If this guy turned water in wine you would complain about the vintage! Let’s see what happens before you start complaining.

Does this mean Obama voters will have to sacrifice baby mama bling and food stamp purchased malt liquor and jumbo shrimp?

je   November 24th, 2008 - 3:45 pm

A few days ago he was going to CREATE 2.5 million jobs, now he is saying create and save 2.5 million jobs. What is he going to say in a couple more days – save 2.5 million jobs. What’s next?

Other   November 24th, 2008 - 3:54 pm

This is a good pick. This guy knows business and well as high finance. He probably wont be long term but merely lay down the framework for recovery.

New socialist/communistic Democratic definition of change: same ol’ same ol’
======================

This new guy doesn’t know what he is doing…but we knew that was true during the election.

Unfortunately, a little more than half of our citizens voted for him even though he had no experience, anti-American friends and questionable citizenship…nothing has changed!

JUST ANOTHER CHAPTER IN THE “REIGN OF BARRY HUSSEIN“!

Morphix   November 24th, 2008 - 4:02 pm

A real change would be a federal flat income tax. It would satisfy the libertarian type conservatives and be more progressive in the actual outcome than liberals will ever achieve with a steeply graduated income tax because of all the loopholes and tax avoidance strategies available to the wealthiest citizens. It would also reduce the size of government and take away most of the accounting overhead and tax processing burden for individuals and corporations. I know this is like talking to the wind.

Keep reading what is written for you, m0r0n. Who says this guys is a good speaker? He is a good reader, maybe.

So, he puts forth more of the people who created this problem and profitted from it to offer a “solution” where they can profit even more. By the looks of it, this is all a game to funnel money to Israel.

What loyalties does Tim have to the US? Why isn’t something as simple as that asked. Why is being born in Africa good?

dennisl59   November 24th, 2008 - 4:50 pm

OK, so I listened to this thing live. This Junior Senator/Community Organizer is so completely and utter clueless in this situation it is staggering. He keeps repeating his campaign slogans because they were burned(programmed) into his brain. And his lack of mastery of the English language is stunning. This is a Harvard graduate? WOW. Too bad there isn’t a return/exchange/store credit for this “product”, or better yet a National “lemon law”. Thank You.

The Final Solution   November 24th, 2008 - 5:04 pm

Now we have jews who head at Justice, Homeland Security, Treasury, Federal Reserve. Is this Israel or the U.S.

Any feelings why we are fighting in the mikdeast and why the rest of the world sees us a the jews boy!

Oh silly me! Now I’m being an anti-Semite!!!

Rack   November 24th, 2008 - 6:13 pm

awww…….that’s sweet! Our first installment of Niqqernomics! And all the while, O’vomit trained the monkey-hoard that CAUSED the housing crisis when they demanded loans without collateral.

Last train out, Ladies and Gents! I bought another 1000 rounds of ammo today, and I hope you did too!!

disillusioned   November 24th, 2008 - 6:46 pm

So……this is more “change we can believe in”. Just another rehash of the Clinton administration. Does anyone really believe he’ll be in charge after Billary gets in there? He hasn’t even gotten into office and he’s already surrendered to the old guard…..

Realistic View   November 24th, 2008 - 7:53 pm

Obama is like a little girl playing dress up… He’s playing president, and that’s exactly what it looks like: playing.

Mac-101   November 24th, 2008 - 7:57 pm

I have to admit PE Obama sounds prety good on the radio from prepred speaches. When talking from the hip it is hard to beleive he was a Summa Cum Laud (SP) HAvard geRadUate. From what I saw so far it’s just throwing MORE money which we ain’t got to the problem. It doesn’t appear it will end.

Morphix, I agree a flat tax would be better than what we have now. Please look into the Fair Tax. It simplifies the tax code from over 68,000 pages which even Rep Wrangle doesn’t even understand as the chairman of the House Ways and Means Commitee to 67 pages.

It puts everyone on welfare with a family of four getting about 20,000 a year. Encougages everyone to earn/work more. Taxes the estimated 40% of the economy which does not pay taxes, illegals, drug pushers, Trust Fund Babies, Pimps what have you!

Doesn’t tax Corporations and businesses, increasing investments and decreases the amount of companies moving out of the country. Makes our US goods more competitive with imports which tax our companies but do not tax proffits from companies that export their goods into our country. Conversely makes our exports more competitive overseas with the majority of the world which uses the Value Added Tax system. Ther are a lot more but enough for now.

El Diablo   November 24th, 2008 - 7:58 pm

Biden best keep his hands away from Obongo’s new girlfriend. Hey, one of these broads believes in low taxes! Is he going to listen? All he has to do is say he won’t keep his campaign promises and the stock market will stay up.

To those who say Obama is a socialist;
While it is understandable to doubt the president elect, it is unfair to refer to him as a communist. Democrats in general have a more “socialist” way of running the economy. In addition, to those who continue to hold a prejudice (whether you admit it publicly or not); you alone are the single beings which hold the country back from moral progress.
I do not wish to be labeled as an “obama-fan” simply because I am not, however I do feel that a large portion of the country is living in a pessimistic mindset.

Capt. Slurpee   November 24th, 2008 - 8:03 pm

He can’t even pronounce his prepared words correctly. Where’s his teleprompter? He now speaks like his blackberry friends. I can’t wait for him to blurb out “LOL” “OMG” “BRB” “W2G”

Larse   November 24th, 2008 - 8:09 pm

It’s looking pretty good! It’s the only chance we have left as a nation, but it will be a very good try at saving ourselves. All Obama can do right now is talk and plan. But he is riding that bull very hard for sure!!

We still have 56 days and 16 hours to go though…

Keep praying… Early winter this year is going to be very looooooooong!!!

What you say   November 24th, 2008 - 8:11 pm

Where the he!! have you been? The loudest, most hateful bigoted fascist racist beings have been bashing Bush for the past 8 years.

Karl Marx   November 24th, 2008 - 8:13 pm

Guess what? Obama is a socialist. End of discussion.

dennisl59   November 24th, 2008 - 9:21 pm

So Karl Marx and B.Obama walk into a bar…
Karl says “Hey B, what will you have, I’m buying”, B says “No,No,No, I’m buying this round”
Karl says, “I have a better idea, let’s make that douche bag-takes a village-socialist at the end of bar pay”. B says “Yeah she needs to share the wealth, yes?” Karl says “Exactly Comrade!” They both turn, point, high five and laugh at Hillary swilling Vinegar and Water. Thank You.

Steve F   November 25th, 2008 - 3:06 pm

“Cuts and Sacrifices” right! NMP actually is so FAR OUT of the “Presidential League” it is sickening. It would be a great 1st step to cut out ALL WELFARE for the welfare cheats and the Big C.O”S. The Dems are masters of class “warfare”,,Why is it ALL the Democrat leaders are all MULTI MILLIONAIRES. The Dems are trying to create a very DIVIDED country. They think Conservatives will “shut up & go away” that WILL NOT happen, we LOVE our country more than a political Party. The Libs say we are hated around the world,,but ALL those HATER want to come to the US..Why is that?
