California’s Gay Marriage Ban Will Likely Pass

AP: In an election otherwise full of liberal triumphs, the gay rights movement suffered a stunning defeat as California voters approved a ban on same-sex marriages that overrides a recent court decision legalizing them.

Everyone deserves equal rights – but right is right.
Have your unions or buttless leather chapped agreements – but marriage is between a man and a woman.
This out of control “I need what I want to feel complete” crap has to end somewhere.
I refuse to eventually have to refer to my co-workers horse as his husband because that’s what he feels completes him, and that’s how he was born – and that his love for his husband the horse is no different than the love I have at my home – why am I such an Animalphobe!!!!!
Seriously – get over yourselves!

Utah and LDS church you stuck your nose in another state’s marriage laws and the Human Rights of MILLIONS….now you’ll face a BACKLASH.
The entire maternal half of my family are LDS members, who respect and love me as Openly Gay.
I will never visit Utah again, or purchase a single product you produce. I suggest Mormon’s keep their youth missionaries in OTHER countries, they will get hurt knocking on the doors of LGBT Americans. The repigs who sent out BLACKMAIL letters to No on Prop 8 supporters will be charged with felonies with 4 years in prison for EACH letter they sent out demanding $10,000.00. Much of Utah’s state revenues comes from tourism at Alta or Park City or Sundance Film festival….that’s OVER.

MA has same sex marriages approved by all 3 branches of government and they repealed the filthy racist 1913 Law (a mormon, go figure) Mittler used against out of State LGBT couples. Not one of the lies the Christian Reich said would happen to marriages of hets, or churches happened,,,NOT ONE.
if you asked someone in MA if a gay couple down the block were married or just living together,
they wouldn’t KNOW
and wouldn’t CARE.

Additionally, the only way you can get these twisted laws passed is with radical Judges – when the people vote (just like a Mama Mia after party) you’re screwed.

Gays are people too but they need to be out of the public eye because it’s just wrong and it prompts kids to question there sexuallity just watch Mtv and you’ll know what I’m talking about. When I was a kid they were talked about but never seen and if one would have ever been outed he/she would have been ran out of town.
