Country is Headed to a Constitutional Crisis

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/06/08) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and Democratic National Committee [DNC] filed a Joint Motion for Protective Order to Stay Discovery Pending a Decision on the Motion to Dismiss (which was) filed on 09/24/08.

While legal, Berg stated he is “outraged as this is another attempt to hide the truth from the public; it is obvious that documents do not exist to prove that Obama is qualified to be President.” The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by attempting to delay the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Barack Obama meets the qualifications to be President.

It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be President of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” [original long version] Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.

Furthermore, and actually more important is Obama’s Certificate of Citizenship that he received when he returned from Indonesia, as if it exists it would indicate that Obama was “naturalized” and also not able to be President.

The DNC has promised “we the people” an Open and Honest Government and has promised to uphold our United States Constitution. The DNC has failed their promise. DNC Chairperson Howard Dean should resign as he has not and is not fulfilling his responsibility of seeing that a “qualified” candidate is on the ballot as the Democratic candidate for President of the United States.

Berg stated that a response in opposition will be filed in the next day or so to the Defendants Motion for a Protective Order.

Federal Election Commission data show that some $222 million of the cash Obama has collected came in the form of contributions of $200 or less, with the Democratic nominee’s campaign identifying the donors of less than $40 million of that sum.

Campaigns may accept donations of less than $200 without providing the donors’ names and addresses in campaign finance reports, but Sen. John McCain’s camp has made its full donor database available on the Internet. Independent campaign finance watchdog organizations have asked the Obama campaign to list all its donors, as well, but it’s refused. What is Obama hiding?

The Republican National Committee is making the most of this disclosure gap, filing a complaint with the FEC, demanding that it investigate the sources of Obama’s thousands of unknown donors and look into possible illegal foreign donations.

Major media have jumped on the story, with Newsweek noting that FEC auditors ordered Obama’s campaign to return large amounts from sources with fake names. One phony was “Good Will,” who listed “Loving” as his employer and “You” as his job. The address given was found to be that of the Austin-based nonprofit Goodwill Industries, which informed the Obama campaign last month that its name was apparently being used fraudulently.

Another made-up name: “Doodad Pro.” His listed address is a Nunda, N.Y., liquor store next to the now-closed Doodad Boutique.

More disturbing was $33,000 paid for Obama campaign T-shirts by two Palestinian brothers from Gaza who listed “Ga.” as their address, which the campaign took to be the state of Georgia. The purchase is considered a campaign donation.

This week, CBS News discovered two Obama contributors who gave $7,722 using fake identities, “Dahsudhu Hdusahfd of Df, Hawaii,” employed by “CZXVC/ZXVZXV” and “Uadhshgu Hduadh of Dhff, Fla.,” who works for “DASADA/SAFASE.”

The Newsmax report noted a separate FEC database of more than 11,500 overseas contributions to Obama totaling $33.8 million, with more than 520 listing their locations as “IR,” a possible abbreviation for Iran. (The Associated Press noted that “In FEC reports, the designation ‘IR’ typically stands for ‘information requested’ because the donor did not supply it.”)

Sixty-three listings had “UK” as the donor’s location. Other locales apparently providing money for Obama included Abu Dhabi, Addis Ababa, Beijing and Fallujah, as well as France and Italy.

This happens every election cycle. ACORN gets busted but they know that what they did is effective, they will get paid, and the hoopla will fade after the election.

What a surprise, the liberals trying to steal an election by registering multitudes of bogus voters. To them, the ends justifies the means. With the exception of the Civil War, Americans for the most part, settle their issues at the ballot box, because it is a fair process. Most of us can deal with our candidate losing if the vote was fair – if they get more legitimate votes, they win in a democracy. On the other hand, if the issue cannot be settled at the ballot box, and one side or the other percieves that it was not even given a fair chance, this could lead to extreme measures – civil wars are started this way. Both sides must ensure that the process is fair, and those found cheating should be punished to the maximum extent of the law for undermining the very foundations of our democratic system of government.

Voter fraud should be addressed regardless of any associated organization. ACORN has a poor (and criminal) track record regarding false voter registration drives. If the sample in this case is already at 50% it should indicate an alarming rate that should raise the scrutiny of ACORN produced voter registrations across America. It is ridiculous for the NAACP to claim discrimination in this matter because the case is not based on race but on the results from state scrutiny of registration documents and not on race – which is the case for all voter registration investigations. Furthermore, what the NAACP is asking is for us as Americans (since this has a direct impact on its citizens) is to turn a blind eye on voter registration fraud.

So what are American’s going to do? Is there anyone out there with the balls to start bombing ACORN offices? Is this what American’s will allow to happen? Maybe it’s time the people like Bill Ayers start to get a little taste of their own medicine!
