CNN’s Cafferty Asks ‘Should The Senate Expel’ Ted Stevens?

"The arrogant Mr. Stevens ran for re-election anyway, sending the message that a convicted felon’s place is in the United States Senate."

Not to worry anymore…he wasn’t re-elected! Had he been, I would wholeheartedly agreed even though he was a Republican…because “I” put country first and party last!

But let’s also look at who also should be asked to leave, not because they would found guilty of a felony, but of neglect to do their duty.

That would be Frank, Dodd, Reid, Schumer and Pelosi to name just a few. They sat on committees that knew what was happening in our financial market and did nothing about it.

In fact, they were given repeated warnings from expert economists, bankers and Senators that tried to pass legislation to ward off the impending failure and President Bush who repeatedly went to them to ask them to intervene with legislation…the “do nothing” Congress did just that…nothing!

They instead were getting sweetheart deals from Fannie/Freddie and campaign funds…in addition…Barney had a boyfriend at Fannie and didn’t want to interrupt his “love” life.

That is neglect of their duty to oversee the business of the American citizen. They put us into this mess…and are continuing to spread their lies and innuendos about how innocent they were…hog wash!

They should be asked to leave and yesterday!

AMERICA BLESS GOD – ASK FOR HIS FORGIVENESS FOR THROWING HIM OUT OF OUR HOMES, OUR SCHOOLS, OUR COURTS AND OUR COUNTRY…ASK HIM TO COME AND HEAL OUR NATION AND GRANT US PEACE AND BLESSINGS AS IN DAYS OF OLD!

Senate should expel Stevens and viewers should expel Cafferty who masquerades as a journalist.

What do you expect from Alaska? The are all a bunch of crooks. Stevens was Alaskan of the century. He almost won the election. Kick his butt out. Yeah lets have a convicted felon in the Senate.

Palin btw loves pork as much as stevens does. Maybe she doesn’t realize that pork is still pork even though she’s a republican. She probably thought she “earned” it. Thats what Joe the Plumber said when he was on welfare. hahahahaha. Priceless. Joe the Plumber welfare user claims he earned his welfare. If it were up to him he’d have no welfare and considering he makes only 40k a year and owes taxes he’ll still need welfare.

If the Senate expels Stevens, then the House should expel William Jefferson for all of the money found in his freezer – and using emergency rescue resources during Katrina to benefit himself while his constituents drowned.

And then there’s Ted Kennedy who caused the death of a young woman and didn’t turn himself in until the following day.

What about Barney Frank and his prostitution ring being run out of his DC house – and his affiliation with NAMBLA? While we’re cleaning house, let’s get them all!

Senator Byrd should be swept out for his KKK associations long ago. Reid, Pelosi and Dodd are a disgrace to our governing body as well and should be cast out for being so self-serving at the expense of the American people.

We need to clean out quite a few of those nuts on the hill – starting with Frank and Dodd — two crooks who are laughing all the way to the bank. How come they are still sitting on a committee and deciding what to do with OUR money. If they were in the other party, they would be long gone. How come Jefferson is still out there? If the conservatives are going to stay quiet about these three crooks, they deserve to sink with the ship. Shame on all these creeps!

Yeah, if it were a ‘D’ after his name he’d have a chairmanship given to him….
