It also doesn’t apply to Obama’s family. We just found out he has an aunt living in a slum in Boston. Add that to his half-brother who lives in a shack in Kenya on $12 a year. If Obama treats America like he treats his family we are in big trouble. I am a Christian, and I believe we are to care for the poor and downtrodden, but i also believe capitalism is the best way to create wealth for everyone. If you disagree, just look at Europe and their levels of unemployment and GDP.

I have had enough of the duplicity and dissembling. There is so much to write about this message. These critters need to stop turning the Bible into some kind of club to beat money out of people for the enrichment of the government. Positing that Jesus started socialism is ignoring that Jesus was speaking to the Christian church about their responsibilities to the Christian church. They were basically told to pay taxes, obey laws and concern themselves with growing the church—not growing the government or asking the government to support them. Whether one is a Christian or not doesn’t really change that fact. Charity is to be a personal act. The Bible very clearly delineates the Christians’ responsibility to their communities and people.

Sociologically, when you absolve yourself of responsibility for your fellow man and have it mandated by money forced from you by an entity such as a government, you have replaced community with the govt. That provides a lovely opportunity for disconnect and the govt can more easily treat you like babies. Where does the govt acquire the authority to take your money and give it to someone else? You get to decide when, where and if you are charitable, fair or neighborly. If one listens to Obama’s discussion of the Constitution, he did say it was a tragedy that the Constitution does not allow for social justice. It would logically follow that he will be working to change that.

Socialism and Christianity are mutually exclusive because one of the tenets of Socialism is atheism. Perhaps that is why the Leftists have been found to be the least charitable group of Americans in recent studies.

This Messiah keeps saying how it is fair to give our money to the govt. Has he not learned that fair is not synonymous with equal? Fair is I work and you work and we get to decide what to do with our money. Fair is nice weather. Fair is not cheating. Fair is an ethic or a weather report. Fair doesn’t mean I have one, you have one. That is another word.

I heard today how selfish I am if I do not embrace this infantile socialism. How selfish is it to demand another kid’s toy because you don’t have one and you want it? Egotistical, narcissistic and just plain babyish. Grow up and get a real philosophy, Obama; one for adults.

He hung around these types of people. He sought out and stayed for twenty years in a church filled with hateful theology. If you are not a churchgoer, you may not understand how important it is to a church member that they feel in synch with the church leadership and the people in the church.

The reality of his choice is that he was there and he was complicit in their racism for TWENTY years. It is not like he was caged by the Viet Cong. He could have left. He could have spoken up. He agrees with them, or he is too weak to stand up for his principles. You decide.

People are very free to make any associations they want. He can be a communist, anarchist, Marxist, or any other “ist” he wishes to be. I do not object to him being allowed to choose a political/ideological paradigm. What I do object to is the obfuscation. I object to Him and His babbling masses freaking out every time someone mentions the obvious. Be a socialist. Enjoy being around them. Support their causes. Work for their organizations.
