These people have been asleep at the wheel for years…they have given illegal aliens most of their money in the form of welfare.

Someone just sent me this in the mail that I thought would be appropriate here:

WHY ARE WE BANKRUPT?

You think the war in Iraq is costing us too much? We have been hammered with the propaganda that it is the Iraq war and the war on terror that is bankrupting us.

Here are 14 reasons why we are bankrupt…and blame most of it on California…the “caring” state.

1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year by state governments.

2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.

3.$2.5 Billion dollars a year is spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens.

4. $12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English!

5. $17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.

6. $3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens

7. 30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens.

8. $90 Billion Dollars a year is spent on illegal aliens for Welfare & social services by the American taxpayers.

9. $200 Billion dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.

10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that’s two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US.

11. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroin and marijuana, crossed into the U. S from the Southern border.

12. The National policy Institute, estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period.

13. In 2006 illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances to their countries of origin.

14. The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One million sex crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States.

The total cost is a whopping $ 338.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR.

Are we THAT stupid? Well California is and now they are paying for it and want the rest of us to bail them out!
=======================================
Now having posted all that, let me say I am not…not…against “legal” immigrants….my grandparents were “legal” immigrants…these travesties are brought upon us by “illegal” immigrants and that is where California should start to work on their budget problems!

WAKE UP CALIFORNIA!

mark, Arnold is a Republican? That’s makes as much sense as Heath Schuler ss a democrat? I know you and most of the liberals are hung up on labels and racist group politics, but Arnold is not a conservative. He expanded the government welfare base, did not crack down on illegals, started courting the environmental extremists, raised taxes, increased regulation, and is in the process of driving his tax base (businesses) out of the state. That’s what he is doing wrong. And guess what, every other liberal democrat would have done the same thing.
Until a fiscal conservative gets into office in California, there won’t be any recovery. This is simply a math problem. You can’t spend more than you take it. If revenue falls short, you have to cut programs and services.
You can’t argue with that logic, can you liberal mark?

Insolvency near at hand……nope…..it’s here…..you’re over the point of no return…..so just return the State back to the Mexicans….you catered to them to begin with….that’s why you are at this point….stop beating a dead horse

AZUL
Dumbya sure seemed to think Arnold was a Republican in 2004 Convention when he was given the HEADLINER speech slot…how soon they forget, when you needed to try and not look like complete a$$wipes like Rush and Coulter and Neo Cons, so Arnold was your jolt of POPULARITY.

mark   February 17th, 2009 - 8:47 pm

@AZUL
Arnold TRIED hardline Conservative with his infamous SIX initiatives that went down in FLAMES, Then he crawled to a lesbian Lt Governor to salvage his career. But Arnold as governor p*ssed of gays and lesbians TWICE refusing to sign a marriage equality bill(which NO LIBERAL governor would have vetoed). So he can go down as a LOUSEY governor, as well as a mediocre actor, and Mr. Maria Shriver.

whatwhatwhat   February 19th, 2009 - 1:30 am

Yes Eileen, the Iraq war did cost us too much. Bush’s War has cost us almost $600 billion. I agree that California is a mess and illegal aliens have a lot to do with it but don’t try to compare it to the Iraq War because you will come up on the losing side every time.

Eileen for Freedom/Liberty   February 19th, 2009 - 8:56 am

Dear whatwhatwhat…better start eating your words…bubba….because Saul Alinsky Obama is about to have his own “Obama’s War” that will drain the economy!

You socialist Democrats always try to blame former President Bush with how he created all these problems because of “his” Iraq war.

But your new President is sending more troops into Afghanistan to fight his “own” war of millions.

I just read another socialist Democratic commenter on Breitbart who said the same old rhetoric on Bush and the war and how he didn’t want to go into Afganistan because there was no oil there and nobody….nobody ever wins a war there.

Now…eat your words all you Democrats who voted for Saul Alinsky Obama…who wanted him to fight war no more…no more! He is and he will.

Now the tables have turned and you have been lied to once again by your great transparent leader.

========================

JUST ANOTHER DAY IN THE SOCIALIST “REIGN OF BARRY HUSSEIN”…THE ONE WHO FINDS IT SO HARD TO TELL THE TRUTH AND HIS FOOLISH FOLLOWERS WHO CONTINUALLY BELIEVE THE LIES!
