will cost $25 and if you fail to comply you will lose your right to own firearms.
This bill and its language mirror almost completely one defeated last year in the House of Representatives by soon to be Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.
Will we the citizenry be as lucky this time?
When assuming power and creating a facist state, Hitler was a proponent of strong gun laws because a disarmed populace was much easier to control than an armed one. The kings of old also outlawed weapons of any kind in any region that they conquered to quell the ability of the citizens to uprise against them.
The Founding Fathers of this nation understood all of the above and because of this they included the second amendment in the constitution. In fact, they knew that at some point in every society’s life span that the need for the population to arise came about. To this end they made the right to keep and bear arms against a tyrannical state an absolute right that could not be revoked.
They did this because the first thing tyrants and despots do is to remove a population’s right to defend themselves When this is done, the tyrants have no problem with the destruction of society as we know it.

Obama lied saying he would make government more transparent in Washington. Instead, our congress had to vote on the “stimulus” package before they could even read what was in it. That’s deceit and it shuts public opinion entirely out of the process.
It’s even deceitful to call this a “stimulus” bill, when only about 10% of it is aimed at stimulating the economy. A lot of it is multi-million dollar paybacks to the people who got Obama elected.

It seems that a lot of Republicans are against this bailout. I have an idea. Why don’t they simply try to sit down and figure out how much of the federal bailout money is estimated to be heading their way?
Then they can write a check or create a payment plan back to the federal government for the estimated amount. This will allow Republicans to opt-out of the bailout and shrink the size of the government expenditure at the same time. Imagine how much money would be saved if those who didn’t believe in the bailout simply returned the money.

But based on your therory – you’ve actually stumbled on a plan – let’s allow for people who disagree with the pork bill to register and not be able to benefit from any of the spending and at the same time keep their taxes lower.
Works for me – I prefer RacerX and his childrens children pay for this not mine. And I will promise (like people do today with wellfare) that I will do what is expected of me regarding not using any of these unneeded programs…..LOL

Look, if all of the Republicans who oppose the government stimulus money would simply return their share, surely that would decrease the burden on the future generations significantly.
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the oldest and largest broadcasting company in Great Britain just recorded an interview with Dr. Orly Taitz about the Obama ineligibility cases. It will be transmitted prime time in their Russian edition tomorrow, 7-8 PM, Moscow time (4-5 PM, London time). They feel it is the case of the Century and were amazed, as to why U. S. media doesn’t report it.
Dr. Taitz explained, that in her opinion, most of U. S. media is in the hands of a few members of the U. S. oligarchy that find Obama convenient for their purposes and refuse to report on his total illegitimacy for presidency. She explained to the interviewer, Seva Novgorodski, that the U. S. President must be a “natural born citizen,” meaning being the child of two U. S. citizen parents and born in the U. S. mainland. Obama does not qualify for several reasons:
1. His father was here on a student visa and was never a U. S. citizen.
2. Hawaii statue 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaii residents to obtain Hawaii Certification of Live Birth (COLB). The short version COLB, that Obama posted on the Internet is a worthless piece of paper, since it does not show any corroborating evidence, such as name of the hospital and name and signature of a doctor, that should be on the actual birth certificate. Obama refuses to release his original birth certificate from Hawaii and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys to file motions to keep them sealed. His attorneys have been threatening, harassing and intimidated petitioners with sanctions for mere requesting the records. This behavior can be explained only by the fact that the original birth certificate shows him ineligible.
3. When Obama migrated to Indonesia, he lost his U. S. citizenship, while gaining Indonesian Citizenship, since Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship. Obama reaffirmed his Indonesian citizenship and therefore relinquished his U. S. citizenship yet again (if he ever had it) as an adult, while studying at Occidental College and traveling to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport.
The interviewer asked if Dr. Taitz was afraid to go against such a mountain and so much money. She stated that nothing can be achieved by virtue of fear and was more concerned about a prospect of Obama being allowed to continue to stay in the White House illegally, in that all the orders and bills and international treaties signed by him will be illegal. She also stated, that in her opinion, this is a giant on legs of clay, since his rise was achieved by massive voter fraud during the primaries, the general election and U. S. media providing one sided reporting.
The BBC interviewers wished Dr. Taitz luck and stated that they are fascinated by the case and asked to come back on the program, when there are new developments.
