PHILADELPHIA (AP) – A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit challenging Barack Obama’s qualifications to be president.
U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick on Friday night rejected the suit by attorney Philip J. Berg, who alleged that Obama was not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible for the presidency. Berg claimed that Obama is either a citizen of his father’s native Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia after he moved there as a boy.
Obama was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan father. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man.
Internet-fueled conspiracy theories question whether Obama is a “natural-born citizen” as required by the Constitution for a presidential candidate and whether he lost his citizenship while living abroad.
Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was “too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters.”

Too many things are unclear as to what Sen. Obama has in mind for the USA, leaving me and my household to discover honesty at all costs..I believe I made the proper choice given the 2 party system as my choice to vote.
As a retired adult, it will not face me as it will the young generations that I pray will pay close attention to what is going on in government. I read it as Surrick is basically saying that he doesn’t care whether or not the candidate Obama is in violation of the Constitution’s requirements for having been born in the United States.
If he was born in a foreign country it would add up to no harm, no foul.
The judge is saying that harm needs to be shown to the voting public for him to enforce the Constitution!?!
The Constitution is very clear on this issue and does not stipulate enforcement based upon perceived harm to the voting public. Until today, the birth requirement was the law of the land, period. No exceptions.
This could be viewed as a judicial coup.

The Chicago Sun reported on May 8, 2008 that FBI records showed that you had a significantly closer relationship with Tony Rezko than what you previously admitted. In the interview, you said that you only saw Mr. Rezko a couple of times a year. The FBI files showed that you saw him weekly. While the issue of your relationship is of concern, the greater concern is that you lied to America about it.
Your speech in Philadelphia on March 18, 2008 about ‘race’ contradicted your statement to Anderson Cooper on March 14 when you said that you never heard Reverend Wright make his negative statements about white America. While your attendance at Trinity Church for 20 years is of concern, the greater concern is that you lied to America on March 14.

Tony Rezko, an Arab and close friend to you, was convicted of fraud in Chicago real estate transactions that bilked millions of tax dollars from the Illinois government for renovation projects that you sponsored as a state senator … and Acorn has been convicted of voter fraud, real estate sub prime loan intimidation, and illegal campaign contributions. Tony Rezko has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to your political campaigns. You personally used your political positions to steer money to both Tony Rezko and Acorn and you used Acorn to register thousands of phony voters for Democrats and you. While your relationships with Rezko and Acorn are of concern, the greater concern is that you omitted important facts about your relationships with them to America.
During your campaign, you said: ‘typical white person.’ ‘they cling to their guns and religion.’ ‘they will say that I am black.’ You played the race card. You tried to label any criticism about you as racist. You divide America.
You claim that you will reduce taxes for 95% of America, but you forgot to tell America that those reductions are after you remove the Bush tax reductions. You have requested close to $1 Billion in earmarks and several million for Acorn. Your social programs will cost America $1 Trillion per year and you claim that a reduction in military spending ($100 billion for Iraq) can pay for it. While your economic plan of adding 30% to the size of our federal government is of concern, the greater concern is that you are deceiving America.
The drain to America’s economy by foreign supplied oil is $700 Billion per year (5% of GDP) while the war in Iraq is $100 Billion (less than 1% of GDP). You voted against any increases to oil exploration for the last 3 years and any expansion of nuclear facilities. Yet today, you say that you have always been for more oil and more nuclear. You are lying to America.
Mr. Obama, you claimed that you ‘changed’ your mind about public financing for your campaign because of the money spent by Republican PACs in 2004. The truth is that the Democrat PACs in 2004, 2006, and 2008 spent twice as much as the Republican PACs (especially George Soros and MoveOn.org). You are lying to America.
Mr. Obama, you have done nothing to stop the actions of the teachers’ union and college professors in the USA. They eliminated religion from our history. They teach pro gay agendas and discuss sex with students as young as first grade. They bring their personal politics into the classrooms. They disparage conservatives. They brainwash our children. They are in it for themselves ….. not America. It is clear that certain segments of the media have decided for us what we should be allowed to see and what we should be denied, based on what might be damaging to the Obama Campaign.
The fundamental question now is what more does the MSM know about Obama that it isn’t telling? Also, can we really trust what we have been told already?
I usually ignore these wild internet rumors about Obama. What I know about him is enough to make me vote against him. But considering the lack of candor and outright deceit of the MSM concerning Obama, how many of these “wild internet rumors” may have a fondation in fact? If my Free Press isn’t free of personal political agenda, how can I be sure?
The answer is simple: I can’t.
Stalin once said “Ideas are more powerful than guns. We would not let our enemies have guns, why should we let them have ideas.”. Apparently we have a media that is adhering to this philosophy. If we can’t have faith in what is being reported, of if that reporting is filtered, we have lost a pillar of what makes democracy work.

The Judge might have ruled against Berg because 1. He was probably afraid the blacks in America would rip him to shreds if he ruled otherwise or 2. Demos have raised so much money in their campaign they could pay off lots of judges. Too bad, because Obama is not a US citizen, and BERG IS RIGHT. Take it to the Supreme court, Berg.
The core arguments, as stated in the decision, are:
1. As a citizen, Berg cannot question anything about Obama.

What are the “red†flags in the candidacy of the “Messiah of Islam†that are sending off warnings of danger?
1. A man gives one speech at a convention (4) yrs prior and then is propelled (4) yrs later to be the candidate for the highest office in our land.
2. This man has no experience on the executive and/or administrative level. Never ran a company, even a division of a company, never ran a city, never ran a state . Claim to fame is a “Community Organizer†to help rally the citizens to get them involved…get monies for them from the government. As ACORN tells it, never employed by them, but worked for them as a community agitator and then a teacher of the posse to agitate to get out the vote. Now this organization is being investigated for accepting taxpayer funds to specifically get this candidate elected. Lying about the registrations for voting they were supposed to produce and voter fraud. This biased ACORN funded with taxpayer monies gotten for them from Senator Obama, now endorses him for the Presidency with our taxpayer money even if we don’t support his candidacy…our monies are going to him!
This man spent about 24 mons in the Illinois Senate where he was helpful in getting some legislation passed. The most public being the legislation that permits a “botched†abortion baby that was born alive…to not …not get any medical attention…just let it alone until it dies…just let it die alone!
Then this man spent about the same amount of time in the US Senate doing nothing to speak of except vote “present†more often than not. Present meaning…no opinion. The rest of this man’s term has been spent doing nothing for the people except run for the highest office in our land.
3. Starts out his campaign with nobody knowing anything about him and ends up the same way.
4. Declared the “one†by Ms Oprah herself…maker of best sellers!
5. Goes out campaigning saying….and reiterated by his opponent Hillary Clinton…â€the skies will open up….etc. Speech!
6. Then he creates his own “new†Presidential seal…the seal of the highest office in our land has been changed…the seal that has been a part of our Presidency for decades is now being altered by the “one“. Has to take it down when there is such an uproar.
7. Refuses to wear a United States flag pin…until absolutely forced to do so! Refuses to put his hand over his heart (a normal procedure that we were taught since elementary school as an act of allegiance) in stating the “Pledge of Allegiance to Americaâ€!
8. Takes the United States flag off of his plane…at the cost of thousands and thousands of dollars…why is no one saying anything about this money foolishly spent like they do Governor Palin having to get a wardrobe for $150,000? Puts on his plane his new “interpretation†of the flag.
9. Goes overseas in the middle of an “American†election to pander for the hearts of the Europeans and Middle Eastern countries. America, when oh when has this ever, ever been done by any man campaigning for our Presidency? Wanted to actually stand before the Brandenburg Gate in Germany…where previous Presidents Kennedy and President Reagan stood to make historical speeches…thank goodness the Chancellor of Germany put a stop to that one. Meets with world leaders as all world leaders do…but he is merely a “candidateâ€â€¦.that is all! Just a candidate.
10. Refuses to release any information about his past. His birth certificate…which should be the very first item of identifying whether or not he is legally a US citizen and can run for the Presidency. His Kenyan grandmother swears she was there at his birth…and she held him after his birth. Is he throwing yet another grandmother under the bus? His past papers at his colleges or work experiences and medical records have not been released, even though all other candidates have done so as past candidates did.
11. Lies continually about his anti-American friends and his associations with them. “I didn’t know him well, lived in my neighborhood, was on the same board, only went to the church on occasion“. Remember, when he got on national TV and said he didn’t know the Rev Wright that well…then when all the inflammatory remarks of Rev Wright came forward he was forced to say…“well yes he married me, baptized my children, I was a member and attended for 20 yrs but never knew him like that“! Then he had to get on national TV to explain his former lies and confessed with yet another lie…“that was not the man I knewâ€!
America, how many past Presidents had even “one†anti-American friend? Eisenhower? Reagan? Truman? Roosevelt? Kennedy? Not one…America…not one…but this man has many…too many!
12. How many times in the history of our nation, America, do you remember one of our enemies endorsing one candidate over the other or any candidate at all? Never…it never happened until this man. Take the likes of Castro, Putin, Kadafi, Chavez, Hamas, Hezbollah and how many more, America, want “this†man to be our Commander in Chief? Then ask yourself, America, why do they prefer this man over a seasoned experienced military hero in our country?
13. And the most important of all…just recently proclaimed the “Messiah of Islam†by Minister Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam in America. America…many religions are looking for their “Messiahâ€â€¦the coming one to save them! The Jews are looking for their Messiah…the ruler of Iran is looking for their Messiah…and in their case…they believe that they have the power to bring him to the forefront by creating chaos and tragedy throughout the world…a very dangerous belief, America. The Christians are looking for the “return†of Jesus Christ as predicted in the Bible…and the Nation of Islam…has now declared their “Messiah†has arrived in the form of the one Barack Hussein Obama. This is a very, very important declaration by the Nation of Islam. Do not take it lightly, America. This is not a foolish title pronounced upon him…this is the man they have been waiting for! They believe this is the man that will propel the Islamic people to take over the world.
America, wake up…the warnings are all over the map! Just pick anyone you want…they are there and telling us…red alert…red alert…danger…danger…warning…take heed!

Thought I would mention this tidbit: There is currently a THREE MONTH waiting period to have a Concealed Carry License processed in Florida. This is up from the usual SIX WEEKS processing time. Why do african americans keep embracing Obama as one of their own like he was raised in the hood? His off black skin tone is only skin deep. By his own admission he was raised by white people in white neighborhoods. Hawaii had very few blacks.

You know I hear and read all the time how cool, calm and collected…the “Messiah of Islam†is and how citizens think these are great attributes in a leader, but I have another image that I‘d like to share with you!
I think back to a documentary I saw on the dictator Saddam Hussein after he first came into power in Iraq. You may remember seeing it yourself.
He had called the leaders of all Iraqi parties into the auditorium where they originally met to conduct business, much like our Congress and our Capital.
Once they were assembled, he had armed guards stationed at all the doors and more of his armed militia scattered throughout the auditorium. He methodically then called out all who had spoken out against him…one by one…he called their name and…one by one…they were dragged out by armed guards and shot!
Saddam sat there cool, calm and collected smoking a cigar and looking at these men who stood against him with hatred in his heart and revenge on his mind.. Many of them now knew what was to befall them…many of them with tears rolling down their cheeks and fear on their faces because they knew it was only a matter of time until their name was called!
It went on until all those who had opposed him were gone…literally gone!
All this time, America, he sat there calm, cool and collected with all the hatred and evil that could be manifested in one life…cool…calm…and collected.
That documentary, America, was the saddest thing I have ever witnessed to date. Grown men who had spoken up for freedoms and independence were now being systematically murdered by the very man they had spoken against.
America, cool, calm and collected is not only a sign of peace…but can be a sign of evil and revenge…just waiting to be unleashed!
