Of course, if you are a radical feminazi (One of Rush’s original terms for man hating women) moron, you probably don’t think much of Rush, since he has routinely called attention to your radical shananigans, but your dislike of him does not put him in the league of bin laden, bill ayers, che guevera, or any of the other people apparently idolized by the left in this country. You can’t even watch an unbiased news report on the regular channels. the people ranting out here and elsewhere are SICK and TIRED of what is being done by the Dems and the media…no one is questionning anything Obama does. How can people overlook Jeremiah Wright? Allowing babies to die in a surgery pan? He could have a girlfriend in the wings named Monica, and NO ONE would report it! Where are the objective reporters? I agree, it is nasty at times, but when you feel helpless, you lash out a little. When you hear that Obama is ordering people to be prosecuted if his campaign hears a lie about him or his campaign – that’s scary. Everything seems to be going upside down. Conservative, Christian people – and I am not talking about the fanatical goofballs that go overboard about everything. I am talking about small town, church going Americans are so scared about what is going to happen to their country – morally. Economics will improve but moral decay doesn’t. I assure you as a middle aged woman who occasionally will flip on The ‘Spew’, I despise what most of these women say (except the Christian) and most women I know are of the same mind. I have listened to Rush for years, and have learned more about American history, politics, and inter-national stuff then I would have ever learned in high school or college. The ‘Spew’ is a leftist mouth piece, they know exactly what they are doing and saying, but what they don’t realize is they are turning a huge population of women OFF, and we are turning THEM OFF.

It is our duty to uphold the laws of our constitution and our duty to question things to make sure we ask questions to get the truth. Main stream media is with holding information and not telling us the truth and using their media to slant things, so we have to search everywhere for the truth, a good citizen does that.
Most people try to document the truth. If you can’t get to the documents or the witnesses, you must keep telling the truth until a document surfaces or a truthful witness comes forward.
This all has to do with free speech so that we can’t be overthrown by a dictator. This lady needs to educate herself or get off the air. You have a lot to learn.
By the way, have you noticed all the stripes in the sky on the way to work….I see them every morning. I think it is long past time for Elizabeth Hasselbeck to move on and host her own show on Fox. She certainly offers a very grounded and intelligent counter balance to the racist Goldberg and clinically deranged Behar, but at some point one has to ask themselves…is it really worth it? Given the sub-average intellect of the audience of this show I believe Elizabeth is spinning her wheels and wasting her great talent.

This is yet another example of hypocritical liberal left-wing ideologies. “Do as I say not as I do”. They feel free to call names and its okay but attack other people who disagree with them. I saw this show by accident yesterday; can’t understand why people waste their time listening to this blather. I can’t stand listening to these women talk over each other and everyone else. They feel that they’re self-important what a pathetic life.
I, a female, do not watch the View. I did, however, watch it a few times when it first came on the air. I found it to be a vapid program – a vague attempt to combine news with show biz, which was understandable since Barbara Walters, having failed as a news anchor and incapable of carrying 20/20 after Hugh Downs left, surrendered her journalistic credentials for the more lucrative interview-with-the-star-of-the-moment gig.
I had never heard of most of the women on this show (Barbara excepted), including Joy Behar. I stopped watching very early on, so I am not familiar with the person “Elizabeth” mentioned in some of these comments. I am familiar, of course, with Whoopi Goldberg, but I didn’t know she was on the show. What happened to Star Jones and Meredith something-or-other? And the Asian girl?
I have listened to Rush Limbaugh over the years as time permitted. I try to listen at least two or three times a week.
I heard him say, earlier this year, that he and Joy Behar have known each other for years. As best I recall, he said they both had talk shows broadcasting from the same building or possibly for the same radio station. Something like that. Anyway, their difference of opinion goes back years, and he made it sound as though neither are averse at making the other feel, at best, … what’s the word I want? … perhaps “tolerated.”
I heard Rush mention Joy’s remark on his show yesterday. I got the impression he was rather amused by it all. Sort of like “well, that’s Joy for you, so what can you expect?”
However, in my opinion, I think Joy is right !!! I believe that the advent and subsequent popularity of Rush Limbaugh DOES strike terror in the hearts of all liberals. I have heard, for myself, that he doesn’t do it out of hatred. Just as he does with conservatives, so does he simply expect liberals to be able to justify THEIR OWN WORDS and DEEDS. And he presents irrefutable proof of what they said by airing recordings of the statements being questioned.
Rush’s innovative method is widely imitated by other talk shows, although I have to say I have not heard a liberal attempt to do so.
That is what is so terrifying to liberals such as Joy Behar. Logic and clear reasoning seem to be far beyond their capacities. They manipulate, and then try to hide behind emotions in order to get attention and feel good about themselves.
LIBERALS SEEM TO BE INCAPABLE OF UNDERSTANDING THAT IT IS MUCH, MUCH MORE CHARITABLE TO PROVIDE A MAN WITH A ROD AND REEL, SHOW HIM A GOOD PLACE TO DIG BAIT, TEACH HIM TO FISH, AND THEN GET OUT OF HIS LIFE. WATCH FROM AFAR, IF YOU MUST GET YOUR VICARIOUS THRILLS, AT THE PRIDE HIS FAMILY HAS IN HIM WHEN HE MAKES HIS FAMILY SELF-SUFFICIENT AND DOESN’T NEED OR WANT THE LIBERAL DO-GOODER’S HAND OUTS EVERY MONTH.
The liberal will mount education programs to equip dropouts for employment … but suck the guts out of the entrepreneur by taxing him to pay for the education programs … so he has no capital left to hire anyone. How stupid is that ? ? If a businessman cannot make a decent profit from his business, he may as well close up shop and deposit his capital in the bank, where he will at least earn guaranteed interest on his money. If the bank or stocks or treasury notes are paying, say, 5% interest, then the businessman would be nuts to accept less than that as profit (which is the return he earns on the money he has invested in a business).
So, to wrap this up, I believe Joy Behar was expressing her true opinion of Rush’s effect on liberals, but she apparently did not accuse him of terrorist acts. She has a right to her opinion, she has a public forum on which to express it, and I expect the first person to support her right to hold and express her opinion would be Rush Limbaugh himself.
Too bad for our beautiful country that the same can’t be said for the liberals among us. They are pushing for a so-called “Fairness” policy in broadcasting. It used to be called “equal-time.” The problem with “equal-time” or “Fairness” is that you can require broadcasters to adhere to these policies but you cannot require that the public has to listen. That is why “Air America,” the liberals try at political talk radio, went off the air. NOBODY, not even the liberals apparently, listened. That means … if nobody listened to liberal talk radio, and broadcasters are forced to provide equal time to both sides, and there are no longer any liberal shows to match with time sold to conservative shows … then there cannot be any conservative shows. How fair is that, liberals … how fair ? ?
I demand my right to freedom of speech, just as Joy Behar has her right.
Can someone please rescue Elisabeth Hasselbeck from that show?? She is the only talent on there, and she needs to get out before the other bitter angry women make her one of their own. Come on, Rupert. Do us all a favor and put her on Fox News!! And killjoy while you’re at it!
