Chinese Celebrate as Taikonaut Makes Nation’s First Spacewalk

LA Times: A Chinese astronaut stepped outside the Shenzhou 7 spacecraft Saturday and waved a small red Chinese flag for the millions of his countrymen watching on live television and cheering over their nation's latest conquest.

Exactly, how does anyone eat noodles and rice in zero gravity?

When the crew gets back to earth, I’m sure they will be very hungry!

In my opinion as an aerospace specialist, Chinese quality control overall is seriously lacking.
These Chinese astronauts are no doubt very brave and courageous. They’d have to have nerves of steel!

Let’s all hope the crew makes it home, safely.

I hope they didn’t bring any of that poisoned Chinese milk or other dangerous food or toys up there with them! Hopefully that’s only for export to foreign children or peasants in their country. Anyway, after the Chinese news report on the details and quotes from the mission which was inadvertantly released BEFORE the rocket took off, and also based on the analysis that the earth above them is rotating at the wrong speed, I wonder just how real this footage and this event really is! That doesn’t look like free-floating to me, but rather an earthbound tether! Can you say Taikonaut Gymnasts? Not exactly trustin’ the Chinese in their fair play or claims these days. It seems increasingly every day that you can tell when a Chinese is lying because their mouth is moving.

President Clinton and the Loral Corp must be VERY proud. Especially after they weaponize space.
