… yeah john , it does not surprise everyone , that you would think another Kennedy would be good for the country .
… you did everything in your power to lose the election .
… you are not a rhino , more just another monkey on a string controlled by Soros .
… resign , shut your mouth and go away .

Why is this guy calling himself a “REPUBLIC”an again? Seriously guys. He votes like a socialist. He talks like a socialist. Maybe he didn’t lose the election on purpose. Maybe he really is a complete liberal wanker.
LJDecember 15th, 2008 - 5:09 pm
McLame,
just go away. please..
Go somewhere and wonder, why the Republicans did not vote for you, IDIOT.
abcDecember 15th, 2008 - 5:15 pm
The headline does not match the story…Headline says McCain said Caroline Kennedy is good pick …
but the story you printed says McCain said Hillary Clinton good pick for Sec. of State. and other moderate choices by Obama etc….
Is this an error???

GET OFF THE STAGE YOU BIG DOPE. I WOULD SAY GO BACK TO ARIZONA, BUT I WOULD NOT WISH THAT ON CINDY. I THINK SHE HAS BEEN HAPPY WITH YOU IN WASHINGTON ALL THESE YEARS
LynnDecember 15th, 2008 - 5:28 pm
Moderates don’t win elections. They want to be everything to everybody. If it were not for Palin he wouldn’t have gotten as many votes as he did. That’s why the left hates Palin and calls her stupid, they are really afraid that she has so much support. They need to try to destroy her before 2012. McCain didn’t want to win. He was just helping Obama get elected.

What a bloomin idiot, or an opportunistic island-of-a-man. McCain should create his own party-the Mediators Party, which would tug on and criticize Republicans while working for Democrats. no…I mean he should just make it official.
grikDecember 15th, 2008 - 5:51 pm
Caroline Kennedy is a fantastic choice for the Senate seat.
McCain is finally back to his old self. This is the McCain who could actually given Obama a run for his money. Too bad he cut his balls off in an attempt to woo the GOP crazies.
MaximusDecember 15th, 2008 - 5:55 pm
He must be senile or has the old persons disease.
HE LIKE THE REST OF THE “OLD” POLITICIANS NEED TO JUST FADE AWAY!!!
This guy is everything that is wrong with the new, “more centrist” GOP. Obama is a hard-line liberal and makes no excuses for it. I am not sure any more what McCain stands for, and maybe he doesn’t either. More and more he is being to sound like one of the liberal Republicans from the East Coast like Snow or Collins. They are just RINO’s. Maybe this is why McCain had such a tough time winning his home state of Arizona.
grikDecember 15th, 2008 - 6:08 pm
She’ll pass with flying colors. Even though she knows even less about government than Obama does. But that’s what we look for in our politicians nowadays. Empty minds, empty hearts and emptying our billfolds. At least, that’s why I voted for Barack.
Obiter DictaDecember 15th, 2008 - 6:13 pm
One thing about Caroline Kennedy, when she goes to vote, she’ll actually vote.
Unlike President in waiting, Senator Noddy Nose, who thought it was a good thing to vote “Present” 75% of the time.
grikDecember 15th, 2008 - 6:24 pm
Caroline Kennedy has more political know how in her little finger than any Republican in the Senate now. She will do right by New York.
No qualifications? are you kidding?
Her grandfather was a Hitler loving Jew hater, her uncle is a drunken serial adulterer murderer, assorted cousins are drunken adulterer rapists and or drug addicts, and ones a rabid environmental wacko that would rather live under Hugo Chavez then an American president, and has called for the prosecution of anyone who disagrees with him…did I miss anything? If that doesn’t qualify her for todays senate, I don’t know what does!

“Wise choice”? Just what, besides the name, does she have to recommend her?
Come on, McCain, grow a pair and tell the truth.
sighDecember 15th, 2008 - 9:22 pm
Stan, if McCain grew a pair and told the truth, he would mysteriously die in a plane crash the next day. He is not allowed to tell you that he is part of an elite group of Republicans AND Democrats that all believe the same thing and organize chaos between the two parties to keep the electorate believing they have a real choice. All the while, they pass whatever suits them and do not allow bills We The People care about to come up for vote unless it suits their plan.
jonDecember 15th, 2008 - 9:23 pm
McCant has always been a closet democrat……no surprise he lost
I rather be water-boarded then to have voted for McCant
Mary the Queen of ScotsDecember 15th, 2008 - 9:32 pm
Hey Doc. (I love it when people that post love to let us know that they are a Doctors..)
(I’m actually Mary the Queen of Scots)
To show you just how bad, the conservatives believe that Obama is for the country, they would be willing to vote for McLame. It was called holding.. your.. nose..
I would say he has a great friendship with Ted “the swimmer” Kennedy, he wrote the amnesty bill with him.
Well lucky for you Doc, with Obama, now we have change..
No more partisanship, So many new faces in Washington (all part of the change mantra). No more Clintons. No tax and spend. No corruption, (unlike Chicago).. We will be getting out of Iraq, any minute. We will be getting tax cuts on top of free health care. Yep, true change..
We are indeed lucky..
If McCain is so wonderful, so independent, and not swayed by petty partisanship why did you vote for Obama?
I love when Liberals tell conservatives what they should look for in a leader.
It’s a bit like Grant listening to Lee about war..
One more question, did you forget that McLame wanted to the Gore’s VP pick?
You should talk about McCain’s beliefs being the thickness of crepe paper..
ChancellorDecember 15th, 2008 - 10:07 pm
Hey Mary Queen of Scots
You don’t actually believe Mary Pat Jordan is a “Doctor,” do you?
If she is, it’s a Doctor of Lesbian studies from some certificate mill. She paid 28 bucks total for the degree.
Hey Doc, if you think any conservative was voting for the liberal McCain, your taking too much of your own drugs. No one would have voted for him if he had not picked Palin. McCain is a joke, an embarrassment ot conservatives, thats why you like him so much.

Dr. Mary Pat Jordan- Six weeks ago all of you were ADAMANT that McCain was the RIGHT CHOICE for this country.
You’re so f*cking stupid. Most of us NEVER thought McCain was the RIGHT choice. But we were (and still are) ADAMANT that Obama was/is the WRONG CHOICE for this country. And, the way it is unfolding, we were RIGHT.
Hope you don’t misdiagnose your patients the way you misread that situation.
Eileen for Freedom/LibertyDecember 15th, 2008 - 10:29 pm
You know what, Senator McCain, I really think at this point you are a closet Democrat at heart, and wish that you would do us all a favor and leave the Republican party.
I just heard today that you have stated, when asked if you would support Governor Palin should she run for President in 2012, you said probably not because there were alot of people that were qualified.
Are you kidding? She supported you all the way…even though you refused to stand up for her on numerous occasions…she was loyal and continues to be.
I thought you, too, were honorable and loyal…but you fooled us.
You know the night you gave your concession speech…something was written on Todd Palin’s face…he was showing a face of disgust with you…it was very, very apparent. You, yourself, treated her like the plague at that time…which I thought was strange.
Now…I know…support Caroline Kennedy for Senator of New York even though she is truly “unqualified” for the position…you support Hillary Clinton and think she would be a good Secretary of State…and now the Governor who supported you wholeheartedly you won’t support?
You are a traitor. I had some very strong issues with your policies, but voted for you as the lesser of two evils. For the first time in my life I also sent financial support to your team. I will never send any monies again to the RNC…until they can provide a candidate with the honor and integrity that I thought you had.
Disappointed and disgusted by your opinions lately…I am sorry that I voted for you…however…I had no choice. The next time the RNC better give me a choice…a good choice…and not the lesser of two evils!
Good riddance to you!
Azul Del FuegoDecember 15th, 2008 - 10:57 pm
As a conservative, we understand there is no perfect candidate. John McCain is probably the best example of the least-perfect candidate. I was more inclined to vote for him after Sarah Palin, but was not happy at all. But on the democrat side, we had probably the least attractive alternative. So as a conservative I voted for McCain. Other than losing the opportunity to have a real non-Washingtonian in office (Sarah Palin), I’m not sure I care that McCain lost. He would be doing (probably) the same nutty antics that BHO will do – but then further drag down the Republican name brand.
Mr McCain, I think you are a patriot. I know you are a war hero. But please, don’t be a republican any more. Your mind has been so negatively affected by years and years of Washington politics, that you are not doing the country any good any longer. Bye Bye.

What the HELL is wrong with McCain….Is he losing his marbles??? The last thing we need is another Kennedy in Govt!!!
It’s ‘HIGH TIME’ the “Kennedy Clan” quietly disappeared from the Political scene!! We have had to put-up with all their Liberal crap for 50 yrs!!
grikDecember 16th, 2008 - 9:54 am
I hate to say it but there’s no possible way she will get the seat. She doesn’t have any experience. Oh wait a minute, that’s right… I voted for Obama and he didn’t have any experience either.
mandinkawarriorDecember 16th, 2008 - 11:34 am
Good to see the old John McCain back.
Grik,I voted for Barack Hussein Obama also.Barack Hussein Obama had enough experience to out fox the Clinton machine as well as the GOP.Here is hoping his foes and haters will continue to under estimate Barack Hussein Obama.
Barack Hussein Obama/2008/2012
Sean R.December 16th, 2008 - 1:12 pm
Grik are you kidding me man, I happen to live in New York and to me this lady is NOT qualified to be a senator, she’s probably another carpet-bagger, and I know the governor (who’s the biggest schmuck in the western hemisphere) hand-picked Caroline Kennedy. As for John McCain, I won’t be surprised if he loses his seat in Arizona.
Liberalism is a Mental Disorder!!!!

“Grik,I voted for Barack Hussein Obama”
mandikawarrior clearly your family raised you right unlike the many inbred troglodytes who frequent this site.
I don’t think they can resist Obama for ever however because his values are universal and good.
P.S Sean R if McCain looses his Senate seat it will because it has gone to the party the reflects America’s values – the Democrats.

Good God, to think I voted for this character. I vowed I would never vote for this guy but Sarah Palin changed that otherwise I would have stayed home. There is no political difference between the crinkly, old, war hero white guy and the big eared, young, slick mullato guy.

We dont always get what we want, But it seems we are going to get what we deserve,
Give her your senate seat, John…
