She doesn’t sound like an idiot to me. She is saying things that I have observed first hand these past 20 months of campaigning. And because she is a classy lady, she’s being very diplomatic. For example, the media seems to be in love with John McCain again. Today they said “What a fine concession speech he made”! Wasn’t it 2 days ago they hated him? Didn’t they love him – New York Times endorsed him – up until he won the Republican primary, then they immediately turned against him with that story that he had an affair. But wouldn’t report on John Edwards actual affair?

The media’s refusal to investigate the following should have us all worried about an Obama presidency:
(1) Obama’s fundraising (credit cards not required to match donor names) If the McCain had outspent Obama by the same margins, there would have been massive efforts to trace the money.
(2) ACORN fraud–so much that all of of could not be investigated, not to mention the overt voter intimidation by the Black Panthers.
(3) Obama’s treatment of any media who did not handle him with kid gloves
And the media should be ashamed that it deliberately buried stories like the interview in San Francisco regarding bankrupting the coal industry. They have acted like the Communist-controlled Chinese media during this election cycle.
I am hoping that Obama, who will want a second term, does not lurch too far to the left these next four years. But hold on to your wallets, it’s going to be a bumpy ride! Any one know of a good tax shelter?

Palin is so correct. The press were just awful. Night after night, to watch that nasty hate spill out of the mouths of those beautiful well groomed talking heads. The unfairness. Now they have to live with the fact that “they” are now discounted by probably half of the American people. This country deserved better.
John McCain and Sarah Palin are admirable and gracious role models for us during a post-election period that could be rocky. They are truly showing us how to put country, rather than politics, first. I know they will both continue to play important roles in American public life where their personal integrity — highly unusual in these times — will to serve them well. What a tough job they took on in this election. Everything was stacked against them. We applaud and thank them. They will always be heroes.

But, most of all, she is ignorant because she actually thought she should be able to speak at McCains concession speech. WTF! She lied from the very first speech at the RNC about her record she wasn’t McCains first choice anyway. I invite you to copy the content of Obama Timeline as a personal reference, since it contains 463 footnotes of information on our President-Elect. Even if you were to dismiss the author’s commentary and analysis, so you focus exclusively on the referenced PDFs and video clips, you can quickly see that the Obama campaign has not been forthright in disclosing Senator Obama’s past.
What I find most damning is all the information on this site is via the Internet! frequently from mainstream media sources, so any news research department interested in performing legitimate investigative journalism could have reported this information so months ago.

While Obama said there were 57 states and Biden said FDR was on TV in 1929 as President (No TV in 1929 and FDR wasn’t President, Herbert Hoover was) those things got brushed under the rugs.

If McCain’s people are blaming her for stuff screw them, she went after the Obamoids more in two months than the McCain campaign staff did in 2 years. After McCain’s staff ignored any opportunity to mention the Dems’ role in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac collapsing for weeks hwile the Dems cravenly blamed McCain who had tried to reform those bodies and been blocked by the Dems, I lost all respect for McCain’s advisers, they cost him the election. I think a lot of hatred towards Palin is because of her stump speeches. This was her job so that McCain could talk about policy. Biden did the same with McCain.

In Palin’s defense, she had to bring up some of Obama’s past associations because the Media wouldn’t. Honestly, I would never had had anything to do with William Ayers. He was aquitted on technicalities during his trial.
