Why is it up to this elderly lady who just wants be left alone. To take care of the neighborhood kids toys? Is it her responibility to see that they have their toys, and use them responibly? where are the parents? I’ll bet the first 99 times this happened they got their ball back. But, when the parents, and the children showed no responsibility, and for the 100th time left their stuff on her property. The little old lady probably felt she was on her own here, and acted in her best interest. The parents should be thanking her for showing them how to take a stand against unruly, and irresposible children.

Give this elderly Grandma a break. How many times have the kids harassed her by throwing balls into her yard? She’s just fed up with being taken advantage of.
Somewhere along the line, the kid’s parents have to step up and stop this or pick up the balls themselves. Parents, where are you?
Enough is enough!
Back off!
She’s ok.

The police in Blue Ash, OH can take that football and shove it up their derrieres. Those stupid kids should learn what private property is and respect the woman’s property. The parents also should start taking responsibility for their brats.

This happens over here in the UK a number of times. This is not the first case and with these casatpo law making people whom sit on their fat behinds in their big stately homes looking out on their land and say to themselves ‘how can a woman take a poor kids ball and leave them to tears’ and ‘look theres no crime here on my land’ wont be the last. Wake up! we do not all live in acres of land that from one day to the next do not see our neighbours, most of us who pay these law making persons their wage live in areas where we do get hassled everyday by kids asking for their ball back and more. I get P****D everytime I sit down to eat there is a knock on my door or when I have to be up early to be in work for 4am, with the continuing bang bang on the fence that shudders the whole house. who is getting hassled there? what do I do now? call me a kill joy but, I put a hot pin in them and throw it back to them, funny how the ball does not come over as much, and where I live where are the kids parents? either getting drunk, on drugs or can not be bothered to look after them. Parents should know what it will be like when they are old and their family have gone and they want a quiet retired life then some bratt keeps on knocking every five minutes everyday for their ball, how would they like it. This lady should be free to live a quiet life like everyone, put the parents of these kids in jail for harassment instead betcha this would change the kids(bratts) of today.

And for those who think I cannot remember my own childhood dont bother, if my ball went to a neighbours garden it stayed there till it was thrown back, I was brought up to R.E.S.P.E.C.T others and their property, if I hassled a neighbour I was brought in.

Some parents are quick to critise others yet do not know what their own kids are up to.

My kids are in bed by 7pm and as with me if they harass my neighbours they are encouraged to appologize and brought in.
