OBAMA SUCKS!!!! flip flopper

hillary 2012

SB   September 19th, 2008 - 1:20 pm

Notice how his language changes when he address the protesters….aiiiight ?

Whatever Obama

chaban   September 19th, 2008 - 1:21 pm

Obama the class and race warfare master doesn’t deserve to be president.

I think people should disrupt his rallies with different signs, such as: “William Ayers?”, “20 Years?” “Typical White People?”, etc.

That guy may win the presidency, but the country will be more divided than ever.

deathbydemocrat   September 19th, 2008 - 1:22 pm

http://www.deathbydemocraticparty.com

Oh no…did they not get the message? Did they not know that they were suppose to vote for him just because he is a person of color? Did they not know that they were suppose to wait until the end of mass and not interrupt? What is this world coming to?

pete   September 19th, 2008 - 1:22 pm

EMPTY SUIT!

Shishi   September 19th, 2008 - 1:24 pm

Dissention in the ranks. I sense that this is going to be happening more and more. The chosen one seemed shocked that there are people that do not adore him. He is so going down….Cannot wait. McCain Palin 08

Michael in SC   September 19th, 2008 - 1:24 pm

The protesters were probably taken out back and shot. HOW DARE THEY protest against His Majesty Obama!!

John   September 19th, 2008 - 1:24 pm

Seems people are catching on to Obama’s act

paxnhymn   September 19th, 2008 - 1:26 pm

Boy, I bet it really pisses Obamessiah off when the “brothers” open their eyes, leave the Dem plantationa nd decide they ain’t gone vote for massah no mo…

MadOkie   September 19th, 2008 - 1:26 pm

To paraphrase Michelle Obama…
Don’t vote because ‘he’s black’

david   September 19th, 2008 - 1:26 pm

Finally some African Americans realizing that just voting for a person of their race does not help them out. That voting blindly for democrats does not help them and has never helped them in the past

Jackso n   September 19th, 2008 - 1:26 pm

Obama did say get in people’s faces, I guess his message is catching on…congrats to those young people in the audience realizing what a shame Obama is right now

Gina   September 19th, 2008 - 1:26 pm

I believe they are called “AGENT PROVOCATEURS”.

Justin   September 19th, 2008 - 1:28 pm

Wow, it’s annoying isn’t when the form of protest is to shout down those with whom you disagree. Welcome. Republicans have been putting up with the Cindy Sheehan crap for 8 years.

john doe   September 19th, 2008 - 1:29 pm

Of course, the Obama campaign will probably call these blacks ‘racist’…

BMusic   September 19th, 2008 - 1:29 pm

I am so thrilled to see brothers and sisters of color thinking and acting for themselves; I KNEW in my heart we all weren’t separate from one another. Thank God and God bless Our America!!!

Marge   September 19th, 2008 - 1:29 pm

Gee if you say anything negative against obama they call you racist…these people are black, are they racist….the MSM should be all arrested. None absolutely none of the network or cable news tells anything about what obama is really doing except Fox, you have to admit they don’t do a good job either. WHERE in the MSM is the fact that he has to submit a legal certified birth certificate with a seal by September 24th. Will he manufacture a false one like he did for Kos. I think there should be a warrent issued and that Hawaii MUST let someone look at the records. Also they should check Canada and Kenya. The two places that have been suggested this fraud who is trying to steal the presidency of this country was born.

Stand Up   September 19th, 2008 - 1:29 pm

Kudos to those protesters. Obama ain’t all that.

Tinker   September 19th, 2008 - 1:30 pm

IT’S ABOUT TIME PEOPLE AR GETTING SMART… THEY SEE THT HUSSEIN OBAMA IS NOT FIT TO RUN THIS COUNTRY.

miamipress.net | miamipress.net   September 19th, 2008 - 1:36 pm

[...] See video [...]

AlaskaGirl   September 19th, 2008 - 1:36 pm

These “black men” know what a “black man” is and they know that Obama is falsely advertising his race. Send that fellow to Alaska for a couple months, and he’ll show his true color…

I am sort of curious….. Todd Palin is “Eskimo,” and they are people of “color” too. I know he is Mrs. Palin’s husband and all… but Obama can bank on his “white grandmother” in his campaign rhetoric, why not McCane Palin on Todd’s Native American/Pacific Islander roots? Because McCane/Palin is too classy. Only racists make race an issue; and make no mistake, Obama is a racist. Why do I care what color his mother is? Does he think he is the only man out there who is toastier lookin’ than grandma? Why is it an issue? Does it mean that a black grandma would have been unable to teach him to read?
I want to know what he is going to do as President. Near as I can tell, he plans to do more of what his cousin bioligical cousin/Cheney and Bush are doing: Tax and Spend. I cannot imagine that he will brink peace: he will bring the war home, to our front doors and living rooms.

Mary Jo   September 19th, 2008 - 1:36 pm

These young people need a spanking. They could at least have the courtesy to listen. I don’t think any one will take them serious.

kim   September 19th, 2008 - 1:37 pm

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING. THERE ARE SUPPORTS WHO ARE WHITE AND VOTING FOR HIM BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT TO LOOK RACIST – THEY NEED TO SEE THIS AND REALIZE THIS ELECTION IS NOT ABOUT COLOR OF SKIN.

dave   September 19th, 2008 - 1:37 pm

“and the wheels on the bus go round and round”

Whitey Patriot   September 19th, 2008 - 1:37 pm

I think violence will occur after the election, by blacks disappointed at the loss of Barry at the polls. They think this violence will get them their way, of programs and free money. But I predict the violence will be so bad and most of it caught on video,that it will feel like race war. It will be put down, and in the aftermath clammoring by whites for segregation will be the result and be put in place for our safety.

Lorette   September 19th, 2008 - 1:37 pm

They were just “arguing” and “getting in his face”. Isn’t that what he told his supporters to do?

BMusic   September 19th, 2008 - 1:38 pm

Marge:
Good point on Hussein Obama’s (Barry’s) actual birth certificate. I’ve seen it questioned on several posts, maybe a couple journalists, but have yet to hear it spoken of on any MSM outlets to any degree if at all. The other question this begs is if Obama is found a fraud is Biden then in the position of Presidential nominee or will Hillary come back into the picture and be up for a pre-convention vote? Will this be part of the October surprise? Inquiring minds want to KNOW.

Jesse jackson   September 19th, 2008 - 1:38 pm

The blacks that oppose him most be the only ones with any IQ to speak of. They know Obama is a puppet of Jewish interests and talks down to blacks – sorry reads down to blacks – listen to him accuse them of working..

Joe Schmoe   September 19th, 2008 - 1:41 pm

What does “Yes we can!” mean as a response from the crowd?

When groups start chanting these slogans it’s scary. Yes we can what? Yes we can shout you down? Yes we can repeat what was printed on these signs that they handed us on the way in? Yes we can get all worked up over a few people that are obviously desperate for attention?

It’s a hard break either way for whomever happens to be speaking when something like this takes place. I am not an Obama supporter but I think he handled it okay. As for the crowd, whoa, reminds me of people that are brainwashed. I could see boos but ‘Yes we can’? I feel the same way about how the people at the RNC responded by chanting. I would love it if one time everyone would just be quiet so that we could clearly hear whatever the protesters are saying because I can almost guarantee you that if someone is worked up enough to do something like this that they probably will end up sounding like nutballs if you actually listen to them. Which I think would be much more effective than shouting them down. It’s not to say that these particular people are nutballs it’s just that they probably can’t support their arguments beyond what is written on their sign. And once you’ve given them a chance to shout out whatever goofy things they want then you escort them from the building. I do give these people credit though, it did no appear they put up a fight like the goofy code pink ladies at the RNC so kudos to them for that.

It’s just the chanting that is bothersome. Too much like other rallies from history that we would all much rather not be reminded of.

As a side note, has anyone actually done the math based on Barack Obama’s campaign site. I went there and used only the figures provided by him to figure out how much a first year would cost the government if all of the tax credits etc were instituted and it came out to 421 billion. That’s one year. I sincerely would like to hear how you can say your going to give that amount in tax breaks to the “working men and women” and still have any way to provide health care for all, and all of the other social services and government programs etc.etc. that he talks about. Again, I only used the dollar amounts and numbers of people specified in his economic plan. I’m not knocking the idea of getting a tax break it’s just that my BS detector goes off when someone promises the moon like that.

mike e. cooney   September 19th, 2008 - 1:42 pm

B.Hussein Obama,is such a lite-weight as to be a laugh.A Chicago Dim-o-rat would certainly send this country down the tubes just like they did to chicago.

John Harp   September 19th, 2008 - 1:42 pm

Have any of you idiots actually looked at who these protestors are? and how incredibly crazy they are? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNOjyKMIAEM&feature=related

It’s amazing the amount of hate that is eating away at a great number of American citizens, for whatever reason, as evidenced in these comments. The country is going forward, don’t be afraid.

Black Man   September 19th, 2008 - 1:44 pm

White people love Barrack because he is the “safe” black man. Yet I am happy that I will have a black president but I still see him as being the white peoples president. He will break down the door and then we will get some “real” change. Wait and see.

These blacks are a credit to their race not like that elitist marzins Obamination.

If a bunch of whites had started that kind of thing with Sara or McCain she or he would have had them under control in no time. This guy cant even control his own kind how is he going to controll whites, Hispanics, Aisians, let alone the Russians and the terrorists?

Clearly, this is one of my special jobs.

JimmiP   September 19th, 2008 - 1:50 pm

It looked to me that the protestors were being reasonably respectful displaying signs. It was the rest of the “mostly white” crowd that was booing, yelling and disrupting Obama while he attempted to read for them.

The campaign goons were on the black dissenters pretty quickly to remove any “diverse” ideas from being considered within the “big tent”.

More of the same hypocracy on display from the democratic party. I hope they know its time to change!

PLUGGS BIDEN   September 19th, 2008 - 1:51 pm

The Patriot   September 19th, 2008 - 1:51 pm

“The concept of envy — the hatred of the superior — has dropped out of our moral vocabulary … The idea that white Christian civilization is hated more for its virtues than its sins doesn’t occur to us, because it’s not a nice idea. … Western man towers over the rest of the world in ways so large as to be almost inexpressible. It’s Western exploration, science, and conquest that have revealed the world to itself. Other races feel like subjects of Western power long after colonialism, imperialism, and slavery have disappeared. The charge of racism puzzles whites who feel not hostility, but only baffled good will, because they don’t grasp what it really means: humiliation. The white man presents an image of superiority even when he isn’t conscious of it. And, superiority excites envy. Destroying white civilization is the inmost desire of the league of designated victims we call minorities.” –Joseph Sobran (Sobran’s — April 1997)

Kyle Hitchens   September 19th, 2008 - 1:51 pm

Looks like he handled it with class and dignity (look those words up Republicans, I’m sure you don’t know the meaning).
This post from “whitey patriot” says it all:

I think violence will occur after the election, by blacks disappointed at the loss of Barry at the polls. They think this violence will get them their way, of programs and free money. But I predict the violence will be so bad and most of it caught on video,that it will feel like race war. callitlikeyouseeit   September 19th, 2008 - 1:52 pm

Obama has yet to show he has a clue when dealing with the unexpected. Thus the only logical conclusion is that these protestors weren’t unexpected but planted. There he goes using his own race again for political gain. When will people learn that he is empty suit full of empty promises supressing the minority population for personal gain.

gigi   September 19th, 2008 - 1:52 pm

What I don’t get is all the women there who ohhh and ahhh while Obama tells them he is all for their equal pay.
He’s going to “change” all those nasty unequal companies that rip you off, but the chosen one, with the unlimited bank account, isn’t quite there himself yet.

Mad Jayhawk   September 19th, 2008 - 1:53 pm

Did anyone interview the protesters and check up on them? I wouldn’t put it past the Democrats to pay protesters to show up at their own rallies in order to get even more media coverage. I thought Obama handled it pretty well. It will be interesting to see what the spin is on this. Early in Obama’s campaign there were a lot of black primary voters who were against him.

AmericanCulture   September 19th, 2008 - 1:54 pm

Did you see how Obama’s face turned red?

beverly   September 19th, 2008 - 1:55 pm

Obama and his fake, put on black accent. he grew up in hawaii, so did i…and no one “talked black” there back then. he loses the accent when
under pressure…which is, thankfully, becoming more frequent. he is a phony chameleon who changes colors and accents when convenient.

WE ARE ordinary hard working Americans tired of seeing all the values we hold dear to our hearts being pissed on by disinfranchised racists such as yourself. YOU have squandered every opportunity this great country has given you to make something of yourself but instead you made foolish choices to led you to where you are today. Now you sit back and accuse others of being “priveleged”. Take note: We, as everyday Americans, will no longer be shouted down, we will no longer be called racist because we want to keep what we earn, we will no longer tolerate ignorant as***les such as yourself with racial chips on their shoulders to talk down to us. This is our country and we love it inspite of our government, not because of it. WE WILL FIGHT to protect it!

“Inspirational and groundbreaking”???? You seem easily impressed my (obviously) young and (I’m pretty sure) unemployed brother. This guy hasn’t said a damn thing that hasn’t been said before- the fact that he can articulate his views a bit better than Jessie Jackson should not be impressive- you’re setting the bar lower because he’s a black man- that’s EXACTLY what I’m trying to point out to you. If you lower the standards for people of color, you actually bring racism back into the process where it doesn’t belong.

Gregory Scott   September 19th, 2008 - 2:12 pm

RyanD, “No black people post at this website, get real.”

Now /that/ sounds racist.

Black Americans who know what’s what are Republican. And you will notice that for a black person to be a Republican they have to be intensely independent-minded. They frequently go against all their peers and make up their own minds— which is utterly different from the bulk of black Democrats who have been lied to and are pressured and coerced into believing that the Republicans are all racists and against them. It is easy to fall into believing this, but it isn’t true. The reality is that damn near everyone is a racist of some type or another— nearly everyone breaks those who are different from them into a ’subhuman’ category— Democrats and Republican. It is a habit, a temptation and weakness of all Man. Some of the filthiest racists I’ve seen were Democrats. And the ones in power just use these masses of poor and poorly-educated people (many of them black) as fodder for the election booth.

The real independents are the black republicans. All respect to them. I’m not crazy about republicans, but to be a black one takes real guts these days. Other black people turn on black republicans in an instant. It isn’t pretty, and it isn’t easy.

Respect!

Rod Miller   September 19th, 2008 - 2:12 pm

In the past few days, the race issue is being used by the Obama people. This case has the look of a STAGED EVENT designed to evoke white sympathy for Obama. The ‘protesters’ are black … THINK ABOUT IT FOLKS!

RyanD.   September 19th, 2008 - 2:13 pm

“With ALL the terrible financial and economic news of the last week, your guy can barely eek out a percentage point or two.”

Aside fron nationals, these are all “pre-crisis”. You do know how state polls work, right?

It’s going to get much worse by next week, thats a given. But I guess a 9 and 10 point hole in MI and CO aren’t enough for you.

El Capitan   September 19th, 2008 - 2:13 pm

These black protesters are just going to be labeled “NOT BLACK ENOUGH” or “HAVING GROWN UP RICH” by the Democrats. Just wait and see.

Jermaine   September 19th, 2008 - 2:14 pm

Well, come to find out that these protestors were paid to disrupt the rally. Love the KKK signs. Nice touch….

AmericanLulu   September 19th, 2008 - 2:14 pm

Alright Obama….see you…lose! This man does not even know how to address the issues if the answers are not written for him in a speech.

He is no more than a facade for the radical left. Scary he’s gotten this far but by the grace of God he will not get any further by winning the election. Vote McCain/Pallin!

Mike   September 19th, 2008 - 2:14 pm

Dear republican sheep:

Someone has somehow convinced you that you are winning this election and soon all will be right in the world when McCain wins. I wonder, what will you do when you wake on Nov. 5th and realize you lost? Will your whole world collapse? I read your rants; Your arguments are either empty or based on misinformation. I don’t even bother arguing back any more because it’s like talking to a dead stump in my backyard. Instead I just say “SCOREBOARD” and ask all to wait until Nov. 5th. The polls don’t evidence how far ahead Obama is. They can’t poll the tens of millions of 18-30 year olds who only have cell phones (thus can’t get polled) and who overwhelmingly support Obama. So when you see Obama up by 5 points in the daily Gallup polls today, you should realize that he is actually more like 10-12 points up. So rant away. Make your crackpipe arguments and pat each other on the back for how good it will be when you win. But just remember what I said come Nov. 5th ……. SCOREBOARD.

Call me cynical but how likely is this scenario? There have not been any other protests like this at all against Obama and all of a sudden there are.

What if they are paid by his campaign to “gin” up sympathy and more anger and passion?

Josh   September 19th, 2008 - 2:15 pm

Obama will release his economic plan….at a later date. Meanwhile Paulson enacts a strategy to stablize the economy, which mirrored McCain’s suggestions and the market is up 800pts in two days. THat is what a leader does in a time of crisis, he or she acts and uses good judgment. Obama needs “time” to consult with Mr. Raines. Obama has taken so much money from Freddie and Fannie in 4 years that there is no way he would have voted for the reform McCain put forth years ago. Obama is so mixed up with these criminals on Wall Street its not even funny, its the Chicago way. Obama the corruptocrat will only stop being corrupt when he is elected. he has never taken the helm to fight the powers that be, whether in the Ill. state senate or the US Senate.

An excellent example of inclusive democrats. If someone protests, you kick them out.

If Lieberman supports McCain, he’s a democrat traitor who’ll lose his committe chair.

If Rothchild supports McCain, she’s an elitist bitter Hillary supporter who looses her democratic national committe chair.

Yet if Obama would win, increas the taxes on your company that makes the chairs, increase taxes on retail businesses that sells the chair, increase fuel taxes used to deliver the chair, and increase the taxes on YOUR RETIREMENT & 401K, so all that you’ll be left with is a chair.

And after doing that, he’ll say he didn’t raise taxes on you, just whoever pays you and everything you have to pay for.

There will be many who have no white guilt who will not vote for B. Hussein Obama and there are some white people who are so stupid that they cannot understand that Obama has said nothing except “Hope” and “Change”. Four years of B. Huseein Obama and we will be begging for the good ole days of the Carter Administration when inflation was at 22% and you had to take out a loan to buy hamburger. Vote American, nobama. “Dear republican sheep:” – Mike

Sheep??? Who are the sheep? The 95% of blacks that vote for Obama or the 5% (which include me) that don’t?

95% of blacks (on average) voted for Obama in the Democrat primaries. 45% of whites (on average) voted for Hillary in the Democrat primaries. Ask yourself to think this through a bit: Do 95% of blacks understand enough about economics, national defense, etc. that they understand enough about Obama’s positions well enough to know that he’s the right guy?- or is racial pride overwhelming logic a bit? Are 55% of whites really not as well informed as 95% of the blacks?- or are 55% of whites still racist in today’s world?

Racism has long ago shifted from national epidemic to convenient excuse. You can play that game, but I won’t- even if you win, you’ll lose- guaranteed.

Yes, Ryan, except the point was to Obama’s claim that he is different, able to bring people together, that with him they’ll “see the light,” etc.

Insofar as facts:
Obama, Biden, Dodd, Pelosi and virtually every other democrat were against the bill sponsored by McCain to prevent this financial disaster back in 2006.

Read for yourself how McCain foresaw this problem and the Democrat controlled Congress did nothing:
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/record.xpd?id=109-s20060525-16&bill=s109-190

And:

Obama has the nerve to complain about the $10 Billion in Iraq instead of in the US, when at the same time, he is sponsoring a Bill called the Global Poverty Act, which would send $850 BILLION, or more, to other countries, making the US responsible for all the world’s children.

Wake up People. He is telling us how he’s going to destroy us and sell us out to the world. At least take the time to read his own bill:

http://obama.senate.gov/press/071211-obama_hagel_can/

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=56405

He is a Marxist Socialist looking to destroy our individual freedoms by usurping control over our individual wealth and activities. And I don’t need to say it about him. His own words, bills and programs say this about him.

Maybe your parents haven’t told you, Carmen, but back in the early sixties, people in Cuba used to shout similar mindless tripe at a Fidel Castro speech. J.P. Morgan Interests
Buy 25 of America’s Leading Newspapers
and Insert Editors
U.S. Congressional Record February 9, 1917, page 2947

Congressman Calloway announced that the
J.P. Morgan interests bought 25 of America’s leading newspapers, and
inserted their own editors, in order to control the media.

“In March, 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, ship building and powder interests and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press in the United States.

“These 12 men worked the problems out by selecting 179 newspapers, and then began, by an elimination process, to retain only those necessary for the purpose of controlling the general policy of the daily press throughout the country. They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest papers. The 25 papers were agreed upon; emissaries were sent to purchase the policy, national and international, of these papers; an agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit information regarding the questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies and other things of national and international nature considered vital to the interests of the purchasers.

“This contract is in existence at the present time, and it accounts for the news columns of the daily press of the country being filled with all sorts of preparedness arguments and misrepresentations as to the present condition of the United States Army and Navy, and the possibility and probability of the United States being attacked by foreign foes.

“This policy also included the suppression of everything in opposition to the wishes of the interests served. The effectiveness of this scheme has been conclusively demonstrated by the character of the stuff carried in the daily press throughout the country since March, 1915. They have resorted to anything necessary to commercialize public sentiment and sandbag the National Congress into making extravagant and wasteful appropriations for the Army and Navy under false pretense that it was necessary. Their stock argument is that it is ‘patriotism.’ They are playing on every prejudice and passion of the American people.”

J.P. Morgan was the proxy for the jewish Rothshild banking interests in Germany.

Hey RyanD: What are Obama’s policy’s and solutions? I bet you cannot answer that because You don’t know (no one knows!) and that’s the problem. As for the sycophant accusation you don’t even know what the word means. If you want to find out what it means just take a look at a crowd at a Democrat rally!

If you’re trying to smear Lynn Forester de Rothschild as somehow being connected to Nazi Germany:

A: She was born and raised in New Jersey, That’s in the US.

B. She missed WWII by a few years being born in July 2, 1954

C. Given the years of your post was a little pre-Nazi era, 20 years or so, so maybe your comment on Rothschild just didn’t make any sense anyway

Bill   September 19th, 2008 - 2:53 pm

I’m not at all a fan of Obama. But I think what these protesters did was disrespectful. But more than likely they are students of leftist examples. They are fighting fire with fire. The leftist in this country showed them how to do it. Leftist nutroots interupt every McCain event; act in hateful and disrespectful ways. They just assume it won’t come back to bite them because Conservatives have class and don’t behave this way. But more and more Independents and Democrats are leaving the “party” who know how to disrupt speeches. So expect more of this I guess.

hold on, hold on, hold on everereybody!
Every day the same thing – you people out there -your home values are falling, bills on the table, then you have jobs like paying bills, making dinner, doing the laundry.
Yes, Senator Obama – our parents taught us – THIS IS LIFE – we are living life.
Most of us – knew we had to pay the mortgage once we signed for it, we know real estate values ebb and rise – we’ve been through a few cycles of that stuff, we know we have to make dinner, pay the bills, do the laundry.
What the heck is this man talking about!!!
I would protest that speech too – talk – speak – speak English – American English not that Chicago street English and get a life. Obama wants everyone to become a BIG, BIG SOCIALISTIC BABY. We are adults – we face life – we all have problems and we do not want you to get in our faces.

dbdk   September 19th, 2008 - 3:00 pm

RyanD,

Go right ahead and get all wrapped up in those mostly obscure polling sources that you cite. And the national poll numbers mean NOTHING. State by state, McCain is winning the ones he’s supposed to, and many of the “blue” states are much, much closer than they were in 2000 and 2004. Get your jollies all day long, you’ve got about 6 weeks to enjoy the fantasy before Nov. 4th brings you back to reality.

fefeknows   September 19th, 2008 - 3:06 pm

All right, Stephanie, I can understand your loyalty to McCain. Afterall, he is a Washington standard, all American pretty good guy, even though I don’t agree with his policies or the fact that he is trying to reinvent himself in the middle of the campaign. What I don’t understand is how you can call a legitimate presidential candidate the name that you did while supporting an airhead who gives women politicians–both Republican and Democrat–and all women a very bad name.

If we continue to provide a society that rewards laziness then you get what we are experiencing now…….lazy ass people putting a strain on our economy because they dont want to get their ass educated and get a job. Margin of error: +/- 2 (which means lead is as small as 1), plus for all you who say cellphone users aren’t polled (right from the Gallop website): “Interviews are conducted with respondents on landline telephones (for respondents with a landline telephone) and cellular phones (for respondents who are cell phone only).”

Obama up 7 Nationally (R2000)

“Obama up 10 in Colorado (InAdv)
Obama up 2 in OH (Marist)
Obama up 5 in PA (Marist)
Obama up 3 in Indiana (IS-WTHR)”

Well lets cherry pick why don’t we…lets see I personally like this one:

National (Hotline/FD Tracking) Obama +1
Colorado (FOX News/Rasmussen) McCain +2
Indiana (Rasmussen) McCain +2
Pennsylvania (Big10 Battleground) Tie
Ohio (National Journal/FD) McCain +1
or even better:
Ohio PPP (D) McCain +4

BTW, have you corrected these for the Bradley Effect? See while these polls don’t ask for a name, the clue here is that they are calling YOU, they know the number and can reasonably figure out who they called. That fact lingers in peoples minds. Even Dems are saying they are needing an 8pt lead (minimum) in the polls to win.

Haven’t read all the posts so if this has already been said, sorry. The black community is waking up to how detrimental the “race baiters” Jackson, Sharpton, Obama, and Rev. Wright are to the black community. There was a summary of a study in the WSJ last week that shows that 1st generation blacks in the US are more than 3 times more sucessful (in all categories, income, employment,net worth, education, family structure) than multigenerational blacks. It is attributed solely to the attitude of multigenerational blacks. Rev Wright, Obama and Black Liberation Theology is a disease that leads directly to failure. Hate and blaming others results into failure everytime. I hope and believe new leadership (not Obama) in the black community will be beneficial to all americans regardless of our linage.

Bobarian   September 19th, 2008 - 3:12 pm

“The polls don’t evidence how far ahead Obama is. They can’t poll the tens of millions of 18-30 year olds who only have cell phones (thus can’t get polled) and who overwhelmingly support Obama.”

Nope. Doesn’t work that way. Pollsters need a sample of X size for a given demographic. If they can’t reach YOU because you don’t have a land-line, they will find someone LIKE YOU (i.e., someone who matches your demographic) who DOES have a land-line to complete the sample pool. “18-to-30 year olds” is a demographic. “18-to-30 year olds who only have cell phones” is not.

” Monday afternoon, state Representatives Bob Hagan of Youngstown and Tom Letson of Warren met with reporters.
They argue many voters who call themselves “Democrats” or “Independents”, but won’t vote for Obama, have only one excuse, with Letson saying, “I would say that a lot of it is they’re not going to vote for ‘the black guy’”.

Hagan called the issue “unpatriotic,” adding those not willing to vote for Obama need “to face that fact. That that’s not acceptable in America.”
Both men say they will work to convince those “swing voters” to change their minds between now and election day.”

Republicans must continue this fight to expose Democrats as immature people who act like they are incapable of taking care of themselves.

Are you kidding me? I have been following both candidates, not just one. Some of you guys are so narrow minded and sheltered, nothing will make you see the fact that McCain/Palin is a complete trainwreck. McCain is highly medicated for ptsd and controling his emotional state, Palin is a redneck mayor from Alaska. Have you looked at a map lately? Note Alaska’s position next time. And, ask an Alaska if they are Alaskan or American and see what they say.

Mike   September 19th, 2008 - 3:15 pm

dbdk-

State by state McCain is getting trounced even worse then in the national polls, so you should stick to the nationals!

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/maps/obama_vs_mccain/

Name one state (any one would be fine) that Kerry won in 2004 and now McCain is winning. Just one. You can’t. As for the opposite, cite to CO, NM, and IA, where Obama is winning a previous Red state. That totals 21 electoral votes. OH, the former king maker, is 20 votes (not so important any more). And as for your claim that things are close in some blue states, they’re not. You seem to follow politics so you are well aware that the polls don’t represent the 18-30 demographic that doesn’t have land lines and thus can’t be polled. This is the same demographic that is overwhelmingly for Obama. So don’t bring up polls because they are your worst argument. Stick to fear and the like, but the polls are not your friend in this one.

Good for this group of people that chose to shout down Obama, black or white atleast they are making their statement.

For all of you spouting polls, (that would be your RyanD), many of you forget the ‘Bradley Effect’. Where a white person is afraid of saying they would be voting against a black man, cause somebody might say, ***SHHHH***, they are a racists! So they answer the politically correct answer to the pollster.

And would ya’ think that right AFTER all these articles start coming out that if you vote against Barack, you are a ****SHHHH*** Racists! That suddenly his numbers shoot back for no rhyme or reason? He STILL is bumbling around. He brings his teleprompter to events. He refuses TownHall debates and SUDDENLY he is up in the polls?

No my friends, you tie in the ‘Race Baiting’ tactics and you have a ‘Bradley Effect’.

Bobarian-

Also, you have to take into account most pollsters weight their polls with a 5-8 point spread tilted to the Democrats, based on Voter Party Identification. So statically, polls are by nature weighted towards the Democrats. It also explains why they have been so far off the real numbers.
Also, there is the question of how truly random these polls are. I have been a voter for decades. I belong or have donated to numerous conservative organizations. It was only until I gave a donation to the Sierra Club in lieu of flowers for a friend that passed away, only then did I ever begin to received any polling calls.

What really counts is the internal polling. The DNC doesn’t trust the Obama Campaign’s numbers. They do their own polling. What the DNC numbers show a terrifying trend of people who identify themselves as Democrats planning on voting McCain.

He has the nerve to call his book “Dreams of my Father” ? It is the RICH people of the USA who are ALREADY paying all the taxes! The upper half of income earners pay NINTY-SEVEN PERCENT of all federal revenue. So almost a majority of the people in our country are already getting a FREE RIDE; they pay NO TAXES AT ALL! Obama, answer this question, for the top half doing the paying, WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY GIVE UP AND STOP PAYING THE FREIGHT FOR THE FREE RIDING LOWER HALF? Exactly. You can make anything shine when you cherry pick, but cherry picking isn’t the best lead in for an argument. Mike: “the 18-30 demographic that doesn’t have land lines and thus can’t be polled. This is the same demographic that is overwhelmingly for Obama”

And the same demographic that is notorious for not voting after they say they will.
FROM: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/12/05/opinion/pollpositions/main3577733.shtml

“Every presidential election year, the youth vote is supposed to make a difference”

“In an October CBS News/New York Times Poll, just 58 percent of Americans under 30 said they were registered to vote. Ninety-three percent of those over 65 were.”

“However, two-thirds of the under-30s in our last poll admitted they hadn’t voted in 2004, though more than two-thirds of them had been old enough to vote in 2004. Only 17 percent were sure that they would participate in a primary in 2008.”

The problem with polls and demographics is that they state things in percentages…so question: How many you are there compared to babyboomers? A lot less I can tell you…that is why Social Security is about to be hurting. So even if NoBama pulls 50% of the youth vote and McCain pulls 50% of the older vote, NoBama loses. Hard to follow…then let me give you a simple example:

Say youths are 100 and NoBama gets 50% (that is 50)
Say babyboomers are 150 and McCain gets 50% (that is 75)

75 is > 50…get it? So keep dreaming.

It is about time the left got a taste of their own medicine. For decades, we conservatives have been putting up with agitators trying to shout us down just because they do not agree with us. Just try brining a conservative to a college campus! So liberals, how does it feel? What excuse do you have? Remember this next time you try to shout down a conservative and claim to stand for freedom of speech.

It’s kind of sweet and endearing to see the conservative bigots trying to accuse Obama of being a racist. From what I’ve seen Obama really doesn’t like to dwell on race. He’ll discuss it, but he’d rather talk about improving the country by improving our failing economy.

It’s so refreshing to see somebody up there who is alert and knows what’s going on. Of course, as America has slipped so much in the last seven years, the election is important – but it’s pretty clear the rest of the world is probably going to be OK, regardless of our nation’s diminished power. The Twentieth Century truly was the American century. Hopefully the depression has been averted for a very long while.

So sad. I’m 42 and I can see that my country and it’s countrymen have lost their way. For our representatives, it’s no longer about the whole, it’s about “I”. Most of our pollutitions do not concern themselves with the greater good of this nation. Most of them only concern themselves with their political standing.
Once elected, each representative hunkers down with the party and the supporters that help put them in office.
Can someone tell me how to fix this? To me it’s like a toilet that just won’t flush! There is feces that just will not budge! Our representatives have to be more accountable damn it! An empty campaign promise must have consequences!
I know we all have our responsibilities that keep us from being more attune to the aforementioned but, we have to take back our nation from the grip of these empty suits that promise anything to get elected and then blame the other side for their failure.

It seems like McCain supporters are filled with so much rage, and are voting for him primarily because he’s not a Democrat. If you don’t feel Obama is a good candidate, those of us who don’t vote with our emotions would prefer that you not vote at all. And if you’re voting for McCain because of Palin, and assume that you must do so to prove that you believe a woman is capable of being a working mother and vice president, you needn’t. No one ever said that it is impossible to do so. The concern was that this one particular person (Palin) may not be up to that task, despite her poise reciting speeches in front of a large audience. Ask questions of all the candidates, not just the ones you like the least.

Don’t vote AGAINST someone– vote FOR someone!

We all know that there is strong need for intelligent, capable, and trustworthy people in our public offices, especially the highest ones. But you’re not doing yourself any favors if you fail to investigate what a candidate has actually voted for in his or her past, and vote purely upon what a candidate says he believes in or will do. Stand up for yourself, make an intelligent voice, we are the body politic, and they are our employees!

You know, I’m college age and I have people in my face every day telling me who to vote for all the time and if I ask them, “Name 5 bills that have been passed in my life time”….1 in 15 maybe can tell me them by NAME. If I ask for ten…I get a bunch of “Uhh….” (Please, no need to go google a list of laws that have passed…I kind of ‘get it’ already.

Another perverted joow mouths off.

US filmmaker Woody Allen, best known for such comedy classics as “Annie Hall,” says it will be no laughing matter if Barack Obama fails to win the race for the White House.

“It would be a disgrace and a humiliation if Barack Obama does not win,” he told Spanish journalists at the ongoing 56th San Sebastian film festival, where his latest film “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” is being screened.

“It would be a very, very terrible thing for the United States in many, many ways,” he said.

Democratic hopeful Obama, Allen said, is “so much better” than Republican rival John McCain, and “represents a huge step upward from (the) incompetence and misjudgement” of the Bush administration.

“It would be a terrible thing if the American public was not moved to vote for him, that they actually preferred more of the same.”

On Thursday, Spanish-born Hollywood actor Antonio Banderas, who is also in San Sebastian, said he is backing Obama for the sake of his daughter — acknowledging, however, that he cannot vote as he is not a US citizen.

The comments are more interesting and informative than the video. First of all I think that it’s “cute” to quote Michelle Obama, that liberals can come on here and pretend to be republican’s that are disgusted by the McCain/Palin ticket. Not Possible. Simply put, not possible. Reason you choose to be a republican because 1. you have strong religious convictions 2. You believe in a strong military and national security 3. you want smaller government Obama is the antithesis of all of these beliefs, so I conclude you are either a liar or very very uniformed.

Liberals should bear in mind this little factoid that will factor into the election.

On election day, there will be at LEAST 1% of liberals who are too stoned or hungover to go to the polls.

On election day, there will be at least .5% of liberals who show up to polls unregistered because they are too stupid to know you have to get registered to vote.

On election day, there will be at LEAST 1% of voters who will not vote for Obama, but refuse to say so in a poll, for fear they’ll be harassed.

On Election day, at least .5% of liberals who are on welfare will never make it to the polls, because welfare didn’t buy then a car.

On Election day, there will likely be at least .5% of liberals who will go to the polls but then turn around and go home when they learn that the DNC did not hand out those free cigarettets this year.

On Election day, there will be at least 4% or 5% of Dems who refuse to vote at all, because of the way Obama treated Hillary.

——-

So the way I see it, Obama being up by 3 or 4 points in the polls doesn’t even BEGIN to cover the spread they are going to need to actually achieve similar results at the polls.

Meanwhile you have a large Republican base, chomping at the bit to go to the polls, ready to express their outrage at the bottom feeder style politics employed by liberals.

Hopefully this cheers you liberals up.

Independant   September 19th, 2008 - 4:52 pm

this is very representative of one of the great debates in African American history. I am referring to the two conflicting schools of thought of Booker T Washington and WEB DuBois. Washington argued that physical skills and talent were more important for the black man so that they could become self sufficient and acquire material goods for themselves without having to rely on white people, essentially submitting to the social standard that blacks are a lesser people, and survive on their own. DuBois on the other hand argued for education and for the black man to educate himself and to overcome oppression by become self-aware and developing their own interests as a race. Obama has in no way expressed an interest for the black race. He has sold out to the white regime and does not see the need for Black self-awareness. The only way that blacks are going to overcome their state of poverty is to become self aware, and that is only achievable through education, not cumulating material goods aka “bling”. I am not saying that Obama is supporting that ideal, but as an African American I would not be satisfied with Obama’s approach, or lack thereof, towards the interest of the black man. As a black president, Obama is going to do NOTHING for the interests of the black race, and that is a problem.

Brian   September 19th, 2008 - 4:52 pm

He didn’t see that part on his teleprompter.
He is one really confused man. He is very unstable and psycologically torn, with no clear identity. He does not know if he is white, or black. He was abandoned by his real father. He was raised, partially, by his confused and irresponsible mother who had an affinity for unstable African/Arab men; and sometimes by his typically white grandparents. He does not know if he is Christian or muslim. He does not know if he is an American, an Arab, or an African. He really, really should seek psycological help and should work at acheiving stability for his entire adult life. I pray this very mentally unstable, and confused man does not win the White House. We do not need a study on the affects of poor parenting, and an unstable childhood, running our government. That’s what they do in pyscyatrist’s offices.

It is interesting that you say those who attend Dem. rallies are doing their job. My sister works for a company that is unionized. The union is paying 4 persons from each of their stores to attend an Obama rally planned in a neighboring state. They will receive free tour bus transportation and a full day’s wages for attending. Nice work if you can get it.

About the video – I found it interesting that the MSNBC cameraman couldn’t seem to keep focus on the signs the protesters held. I imagine his director was having a coronary when the shot came in clear and gave people a glimpse of what was written. “Hey, get off that shot you moron! “Obama is a Patriot and Islam is a religion of Peace. He is the LightWorker, the one we have all been waiting for, he will usher in a better day for all of us.”

In the signature phrase of tennis great, John McEnroe:

Hey, jon! YOU CAN’T BE SERIOUS!

Felix   September 19th, 2008 - 5:10 pm

BombO’s campagne is in a freefall. The dems now feel the only way to salvage a win for him and the party is for Joe Biden to step aside ” For Health Reasons ” and hillary move onto the ticket to save the day. Supposed to happen before Oct 5th.

Beth   September 19th, 2008 - 5:11 pm

Hey Sammy123…you asked me if I am on welfare? Just goes to show how much Kool-Aid you been drinking. I am NOT black, never been unemployed in my entire life and I bet I earn way more than you in my position of upper management of a very successful insurance company! I voted for Reagan cause I too drunk the Kool-Aid. It took Bush II and his idiotic cowboy, let’s go it alone and attack Iraq for no reason that made me finally see the light and take a deep look at the results of the Republican party. So your comments on us being on welfare etc…are just so off the mark as to be laughable. I and people like me have been the backbone of this nation longer than you have likely been alive! IF you even have a college education either daddy paid for it OR you borrowed off of what my generation set up for you. So I’ll accept your apology for calling me lazy and no good…you can thank me after Obama wins and you see just what a party who actually cares about the middle class can do!

John   September 19th, 2008 - 5:11 pm

He sounds a lot like John Kerry, he has all these plans and he will show them to you when you elect him president. And Joe Biden, seriously, we all know you plagarized an english socialist, but now you just say it. We are gonna TAKE from those who go out and earn a living and GIVE to those who don’t. Hey Joe, what have you given of you 2 million plus in income, oh yeah 3000 dollars. I make one fifth what you do and I have given a lot more than that you disgusting piece of filth.

SOoo refreshing to see American-Africans reject Obama for his Muslim roots. He’s not ‘black’, he’s a mooselim mix breed. An embarrassment to be called America’s first black president! Colin Powell, and Rice, now those are dignified representatives. Powell even turned on the President –a white guy, and everyone agreed! Obama would have better off if he took his brother out of that shack in Kenya, and ran him for president instead. :-)

Beth   September 19th, 2008 - 5:18 pm

fefeknwos…ah…why are you telling me there are more whites on welfare than blacks? That idiotic comment about blacks was made by the very racist Sammy123, I am not that stupid to say the stuff he did. Because I am for Obama he accused me of being on welfare and implying I’m black. Ah…I’m white, very well employed…worked in upper management my entire life AND am well aware that people on welfare ( black or white) are NOT the problem in this country! I also feel more and more that Republicans consist of closet or open racists like Sammy and that disgusts this white American. Shame on any of you that are that ignorant.

Pete   September 19th, 2008 - 5:19 pm

“Let’s get back to work” ha, has this guy ever had a real job in his life? He was a “community organizer” whatever the hell that is. And he won two popularity contests, one of which, was essentially unopposed. Go get a job for a while then come back and let’s talk about getting back to work you condescending scumbag.

Bear   September 19th, 2008 - 5:19 pm

Heard about this on the way home from the McCain/Palin rally in Blaine, MN, talk about topping off a great day!

I’m proud of them for standing up for their beliefs and letting Obama know he can’t take them for granted.

I used to say I could understand why they would want to vote for him even if he really doesn’t line up with their core beliefs and values. Lately, though, I feel that I don’t want the first black president to be a failure. I think the first black president should be better than Barack Obama.

There are up and coming conservative blacks who will make them proud to cast their vote for someone they can agree with.

Hey Beth,

The libs will never learn.
Far left liberal candidates do not win elections.
I thought you libs would have learned that from 2004.
Obama will not won this election, he is too far to the left. Hillary was your best choice & the Dems blew it again.

BlueMax372   September 19th, 2008 - 5:21 pm

Joey   September 19th, 2008 - 5:24 pm

I’m a republican who has been very unhappy with the direction of the republican party, like many others. However, as much as I disagree with John McCain, Barrack Obama is a disgrace and I will proudly vote for McCain/Palin, and hopefully will be able to laugh all the way home when this empty suit messiah loses badly. No, I don’t care that he is black, I care that he is a Marxist, that is all that really matters.

Ben   September 19th, 2008 - 5:27 pm

That’s right, try getting a job before you talk about work. Going to college is not work, it is a false reflection of real life, that’s why so many professors are outta touch with real life because they never have lived one. Get a clue before you spout off.

Laurin Dalon   September 19th, 2008 - 5:29 pm

Has Obama ever said anything good about this country? He is the master of the Doom and Gloom message.

I am so glad to see these protesters. His VERY liberal record is coming to light. He is the most
pro-abortion politician today.

Obama is running the dirtiest campaign I have ever seen with sexist and race baiting tactics which are DIVIDING this country. He is not fit to be a small town mayor, much less President.

LA Placa   September 19th, 2008 - 5:29 pm

Jason   September 19th, 2008 - 5:30 pm

Hey Michelle, I’m not voting for McCain/Palin because she is cute. Its because she is smart, genuine, successful, and prepared to lead, unlike your husband. However, I appreciate the unsolicited advice.

Jerry   September 19th, 2008 - 5:31 pm

Holding signs up amidst this deranged, rabid crowd– Those protesters were some very brave people. More power to them.

NOBAMA is an empty suit.

pete   September 19th, 2008 - 5:31 pm

Great post Joey.
I too am fed up with the crazy spending as well as a few other issues that the Republicans seem to have lost touch with. As Sean would say, let your heart not be troubled, Palin is our future, she will make Republicans feel proud again, I know I already do.

allison   September 19th, 2008 - 5:31 pm

WOW! As I read all the comments my heart hurts. To think it 2008& people still are on the same train we were on in 2001. FORGET BUSH. FORGET MCCAIN. & SUPER FORGET PALIN… Hussien OBAMA? Where do you people come up with these things… I am disgusted by America.. You HONESTLY think another FOUR (POSSIBLY EIGHT) more years of the same turmoil we have been in for the PAST EIGHT should continue!! He handled himself well& I can’t wait to vote… & I hope to god we don’t have a repeat of the last election. Our people being swayed by false information& having the ignorance to not seek the truth.

Aerico   September 19th, 2008 - 5:33 pm

Beth… and the rest that believe Clinton left a surplus.
It didn’t happen. There hasn’t been a surplus since Eisenhower. So sayeth the guy that was the head accountant of the US. Also, the president doesn’t set monetary policy or determine where money will be spent. Congress does. More money poured into the treasury under Reagan and Bush than at any other time according to the IRS. It’s just that the congress spent it like drunken sailors. I give you the following example: the bridge to nowhere. Biden and Barry voted for it. Before she became governor, Palin liked it. But when she became governor she discovered what a waste it was and killed the project. However, in between those times, congress considered moving the funds from the bridge to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Biden and Barry voted to keep the bridge. Screw the Katrina victims. To paraphrase John Kerry Obama liked the bridge even more the second time than he did the first time.

Navy65   September 19th, 2008 - 5:33 pm

Those wern’t protesters, they were community organizers!

pete   September 19th, 2008 - 5:35 pm

Hey Alison,

Another 8 years of the same?
Here’s a news flash for you, Bush is not running.
If you would open your eyes, ears & stop drinking the Obama kool-aid you would see that!

Mark   September 19th, 2008 - 5:38 pm

Obama is a phony, a racist, a Chicago-machine crony, and a hard-core Marxist. Isn’t it amazing how every four years the Dems give us presidential candidates that are worse and worse and worse?

KathleeninOhio   September 19th, 2008 - 5:39 pm

Felix 5:10 If I were Obama, I would seriously reconsider having Hillary as VP. Keep in mind – Vince Foster. I can hear the tearful Hillary now, “Poor, poor Barack. The stress of the presidency was just too much for him…I’ll take over and be his standard bearer.”

In a lot of ways I feel sorry for Obama. Not enough to VOTE for him, but I feel sorry for him. He is in waaayyy over his head. Ego isn’t enough to run a country and his reported policies leave a LOT to be desired…unless you’re Marxist.

pete   September 19th, 2008 - 5:39 pm

Hey Mark,

You would’ve thought that the Dems would have learned from 04 that America does not vote for far left socialist candidates. I guess I am asking for too much.

Beth   September 19th, 2008 - 5:42 pm

Thanks LA Placa, you just proved my point. Republicans are racist on this board. Unbelievable, and I don’t see those of you so fervently Republican even correcting LA and Sammy123 and others so clearly racist in comments…your silence speaks volumes. Shame on all of you who do NOT speak out against this racism. And before you accuse me of being black and on welfare…go read my posts…as that prejudicial stereotype is exactly what is WRONG with the Republican party.

Aerico   September 19th, 2008 - 5:43 pm

Alright… Enough already. It’s bogus…. We have not had 8 years of Bush/Repub policies. We’ve had a democrat congress the past 2 years and as such we have had a preview of what a democrat congress would be like in the future. Nancy Pelosi made so many statements how they would get so many things accomplished now that democrats were in charge. Two things stand out. Democrats raised the minimum wage and secured the lowest rating ever for a congress. Single digit – how about that. Definitely lower that Bush’s 2 digit rating. Nancy said this will be the most ethical congress ever. If you liberals who have been taught what to think instead of how to think are unable to recall the dem scandals, I can give you a list. (sigh)

pete   September 19th, 2008 - 5:46 pm

Hey Beth,

You do not have to go far to find racism.
Take a look at your own candidate, he has played the race card many times. Not to mention his so called friendly associates!

Democrat to Republican   September 19th, 2008 - 5:46 pm

Here is what the former financial backer of Hillary said….

“I believe that Barack Obama, with MoveOn.org and Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean, has taken the Democratic Party — and they will continue to — too far to the left,” Lynn Forester de Rothschild said. “I’m not comfortable there.”

Obama is too much of a leftwinger, he’s scaring the crap out of people.

Isn’t it ironic that the presidental race is 50/50 But the Dems are blaming the failures of the country on the other 50% and the Republicans are blaming the other 50%.

pete   September 19th, 2008 - 5:54 pm

The first BIG mistake the Dems made this election: Not electing a sellable candidiate – Hillary Clinton.
The second BIG mistake: Obama not selecting Hillary as VP.
The third & final mistake: Obama is being exposed for who he rally is.
Strike three, the Dems are out!

RobertG   September 19th, 2008 - 5:54 pm

Voted Republican my whole life UNTIL 2004 when the results of Reagonmics in the hands of cowboy Bush clearly were ruining this country. Take a look at the economic news recently…that’s the result of the Republican party at the help, it’s clearly been a DISASTER. Yup, I did vote for Hillary. Bet you trashed her during that race. Bottom line is…the Republicans have been in charge for 6 of the last 8 years and veto power the last 2 of those. So CLEARLY your philosophy is NOT working! Time for a change and McSame and his gun toting side kick clearly is not it.

Ah yes Beth, it is all the Republicans fault.
The Democratic congress for the past two years have shone brilliantly huh?
And I bet according to you Barney Frank & other Dems have absolutely no wrong doing for the failures of Fannie & Freddie right?

Bob   September 19th, 2008 - 6:30 pm

Not the change i want
Each year I get to celebrate Independence Day twice. On June 30 I celebrate my independence day and on July 4 I celebrate America’s. This year is special, because it marks the 40th anniversary of my independence.

On June 30, 1968, I escaped Communist Cuba and a few months later I was in the United States to stay. That I happened to arrive in Richmond on Thanksgiving Day is just part of the story, but I digress.

I’ve thought a lot about the anniversary this year. The election-year rhetoric has made me think a lot about Cuba and what transpired there. In the late 1950s, most Cubans thought Cuba needed a change, and they were right. So when a young leader came along, every Cuban was at least receptive.

When the young leader spoke eloquently and passionately and denounced the old system, the press fell in love with him. They never questioned who his friends were or what he really believed in. When he said he would help the farmers and the poor and bring free medical care and education to all, everyone followed. When he said he would bring justice and equality to all, everyone said “Praise the Lord.” And when the young leader said, “I will be for change and I’ll bring you change,” everyone yelled, “Viva Fidel!”

But nobody asked about the change, so by the time the executioner’s guns went silent the people’s guns had been taken away. By the time everyone was equal, they were equally poor, hungry, and oppressed. By the time everyone received their free education it was worth nothing. By the time the press noticed, it was too late, because they were now working for him. By the time the change was finally implemented Cuba had been knocked down a couple of notches to Third-World status. By the time the change was over more than a million people had taken to boats, rafts, and inner tubes. You can call those who made it ashore anywhere else in the world the most fortunate Cubans. And now I’m back to the beginning of my story.

Luckily, we would never fall in America for a young leader who promised change without asking, what change? How will you carry it out? What will it cost America?

Would we?

hard2say   September 19th, 2008 - 6:30 pm

If Obama doesn’t win by a landslide, it’ll show once again how racist and ignorant this country is. danny Vice   September 19th, 2008 - 6:52 pm

Julius,

Here’s a memo for idiotic, simpletons like you who’s idiotic rational reeks of socialist blather.

1. At no time, regardless of who is President, has the US been loved by the rest of the world you dumbsht. But likewise, they flock here by the millions…and if they can’t get in legally, they risk their life to illegally enter this country. So much for your pathetic statement about what the world thinks.

2. You pathetic troll, for suggesting a person is racist simply because they do not want a socialist, welfare state representing candidate. Labeling someone a racist because they don’t believe in large government and higher taxes is ignorant beyond belief.

3. You represent exactly what the left believes. That unless it clings to your ideology, people are racist. If you aren’t successful in cramming your ideology down everyone’s throat, they are somehow uneducated.

Maybe someone should shove a few aborted fetuses down your own throat so you can get a more accurate idea of what your idiotic blather tastes like to others.

Duke   September 19th, 2008 - 6:58 pm

Gregory Scott September 19th, 2008 – 2:12 pm: “Black Americans who know what’s what are Republican. And you will notice that for a black person to be a Republican they have to be intensely independent-minded.”

Boy ob boy you hit the nail on the head 1000%. 90% of the Blacks are too dumb and sheep like to be anything but Demdomocrats. Most of them except the Rap Stars and some Atheletes are too lazy and don’t want to work, they want to get welfare from the Democrats so the vote that way. Anybody knows that. The do whatever Jerky Jackson and Al Sharptown tell them to do.

Thank God for the 5-10% of Blacks who are a credit to their race and are smart enough to decide on their own to vote Republican or are smart enough to do what they are advised by smart white people. It’s not about the color of their skin, it’s about whether they are good Americans or not.

lamindallas   September 19th, 2008 - 6:59 pm

Yo danny Vice, I’m with you bro’, but your last paragraph was kinda gross…

Jenny   September 19th, 2008 - 6:59 pm

One thing is clear.

The Democrat party has worked harder than any group I’ve EVER seen to inflame racism and sexism.

Their divisive words, constant insults, outright sexist statements and constant droning about racism has created fires where they didn’t exist before this election.

I will not reward this with a vote.

Doc Neaves   September 19th, 2008 - 7:11 pm

Tom Genin:
The Patriot’s point has nothing to do with Lynn, or any other Rothschild, in particular, but simply references the fact that the Rothschilds (along with the Rockefellers, David in particular), George Soros, and all those who came in between (the Trilaterals/Bilderbergers/CFR’s/etc) have bought and paid for the media outlets, hence the reason the MSM is “in the tank” for whoever they say. This is also the reason why any Democrat proposal is greeted with a willing, helpful press, and any Republican proposal is greeted with severe questions, hyperbole, and outright lies in order to distort things.

And for those who spout polls, there has NEVER, to my knowledge, been any poll that showed the accurate data. First, they’re mostly liberals who do the polling; second, they poll more Democrats than Republicans, often using the Independent voter category to hide those they know lean Democrat; and third, they always skew the questions around to get the answers they want. It’s simply another propaganda arm of the New World Order crowd, that, unfortunately, included the likes of Bush Senior, John Kerry, Jimmy Carter, and numerous government bigwigs over the years. Their purpose is to keep American debt high, by encouraging spending for any reason, wasteful or not (does their agenda make sense when you realize their job is to spend as much as they can?), in order to keep the income to the Central Banks high. You can see, then, how Obama fits right into their plans. The bad news is that George Soros has ALSO FUNDED JOHN MCCAIN!! What we have to watch for is the spending, though this bailout will be enough to ensure debt for the next twenty years. We need to eliminate spending in any form, since the constitution didn’t allow for most of what we spend it on now. This is exactly the reason the founding fathers didn’t want this kind of spending machine in power, they knew it would never get un-elected, and would constantly sell their votes to those who don’t pay taxes, but still get to vote.

There are a lot of people to blame for the subprime mortgage crisis and this week’s wall Street meltdown. Above all are the crooks and mismanagers who ran the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) – and their political enablers.

Fannie and Freddie were very good at greasing palms on Capitol Hill. Fannie spent $170 million on lobbying since 1998, and $19.3 million onpolitical contributions since 1990.

The principal recipient of Fannie Mae’s largesse was Sen. Chriss Dodd (D-CT), chairman of the Senate Banking Committee. Number two was Barack Hussein Obama.

Fannie bought most of its bad mortgages from Countrywide Financial, whose CEO, Angelo Mozilo, gave sweetheart loans to senior executives of Fannie Mae.

Sen. Dodd was also the second largest recipient in the Senate of contributions from Countrywide’s PAC and its employees. The number one senator on Countrywide’s list? Barack Hussein Obama.

The people who support Palin are the same group of people who supported Sanjaya Malakar from American Idol even though they knew he did not possess anything remotely close to talent. AI was almost shut down because stupid people. They are treating the Election with same stupidity. The only difference between Palin and Sanjaya is that he felt terrible knowing that he didn’t have the talent to move forward. Palin is dumb she has no idea and is too arrogant to feel guilty.

Hey Pete…ah gee dude…we didn’t have these economic problems under Clinton. That’s a fact mam. The democrats have only barely had a majority in congress and NOT enough to override the ReBushlicans and gee BUSH is in charge and his vetoes ONLY came after the democrats tried to stop his insane policies. So yes the logical conclusion is real simple…8 years of Bush and Republicans in power, the last 2 with not enough Democrats to get the majorities needed to override your guys…ah so WHO is logically at the wheel here? Yup, the Republican party, that’s right! Ya gotta be deaf, dumb and blind to not see that….like I said…I am a recovering Republican. It’s very clear WHO was in charge of this economic disaster and WHO started the Iraq war after lying to all of congress. It’s just the Democrats who stood up and said…this is wrong.

Doc Neaves   September 19th, 2008 - 7:43 pm

Also, Beth, you aren’t counting the fact that, during the years when the Republicans had a “majority” under Clinton, it wasn’t a true majority, since there were several RINOs that would vote with the Dems most of the time, anyway, and that prevented the Republicans from getting anything done. The same was true during the Bush years. The last two years, the Dems have had complete control, and have offered nothing. If they had sent a hundred bills up that were socialist, and the president vetoed them, great, we can talk about issues. But they have done nothing but waste time and money repeatedly investigating crap that is none of their business, like steroids, and oil company profits, that are NOT out of line and are more heavily taxed than any other industry (and, the government gets three fourths of those profits in the form of taxes, so you tell ME who’s making the most off of high gas prices?). Instead, because of their largesse income I just mentioned, they vote to keep gas prices high by preventing every way they can more drilling in areas were reserves are proven while complaining about not drilling in places where there are NO proven reserves, or if there are, the oil companies are being sued over EVERY SINGLE LEASE, producing or not, just to stop the exploration that would answer those questions. Go ahead, show me ONE damn thing they did, except for raise minimum wage for everyone except John Kerry/Nancy Pelosi’s factory workers in Guam, or wherever it was.

And what would you expect a president to do when they were attacked? We attacked Afghanistan because they harbored the Taliban, who attacked us, and Iraq because they harbored other terrorists, including Al Qaeda, who attacked us, and because they openly declared war on us, firing upon us over and over again for ten years. Not to mention that the UN and everyone else voted to do so…but no, of course, you guys have to lie and say that Bush did it all alone. What a pathetic person you are, and I don’t believe for a second that you could vote Republican even once and then feel this way. I call you a poser to your face.

Our parents did them, our grandparents did them, our great-grandparents did them, our great-great grandparents ……..

I am 100% behind McCain/Palin. I have no use for Obama or Biden, or the Democrat Party for that matter, but frankly…I’m tired of the “protests” that pretty much amount to yelling matches. It was BS when those hags from Operation Pink tried it, and it is BS with these guys. I’m glad they are against Obama, but they should show it by going out and convincing people to vote McCain/Palin. They shouldn’t stoop to the liberal level, we are better than that.

NotRyan   September 19th, 2008 - 8:19 pm

Hi Ryan,

Please answer these simple questions with honesty and integrity.
Please don’t call names, please don’t provide cherry-picked polls.
I could do the same, but I won’t.
Also, please don’t sidestep the question with another question about your champion’s opponents. Feel free to post again (the 13th time? LOL) with your questions.

How do you feel about a now convicted felon paying for half of Obama’s house in Chicago, in return for political favors? Feel free to read through the Chicago papers from the time for verification.

How do you feel about this not being vetted in the news the same way Governor Palin’s “alleged” attempt to fire a trooper who, by the way, tasered a 10 year old boy, was covered.

How do you feel about Obama’s relationship with Ayes?
For those who don’t know or only pay attention to democratic talking points and bumper stickers, Ayers is an unrepentant and proud terrorist who bombed OUR capitol and got off on a technicality. Obama launched his political life from Ayers’ home.
And no, this is not guilt by association. It is a question of how could he associate with this person.

How do you feel about Obama essentially doubling everyone’s tax burden? Before you spout your talking points, please remember that this is exactly what will happen when Bush’s tax cuts aren’t made permanent.
I know, tax the wealthy…distribution of wealth..more on welfare….

How do you feel about Obama’s plan (see his website) to tax 28% on profit from ALL home sales. (How does this affect you? If you sell your home and make a profit, you will pay 28% of your gain on taxes. If you are heading toward retirement and would like to down-size your home or move into a retirement community, 28% of the money you make from your home will go to taxes. This proposal will adversely affect the elderly who are counting on the income from their homes as part of their retirement income.)
McCain endorses 0% before $500,000.
Is 28% the change for the middle class you want so badly?

How about this one:
39.6% Dividend Tax –
(How will this affect you? If you have any money invested in stockmarket, IRA, mutual funds, college funds, life insurance, retirement accounts, or anything that pays or reinvests dividends, you will now be paying nearly 40% of the money earned on taxes if Obama becomes president.
The experts predict that ‘Higher tax rates on dividends and capital gains would crash the stock market, yet do absolutely nothing to cut the deficit.’)
McCain – 15%. No change.

How about this simple Income tax comparison taken from CNN Financial and FOX Money.
McCain:
Single making 30K – tax $4,500
Single making 50K – tax $12,500
Single making 75K – tax $18,750
Married making 60K- tax $9,000
Married making 75K – tax $18,750
Married making 125K – tax $31,250

Obama:
Single making 30K – tax $8,400
Single making 50K – tax $14,000
Single making 75K – tax $23,250
Married making 60K – tax $16,800
Married making 75K – tax $21,000
Married making 125K – tax $38,750
Under Obama, your taxes could almost double! Yes, this is, once again, Obama allowing the tax reductions to expire.

This one is just disturbing.

Obama: Restore the inheritance tax

Many families have lost businesses, farms, ranches, and homes that have
been in their families for generations because they could not afford the inheritance tax. Those willing their assets to loved ones will only lose them to these taxes.

NEW TAXES PROPOSED BY OBAMA

New government taxes proposed on homes that are more than 2400 square feet.
New gasoline taxes (as if gas weren’t high enough already) New taxes onnatural resources consumption (heating gas, water, electricity) New taxes on retirement accounts, and last but not least….New taxes to pay for socialized medicine so we can receive the same level of medical care as other third-world countries!!!

How do you feel about Obama’s approval of Partial Birth Abortion, which most of America finds repugnant? You do understand what that is, don’t you?
Basically, it’s the baby is 9 months old and in the process of naturally being birthed. With 1 more push he or she could go into the arms of someone willing to adopt him or her.
Instead, the one more push is into the surgeon’s scalpel.
Is the mother’s ego and not wanted to know she has a baby in this world greater than the babies life? You must answer in the affirmative if you stand with “The One”.

Lastly, how do you feel that the Obamamania media (before you say it, 92% registered Democrats, proven studies by Stanford and Columbia that Obama coverage is extremely slanted) is not relaying these important facts to the American people?

Aren’t you the slightest bit bothered that possibly millions of people will vote out of ignorance provided by pro-Obama supporters?
Wouldn’t it be better to win in a fair fight?
Wouldn’t it be better to win knowing that people made educated and intelligent choices based on the facts?
Or, are you just interested in the results where the ends justify the means?

Sadly, in this age of short attention and many people thinking a headline is all the information they need, perhaps we deserve to elect this man with 170 days experience in the senate and experience at community organization.
Perhaps we deserve to be moved one step closer, if not into, socialism.
Spread the wealth. Offer no reward and destroy ambition to become successful, as your hard work will simply be used to support those who don’t work hard.
It’s inevitable, really.
Each year, more people want to sit back and do nothing.
More people want to shirk responsibility.
More people want something for nothing.
The democratic party promises this to all.
What a great future we have.

But please, Ryan, keep posting. It’s more than I could ever do to turn people away from the extreme left in this country.

PoorBeth   September 19th, 2008 - 8:48 pm

Now Beth, surely you aren’t one of the “Bush Lied” robots, are you?
You are intelligent enough to figure out how to post on the internet, so you should see the flaw.

If Bush lied, then the King of Jordan, the King of Egypt, Russian Intelligence, MI6, Chinese Intelligence, the UN, CIA and countless other world leaders and intelligence organizations lied as well.
In fact, William J. Clinton then lied when he signed 1066 making it US POLICY to remove Saddam. He based this on the threat Saddam posed, including that from WMDs, which he used on his own people.
Were those videos faked?
Did Bill lie? In this case, not while under oath in the Monica debacle…but, I digress…

Have you ever received information you believed to be true and either forwarded it or acted on it, only to have it not be true?
Did that make you a liar?

When the weatherman used the best intelligence at his disposal, especially in the effort to protect people, and the forecast turns out to be innocuous, did he lie?
Surely, he did.

The only lie here is the left lie that Bush lied.
Those who supported excising Saddam for the right reasons ran when their beholden extreme left became angry. To placate them, some of the lower of the low lives called our president a liar.
Classless, tasteless and utterly ignorant.
They soon discovered that the more they said it, the more the uninformed sheep bleated it about. An easy slogan for the people who couldn’t lift an eyelid to look into the facts.
And worse, another ploy to steal the votes of the ignorant and divide this country.

Shame on you, Beth. You’re smarter than that.

The REPUBLICANS have trashed this country’s economy, sold out to every lobbyist with a spare buck, outsourced our jobs to foreign countries, allowed cheap labor to come in and take the rest, sent our sons and daughters to war over a LIE and REFUSE to properly care for all the permanently disabled 20 year old veterans coming home. “Mission Accomplished” and “Country First” my hairy butt. REPUBLICANS are traitors to freedom and LIE so much they don’t know the truth when they hear it.

I’d vote for a ham sandwich for President before I’d cast a vote for ANY sad piece of trash Republican. Obama gets my vote and I hope he trashes that old man and his trailer trash Alaskan nursemaid.

Beth   September 19th, 2008 - 9:07 pm

Hey Doc Neaves..you made me laugh out loud! A poser? Get real. My entire family has been Republican…clear up until the Iraq war. Then we all deserted a losing strategy. Why? We remember the Vietnam war and all the scare tactics used. My brother died in that war, after he was a POW. Invading Afghanistan I completely agree with, they harbored Bin Laden. So tell me why we went to Iraq again? Was Bin Laden there? no…were the WMD’s there? no…so what WAS there…the terrorist were not there, not till we invaded. WE lost the respect of the rest of the world for our go it alone cowboy attitude, then we sealed it with the pathetic excuses for going to war that all turned out to be big ol lies. THAT is when I broke with Bush and the Republicans who continued to support him. I am not democrat OR republican anymore so stop the your a lib on welfare junk that I’m attacked with from your group. I’m for sanity…and clearly McSame isn’t it. The Republican party needs to own up to the war and economy and FIX it, otherwise yes I will NOT vote. A poser? You must be the poser to continue to support this administration after picking up the daily papers full of his failures!
I have the courage to stand up when we are wrong…the evidence simply proves just HOW wrong Bush was. I have a 17 year old son now, I will NOT lose him like I did my brother to wars founded on lies…

Searchin4Truth   September 19th, 2008 - 9:08 pm

OBAMA is NOT “black”. He IS ARAB-WHITE.

Why do I not see anything on Obama’s Arab heritage?
Obama is 43.75% Arab and 50% white. There is so little “black” in him he can’t claim African heritage (6.25%).
Many Arab’s were slave traders in Africa and STILL enslave Africans.
Obama seems to identify with “blacks”, but that seems politically expedient, not truthful.
Since Arabs are responsible for most of the SLAVE TRADE in Africa and elsewhere, may Obama has good reason to hide the obvious.

Could this be the reason Obama’s birth certificate is no where to be found, except a Photoshopped jpg on his web site?
Obama may have been born in Kenya. That would make him ineligible to become POTUS. Kenya sealed the records for Obama’s birth date and no other date.

Thank God for these Black protestors I admire them for knowing the truth about Obama, this man does not what is happening. These protestors know the truth. Why do these Republicans keep trying give us facts that have nothing to do with what happened this past 7-years when they were clearly in charge of the the White House and Congress? How stupid do they think people are to fall for the same garbage that they’re shoveling. The American electorate has spoken loudly since the elections of 2006 that we intend to snatch every last vestige of power away from Republicans who are drunk on the arrogance of power. I hope the job of putting the Republicans OUT is finished in November. Republicans don’t deserve to hold power.

I would like to know where so many white people who post comments on all of these boards get the idea that there’s all these black people out there getting “free money” or “handouts.” (Ironically, this is one of the programs Obama cut out when he was in the IL state senate. He put poor people on govt programs that got them jobs not checks.)

I am black and, with exception of my college loans and tax refunds, have never recieved any money from the government, nor has anyone in my family or anyone I know. And none of us are rich. Yes, there are poor people, black and white, who recieve handouts and many take advantage. But how did this country get so convoluted wherein it seems like half of the white people on these boards think WE ALL live like this? Or, for that matter, that WE ALL are voting for Obama. It just goes to show the polls are stirring more hot sauce in the pot, ala the OJ trials. I didn’t know a single black person who thought he was innocent then, and I know several conservative blacks who are backing McCain. And, come to think of it, a couple of white people working under the table while collecting unemployment.

This is just an Obama stunt. He just wants to make it appear that all black people are not with him. This is just a plant to make white, asian and hispanic voters think that he is on many sides. RyanD:

“No blacks post at this web site so get real.”

Really?

This is not a backwoods Klan meeting, Ry. I’ve posted here several times and, however depressing it may be, stop by to read the comments at least once a week.

People criticize black people for being angry, unpatriotic, “paranoid,” petty and victim-mongers and even I cringe sometimes at my fellow blacks for taking some things out of proportion. But then I come here and I read this racist garbage (I mean, all the way down to comments about “subhuman” catagories, for Christ’s sake!!) and I’m astonished.

Obama faces the logical extreme of the dilemma faced by many “talented-tenth” educated and well-to-do blacks. To some whites, he is black and anyone who can read these comments can see what that means. And to some blacks, he is too white, not “down” with “the struggle.” If we are successful, we are perceived as affirmative-action babies. If we are not, we subsist on handouts from the government and have too many babies.

Is there a correct way to be a black American or will that remain a contradiction in terms in this country forever? (This is a rhetorical question; I don’t need anybody here to validate my amendment rights.)

jay   September 19th, 2008 - 10:03 pm

For SO many of you who don’t know it, there are MANY, MANY blacks who are turned off by Obama. Not for the same reasons as so many whites, but turned off nonetheless.

Let me explain something to many of you white folks here: ALL BLACK PEOPLE, like every other group, have divisions within the group. For example, many blacks don’t think Obama is “black enough” or that he hasn’t any investment in the interests of black people (i.e. the issues of the poor, because to some people, black and white, black is synonymous with poverty and unemployment). These are the same black people who think anyone who speaks well, goes to college and finally leaves the “neighborhood”/ghetto is a “sell-out” or an elitist. These are the same black people who didn’t think The Cosby Show was realistic or that Bill Cosby should have said what he did about black crime/family dysfunctionality/poverty on television. These, basically, are the black people that make MY life harder because everyone else seems to think that most of us are like them. So they don’t vote or they wanted Hillary because they fell for the Clinton b.s. or they’ll even vote for McCain because that’s how much resentment they feel for blacks who are educated, successful and speak well. It’s crazy and it’s contradictory and it’s part of the whole complex racial malady that pervades this country and a lot of you white folks are just nudging it along like a drug resistant virus.

jay   September 19th, 2008 - 10:05 pm

correction in my prev post:

“or that Bill Cosby should NOT have said…on television.”

September 11, 2001: George W. Bush was President of the United States when the nation was attacked. We later learned that George had been briefed on the possible plot about a month before it happened. George W. Bush and the Republicans did NOT protect this country then. Why should Americans trust them to protect us in the future? Our borders are open. There are no checks on cargo brought to the U.S. by ship. The 9/11 commission recommendations were ignored. We are not safe. We are lucky.

Eileen   September 19th, 2008 - 10:24 pm

Finally, the black community awakens to the fact that the Flim Flam Obamaman is not one of them! He prefers to be associated with the white community and the black community is finally getting it! He was using them for votes…that is all!

They have awakened my appreciation for them as a race. For awhile in the beginning so many blacks were coming out for him just because he is black. I appreciate you for speaking up and speaking your mind about the differences between you. They are the same differences that I, as a white person, have with him. Thank you…for thinking and not blindly going for him just because he is half black.

He doesn’t care about the black community and to tell you the truth he doesn’t care about the white community either. He only cares about himself. He is an elitist, egotist. He is self-serving and only uses people.

You only need look to see how he got elected to the Illinois Senate…he stepped over people. A true and tried Chicago politician…learned it from the best of them. But he was counting on the black vote and the vote of women. He will get neither of the majority of either.

The only viable candidate to move us forward in America is President Elect McCain and Vice President Elect Palin. They have my vote in November because I know they will bring honor, integrity and commitment to our country. They are the only ones to get us out of the mess we are in.

I am also voting in Republican representatives in my district in an attempt to give them a Republican lead Congress so their reforms and changes can be implemented.

Cindy   September 19th, 2008 - 10:25 pm

Carl:

The Dow is up because investors knew there’s going to be a bailout and millionaires are going to turn into billionaires overnight for throwing money at downed stocks that will inevitably recover. The profit margins will make a lot of already rich people very happy and the laid-off working class white Republicans and Sarah “she’s just like us” Wal Mart moms (isn’t soccer “elitist?”) who won’t vote for Obama because he’s black will shake their heads at the five dollars they just wasted for their scratch-off lottery tickets and wonder what the hell they’re doing wrong.

jay   September 19th, 2008 - 10:42 pm

Eileen:

There IS NO BLACK COMMUNITY. We are not all poor, we are not all looking for handouts and we do not ALL anything.

Obama has always been running for president of the United States, not the Black States. It is ignorant whites like you who percieved him as running as a black leader of some sort. He cares about the country, not whites more than blacks anymore than he IS more white THAN black.

If anything good comes out of my indulging in these comments and this election in general it’s the overwhelming confirmation to the world that limited insight, spotty intelligence and poor quality of critical thinking is as remote and spare among whites Americans as in any other group.

So as for awakening appreciation for our race? Eileen, we don’t care what people like you think of us. Your whole post sounds like it was written 40 years ago. You are everything I personally cannot stand about “the white community.” (Yes, there is no such thing, I get it. Do you? Is your ignorant brain irony-soluble?)

People keep insinuating there might be riots by black people should Obama not win. (FYI: the types of blacks who riot probably don’t vote and don’t identify with Obama so all of you can take a deep breath.)

But after listening to you guys, I’m starting to wonder how white people like those on this board might react if McCain loses. I mean, a lot of you have bloody fangs for black people. Most frighteningly, some of you are probably teachers, judges, police officers — and parents.

If I’ve ever wondered what this country sounded like outside of the “elite” cities I’m used to living in, I do know now. Very scary. I certainly won’t be driving on any cross country trips any time soon, that’s for sure!

Cbates   September 19th, 2008 - 11:19 pm

I think you all are missing what they were protesting. They were protesting the oldest terrorist group in this country and why B. Obama doesn’t discuss the issue of societal injustice. He will address both issue even handely.

Kevin   September 19th, 2008 - 11:33 pm

OK, enough is enough. For all of you who think all Republicans are racists…I’m a conservative and vote Republican, even though Republicans really aren’t conservative any more. But they also aren’t avowed Marxists and communists, which is really what I am voting AGAINST.

If any of the following were running for public office, I would vote for them in a second without hesitation: Condi Rice, Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell, Alan Keyes, Colin Powell. Why? Not because they’re black, but because they’re intelligent, educated, have good work ethics, and have similar views as I do on economics, foreign policy, etc. The same reasons I would vote for a white candidate.

I’m not crazy about John McCain. I think the McCain/Feingold “Campaign Finance Reform” is as unconstitutional as it gets. But given a choice between that and socialist/Marxist/communist policies that Obama and Biden embrace, I will vote for McCain and pretend that I like it. If you support Obama, you really need to ask yourself why. If he wins, you will regret it. He will not make America safer or better, only drag us down to the same level as the rest of the third-world socialist countries. Look at his web site and do the math. He can not keep his promises and pay for it, too. Don’t be fooled. Vote America. Hold your nose and vote McCain!

Ralph   September 19th, 2008 - 11:34 pm

Kevin   September 19th, 2008 - 11:59 pm

Lol Mensanlam! “If an IQ test were required to vote, the Democrats would stay in power…” Sure, if you had to be below a certain IQ to vote.

Think about why America is the economic powerhouse that drives the rest of the world’s economies, why we’re the innovators, the leaders in technology. Think about all the things that set America apart from the rest of the socialist countries of Europe. And then ask yourself why you want to be like them. Well, why do you want to be like them? We have it better than just good in this country, and it ain’t because we’re socialists, dude!

Wake up! Educate yourself. Socialism is for third-world countries. Communism has failed everywhere it has been practiced. Free markets and Capitalism is what drives this country to greatness. Obama is pandering to the losers, not the winners. Be a winner! Vote NO to Marxism for America!

RyanD is going to school us on “reality”

“Oh man, McCain is getting his butt handed to him right now.

Obama up 5 Nationally (Gallup)
Obama up 7 Nationally (R2000)
Obama up 10 in Colorado (InAdv)
Obama up 9 in MI (Marist)
Obama up 2 in OH (Marist)
Obama up 5 in PA (Marist)
Obama up 3 in Indiana (IS-WTHR)

So this is the website that suspends reality? Nice, I’ll have to come back more often.”

Obama up by 10 in CO? Really? You didn’t cherry pick that one at all? THat’s funny, because National Journal has him up by only 1. So does PPP. Rasmussen has McCain up by 2. But I guess those other three polls don’t count. They weren’t polling the right people.

That little fudge-up made me wonder a bit about the other numbers: Big10 Battleground has PA tied. So does Rasmussen. In fact, of all the polls I looked at, the one that had Obama leading by the most in that state was Marist. Why would a truth seeker like RyanD keep picking only the polls that show Obama winning by the most? In fact, an average of all the polls in that state show that McCain has closed the gap rather quickly in the last two weeks. Yet the “truth seeking” RyanD’s post suggests that Obama will win in a landslide.

Hmm…what else were we too stupid to look up ourselves, Ryan? Well what do you know…Gallup and R2000 have Obama winning by the most of all the polls again! Who’d a thunk it?!? I guess we’re too dumb to have noticed that at least 4 polls have the two men tied Nationally.

Yes, Ryan, do come back more often. Come back so that people like me can call you out on your BS and we can all laugh at the fool you make yourself out to be.

JimmyH   September 20th, 2008 - 12:10 am

“The polls don’t evidence how far ahead Obama is. They can’t poll the tens of millions of 18-30 year olds who only have cell phones (thus can’t get polled) and who overwhelmingly support Obama. So when you see Obama up by 5 points in the daily Gallup polls today, you should realize that he is actually more like 10-12 points up”—–
—-What you don’t realize, my friend, is that people lie on polls, especially if they fear being thought a racist. I think the more likely thing is that an overwhelming number of people who said in a poll that they were voting Obama, will do the opposite alone in the voting booth. This will not be because of racism but fear of being labeled a racist.

Jo   September 20th, 2008 - 12:16 am

It’s refreshing to see the American-African sector is seeing Obama for what he is, a Muslim-mix who will do anything to bring Islam into the White House. Powell and Rice are Presidential material. In fact, Powell disagreed with a white President and was commended for that, race is not a factor here. Clearly it would be shame for Obama to be the first black President, because he’s a mid-east turn-coat against the United States.

Jeff   September 20th, 2008 - 12:17 am

No McBush–

“This is why we need IQ test before people can vote. So morons like this don’t elect another Bush.”

Well, it wouldn’t be the first time Democrats made up a test that African Americans would have to take before they would be allowed to vote. Maybe these “morons” actually opened a history book in their lives. Newsflash, “No McBush”: that brilliant idea you just came up with… it’s been done. They used to call those brilliant ideas “Jim Crow laws”. And if you can’t quite figure out why your “wonderful” idea is really a bad one, then you’ll never figure out why those guys were protesting your so-called open minded party.

Jeff   September 20th, 2008 - 12:23 am

Mike–

“I bet none of em up there ever voted in their life. A bunch of ignorant blacks that the republican party went and found and paid em a few dollars to not shoot each other for one day and hold those dam signs.”

Wow. I guess those Republicans are really racist. You should go around and tell every black person you meet this theory of yours.

notnice   September 20th, 2008 - 12:26 am

It’s funny how we can’t comment on Michelle O’s Comment: ” We come to a time to vote on the man we like. Don’t just vote because she’s cute, oh wait I’m talking about myself.” The Obama’s are good at playing politics. If I were to question her I would be a racists.

I would say the reciprocal would be don’t just vote for Obama because he’s black, or half black, or black because that supports his agenda. I’m gonna vote not present that he’s black, but I guess if your mixed you automatically fall into the minority and that must be close enough. Maybe the white side that raised him and put him through school means nothing…oh wait did I offend someone. I guess we’ll pull a Hilary and block any info about the big O and his college days and use his auto b as a true source of info. Meanwhile the dems will send crews to dig up dirt on the opposite party.

Oh yea, the Tenn Dem’s son who hacked into Palin’s email account, I hope he goes to jail and daddy Dem doesn’t find loopholes for him.

Don’t hate me because I’m white, I’m the minority is South Florida. Who’s coming to my aide. wait…..I support myself what a novel idea. I have no rights because I am oppresed by the majority…what an ironic twist, bet you don’t hear about that in the media.

Riki Tiki   September 20th, 2008 - 12:28 am

JimmyH — you’re correct in your rebuttal to the comment you quoted. The commenter had it backwards; not only do polls tend to favor Dems in recent elections, but there is a name for the phenomenon you refer to — I think it’s the “Warner Effect.”

LOL@ the posters trying to provide cover and misdirection for Obama’s silly, pathetically misguided, deceitful, floundering campaign.

“Screw all you repukes! Too bad johah mcpalin just steals obamas lines and not his ideas.”

Just beautiful…I’m so glad that YOU will be voting in November for the next President of the USA. Why can’t you take an intellectual position on the issues? Too much weed and 40’s, I guess. You must be a product of that proud Democratic institution of public education, the NEA. Too bad they didn’t teach you how to come across as intelligent or argue a point.

Seriously, are you high, or drunk, or both? Let’s debate some issues here and leave the name-calling on the first grade playground.

The differences between McCain and Obama are minimal, when you consider that both believe big government can save you from yourself, and that we can save other nations from themselves as well. I will not play along with the game of lesser of two evils, as I believe that is part of what has plunged this nation into the mess we find ourselves today.

Please visit bobbarr2008.com and give liberty a voice in the Presidential debates and beyond.

Independent Voter   September 20th, 2008 - 1:09 am

As a general rule, Democratic critics are much more likely to resort to criticisms of people rather than their ideas.

For example, in this very thread, one Republican poster called Obama’s CAMPAIGN “pathetic” while a Democratic poster called Republican VOTERS “morons.”

Today, Democratic Congressman Charlie Rangel called Sarah Palin mentally “disabled” during a TV taping.

The story is all over Progressive Talk Radio today about the McCain’s campaign sending absentee ballot applications to registered democrats or people that have donated to Obama’s campaign. These ballots are deliberately misleading and have postage paid return addresses that are for an election clerk that is outside of your city or town. What this will end up doing is either having your vote not counted, or if you return one of these, they will cite you for election fraud, saying that you already voted absentee. These ballots are only being sent out in ‘purple states’ and this is a big deal.. This is called voter caging, and is a huge problem.

The McCain campaign is stealing this election as we speak. Please get this information out to as many people as you can, and tell anyone you know who has received one of these ballots that they need to contact their city election clerk or the supervisor of elections immediately. Also call the local media and let them know what is going on.

The main stream media is never going to cover this so we have to depend on our ground campaign to get the word out to our voters.

Nicole   September 20th, 2008 - 1:22 am

It is abundantly clear: Obama has droped the mask, dropped the politics of hope, and shown who he really is–a thug straight from the Chicago Political Machine, who will lie, cheat and steal if need be, all the way to the highest office in the land. He’ll throw anyone under the bus…it’s only a matter of time before he tries to get McCain thrown off the ballot for some false reason, like he did back in Chicago with anyone who posed a threat–even Alice Palmer, who supported his initial run in politics. He is filthy and slimy and has no morals. I can only hope that people are beginning to wake up and see him for who he really is. HE is more of the same. HE IS your typical politician. He is nothing new and nothing good.

Jason   September 20th, 2008 - 1:25 am

Why all the women on stage? Would that be for political purposes? Nah! OBambi ain’t no ordinary politician, he’s a “special” politician.

Nicole   September 20th, 2008 - 1:29 am

“The McCain campaign is stealing this election as we speak.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
WHAT?!? Is it McCain who has the endorsement of ACORN, the most notable group of voter fraud organizers around?? And it’s been proven, it’s not conjecture. Oh, don’t forget: Obama represented ACORN as their lawyer a few years back. Yep, a community organizer turned Constitutional lawyer who defends the voter fraud agency for which he once worked. And now they have returned the favor to him…by endorsing his run for the highest office in the land…and probably also working feverishly on stealing the election for him. NICE.
He was basically saying that if we are attacked then we should turn the other cheek. Yes and they won’t ever harm us again unless you cut ties with Israel and give them Billions of dollars. Obama would cut ties with Israel because he is a Hate monger and he hates the Jews just like his reverend wright. You have to go look it up on You Tube before they pull it off the air but I sent it to everyone that possibly will air it. These words came from his mouth in this Video and it was SACRALIGIST and made my stomach turn. This man is a radical Muslim who wants us to be Communist and he will be the annoited one and be able to stay rich. This man is one sick Bastard!!
McCain Secretly Plans New Tax on Middle Class
Nicole et al,
Do you really believe what you’re saying? Or do you just want the other guy to win so badly that you’ll say anything?
I’ve voted Republican for years and even I can see that this guy Obama is squeaky clean, as politicians go. I’ve done some research and all of the smoking guns are shooting nothing but blanks.
If we’re honest with ourselves, we’d realize that both of these candidates are quite capable of leading the country. The only question is should we stay on the same track or is it time to try something new?
These liberal numb-nuts who keep spewing this “Bush Lied” bull excrement obviously are unaware of the whoppers used by Woodrow Wilson to drag us literally kicking and screaming into WWI. If you opposed it, you went to jail! He was a Dumocrat. They also seem unaware of the absolute bald face lying by LBJ which got us mired down in Vietnam. Both of these criminals looked the American people straight in the eye and said “I will never send American boys to fight and die on foreign soil”. DON’T TALK TO ME ABOUT THE BUSH LIE, because he learned from the masters…
How about the Terrorists wanting Obama to win the election because they’ll have one of there own a Radical
MUSLIM. You people need to go to You Tube and look for a speech that Obama gave in 2006. He said with his own mouth some degrading staements about the HOLY BIBLE!! It made me sick and Obama and his Wife both hate this Country and want to turn us into Communists and cut ties with Israel. This video will change your mind about voting for him if you believe in the BIBLE! He showed the real OBAMA and it is scary to think he is so close to destrying our Democracy. Like this blog will be Illegal as well as free speech. He wants to cut our military when we are in 2 wars and also wants to cut out our Nuclear weapons. I feel so safe just thinking about that and the next DEPRESSION for raising taxes. In the Video he states things about The Sermon On The Mount and says we should turn the other cheek. So if someone Nukes New York City he will rather have talks with the Terrorists then go after them and try and capture or kill them. Oh, the Patriot Act Obama wants to make our Country tell the possible Terrorists after a couple of days that we are taping your phones and following you because we think your a Terrorist. Would’t that be a great way to catch some Terrorists. This guy is nuts and so is his wife who is proud of her Country for the first time in her life. Let’s see what she says if her husband loses the election?? Please check out that 2006 Speech about Obama mocking the BIBLE! I bet he will never MOCK the koran!! ABC/NBC/CBS/MSNBC AND SO MANY NEWSAPERS ARE IN THE TANK FOR OBAMA!! IF YOU DON’T SEE THAT THEN YOU PEOPLE DON’T DESERVE TO LIVE IN OUR GREAT COUNTRY!! FOR THE LADY ABOVE YOU DIDN’T DO ANY HOMEWORK BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH DIRT ON OBAMA. JUST LIKE HIS 2 CAMPAIGN FINANCIAL ADVISORS HE HAS TWO FROM THE FANNY MAE COMPANY THAT WAS BOUGHT BY OUR COUNTRY OR IT WOULD HAVE FILED BANKRUPTCY. tHE TWO ADVISORS GOT TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLLARS AFTER THEY COMMITTED FRAUD AND SHOULD BE TRIED AND PUT IN JAIL. AND THEY GAVE SEVERAL HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS TO HIS CAMPAIGN. WHAT ABOUT THE RADICAL HATE MONGER REVEREND WRIGHT WHO WAS HIS PASTOR FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HE NEVER SAW A SERMON BASHING WHITE PEOPLE OR OUR COUNTRY/GOVERNMENT? AND MR. AYERS A UNREPENTENT TERRORIST THAT BLEW UP A POLICE STATION AND CAPITOL BUILDING DURING THE VIETNAM WAR. HE NEVER WENT TO JAIL BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP ON THERE INVESTIGATION AND GIVING HIM HIS RIGHTS. OBAMA STARTED HIS CAMPAIGN AT HIS HOUSE AND THEY ARE GREAT FRIENDS PLUS THERE KIDS GOP TO THE SAME SCHOOL. HE’LL PROBABLY BE OUR NEXT HOMELAND SECURITY CHIEF AND WE WILL HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HIM BOMBING GOVERMENT BUILDINGS THEN THE TERRORISTS. HE ASLO HAS FRIENDS IN THE BLACK PANTHER ORGANIZATION WHICH IS A ANTI WHITE AND JEW RADICAL TERROR GROUP. I COULD GO ON BUT YOU DIDN’T DO ANY HOMEWORK AND MUST REALLY HATE THIS COUNTRY LIKE OBAMA AND HIS WIFE!! CHECK OUT THE YOU TUBE VIDEO BEFORE THEY PULL IT OFF THE AIR FROM 2006.
Whose Mess is it wrote:
“Have you ever wondered why, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The president does.
You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.”
—————
And the Federal Reserve Bank is a PRIVATE bank authorized by Congress and signed into law by Woodrow Wilson in 1913 AND 100% owned by the House of Rothschild Jews of England, France and Germany. They own our government and ALL of our politicians, judges and spy agencies. Don’t blame the Dems or the GOP – you cannot work in the federal govt. at ANY level from the POTUS to the pages without being owned. If they don’t own you, you don’t get elected: it’s that simple.
Our govt. borrows money from these Euro-gangsters, and PAYS them interest to use it!!!
It amazes me that so much info is available online about these gangsters, and how they came to own us, but no one dares to mention it. Almost like something forbidden. BTW, John Kennedy went against the House of Rothschild when he bypassed the Federal Reserve and printed US Silver Certificates without interest to the Fed, and he paid with his life. Maybe that’s why no one wants to post about it. Crank up Google; it’s a fascinating history with many roots and many branches.
Josh, beth, jay, whatwhatwhat, etc – always good to see that the obama radicals can find a site in reality and get away from the dkooks, huppypost, moveon, etc to get a little exposure to the real world.
Now you have spent your vitriol and hate toward the Real Americans so you can crawfish back to your masters (michelle, rev wright and bill ayres) and get your praise for getting in our face with your America hatred.
donnie2   September 20th, 2008 - 3:17 am
I hope you dont lose your mind when obama loses in a landslide.
AMERICA WILL NOT ELECT A RADICAL!!!!!!!!
It is a fact that will be proved again 11/5/08.
For all you loonies, its ok if you want to blame racism, I see that your leaders have already started exercising the excuse for the coming obama drubbing.
It will fit the liberals cheerleading of the world’s America hating scree. Carry on liberals and prove, again, why America does not condone you or your America hating.
obama for hugo   September 20th, 2008 - 3:24 am
Again, obama shows why he is the most divisive force in American politics.
His actions won’t help with the Real Americans and there are not enough Michelles (not proud of America) Rev Wrights (Gd Dm America) Ayres (should have killed more) to keep him from the future shellacking.
The worst problem is that obama is taking the democrat party down the toilet for the Real Americans.
Jeff Schrembs   September 20th, 2008 - 3:24 am
HILARIOUS! Why is it that we have to see this Video ONLY on the Internet? Where is Katie, Charlie, and Whoever? Where are the NETWORKS? Washington Post? New York Liberal Times?
Oh yeah, I remember…when it comes to Obama they NEVER show the REALITY!
Obama is the “Emperors (want to be) New Clothes” that all the Liberals/Dem’s say “do you see it?” Isn’t he great? In reality he is a CAREER Lawyer who has surrounded himself with TERRORISTS/RACISTS. He is a PUPPETT of every Liberal Extreme Organization known to man.
He is a “community organizer”? Yeah, ok. Where are all the people he got “jobs for when the steel plant closed?” Why is it that Chicago leads the Nation in categories for the WORST jobs, income, crime, etc.?
He did NOTHING in the Illinios Senate except vote “present” 100+ times. In the US Senate he has run for President. Depending on who he is “speaking too” his views go from Liberal Extreme to COMMUNIST/SOCIALIST.
He tells us to “be your Brothers keeper” and yet his OWN BROTHER is dirt poor and has never gotten a CENT (that has been reported) from Mr. I can write two books about myself, and get my wife “Boardroom Jobs” @ Walmart and on Hospital (aka: we send those without insurance elsewhere to improve our bottom line) making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, and he BUS ROLLS his Grandmother (who without he would be NOTHING) as a “typical white woman”.
OBAMA can’t even stand up to his own PREACHER (aka: hate white people, blame them for everything, having an affair with a white woman while married, living in a multi-million dollar home in a white neighborhood, etc.), who he listed to for OVER 20 years, and (yeah right) he “never heard anything”. What a SCAM!
WAKE UP AMERICA life is TOO short and our Country is in dire straits. We can’t elect a person who CAN’T stand up to anyone and blames America for all the World’s problems.
I pray for this Country.
Nuff said.
Josh   September 20th, 2008 - 4:13 am
That is too funny. It seems only a bunch of blacks could get away with it too, if whites did it they’d be labeled as racist’s. Looks like one of the sign’s was against gay marriage, I guess they are from an Evangelical church. The MSM better watch what they say about the religious right, they might be talking about non-whites and thats not PC! LOL! Fox news just showed this speech but cut the protest part out. I guess if they showed it they’d have to show McCain’s protesters and God knows how many times that happens. Obama’s up by 5 points now, but thats nationwide and I’m sure a boatload of libs in the NE and west coast give him those numbers, he’s got to win the heartland state by state and I cannot see that happening.
PETE   September 20th, 2008 - 5:44 am
That comment that Michelle made about Palin and don’t vote for someone that’s cute. Then she said was i talking about me! Don’t worry Michelle you are one ugly buck tooth hate monger and your half white Communist husband is a skinny ugly guy who is not even an American citizen. There is a Lawsuit going on in Pennsylvania in reference to Obama not being a legal Citizen to run for President. His birth certificate was checked out by a Forensic scientist and he said it was doctored and forged. His brother and Sister said he was born in Nigeria or somewhere close to there. And he has a Cousin that is a Terrorist and he”l want to live in the White House. For all us White people out there let’s start up a all White network and call it the WEN White Entertainment Network just like the blacks have BET there all black channel that’s only fair. Just think of how all your Black leaders will call us racist if we do it. There is too much reverse discrimination going around and it has alot to do with affirmative action. If a white person has a degree from Yale University and a Black person has a degree from a junior College and they need to meet their quota then they will pick the Black guy from the Junior College and that is bull. It should always be whoever has the best Resume and not because of the color of your skin. The Blacks get plenty of free Scholarships and grants where most whites don’t qualify. Just like unemployment benefits if your white your most likely screwed. if your black they can’t discriminate and they get it right away. Obama will give out some benefits to the blacks but not as much as they want. And for all you black people that hate this Country because of slavery the British captured you and brought you here to be sold and our Generation had nothing to do with it. Yes it was wrong but if it were the blacks that captured the whites and sold and used us as slaves it would be too bad. So any of the American Africans and that’s the way it should be said if your born in America and not African American. So if your are still bitter and hate this Country for what another Generation did to you then go back to Africa and don’t come back. No one will because this is the greatest Country in the World. You wouldn’t want to live in the hot weather and where you have to hunt for your food or beg. I know I sure as hell wouldn’t so get over what happened too long ago and point most of your Anger towards the British because they captured and brought your Ancestors to America.
Obama can’t figure out the Wall street crisis it’s above his paygrade. If we get attacked he will vote present like he did 137 times in Chicago. That will be way above his paygrade and Michelle will have to make the call. Remember Obama said in two speeches that we should quit worrying about the Immigrants and Illegal Aliens that can’t speak English but we should learn how to speak Spanish. Now way will I learn Spanish.
He wants to give the middle class tax cuts yea right. Bill Clinton said that he would give the middle class a tax cut and less then two weeks in Office he said he can’t do it and raised taxes
higher then anyone has ever done. Obama is the most LIBERAL Senator in the Senate and that was judged by an Independant study and Biden was number 3 most liberal. GOD help us all if he wins because to pay for Universal health care you will be taxed at least 50 percent of your income and that’s the way they do it in England and Germany/Canada. If you find out you have Cancer then you have to wait six months to a year for treatment and most people die while waiting. He wants the Government to be in charge of everything. Oh, I saw that Obama Video that pete talked about from 2006 where he Mocked the Bible and it made me sick. This man is a Muslim radical with several screws loose.
And man, the Repubs must be afraid of him if they are ranting as much as they are. They know their time is up.
Think for yourself...   September 20th, 2008 - 10:03 am
These are black Americans who happen to think that abortion is a conspiracy by whites (including the KKK) to keep black people down through population control. They have a web site, here’s a sample of their message:
“I am absolutely amazed that at a time when Margaret Sanger’s Darwinian, Eugenics inspired dream of eliminating the poor, the lame, and the inferior races through targeted abortion is being propagated at record rates, black people still support the man who epitomizes her murderous philosophy. Black and hispanic women make up less than 13% of the population, but account for nearly half of all abortions. The overwhelming majority of Planned Parenthood’s abortion mills are located in minority neighborhoods. Abortion is absolutely racist. Yet most blacks have no problem supporting people like Mr. Obama who want to make sure that the killing doesn’t stop.”
In his article, “Shepherds Leading the Sheep to Slaughter,” Rev. Clenard Childress notes:
“Here are the birth statistics for African-American babies in the City of Philadelphia just a couple a years ago: 10,880 born, 9,259 aborted. Nearly half or 46% of all babies in the City of Brotherly love were dismembered and brutally killed by means of abortion. Moreover, there are twenty-five other major urban cities in America that report having a higher abortion rate than live birth rate.”
This is absolutely astonishing! The only thing more astonishing is the fact that black clergymen in Philadelphia are supporting Mr. Obama. Then there is the consistent mantra from black supporters of America’s first “bi-racial” candidate… “I’m just happy to see a black man in this position.” Amazing! That’s like Hitler hiring a Jewish doctor (on his father’s side) to run the human experiments at Dachau and hearing the Jewish prisoners hail the fact that ‘one of their own’ has ascended to such great heights in the Nazi regime.”
Obama’s idea of change is to raise the taxes of the small business owner so they will have to raise their prices or lay people off and toss some coins to the folks so they can go out and buy “toasters” made in China so all the American jobs go to China. Makes one wonder if one of Obama’s big campaign contributors is China.
It’s too bad that more “educated” white people can’t see Obama for who he really is like these protestors.
Michelle and Barrack’s hatred for “typical white people” and lust for power only for themselves (and not the common good) will do them in.
Their hatred for the country that afforded them the opportunities to get here is astounding. And it is becoming harder for them to cover up. As the election draws near and more people start paying attention, their true colors will show even more.
The Dems got it wrong again…if they wanted to win, they should have picked Hillary.
Tom Roberts   September 20th, 2008 - 11:05 am
Blacks already have affirmative racism, complete acceptance of their loose morals and every kind of welfare imaginable – so what could they possibly want by ‘real’ change? If not for the state to finish the ‘job’ of the murder and robbery of the white race, just like dewy eyed liberals saw done in Zimbabwe.
Ronski 2:13 am post. You appear fond on JFK. While you were “gogglin” did you happen to search the Kennedy family in detail. JFK’s dad began his fortune by marrying Rose Fitzgerald, daughter of Boston Mayor and Banker. After the marriage, Joe became Fitz’s right hand man and together they bought several troubled banks (Fitz was on the board of three of them) and after their acquisition, they began foreclosure on houses, a “poor house” and 3 orpanages. Then Joe branched out with the coming of prohibition, Joe cornered the market on Scotch and once controlled every ounce of it coming into this country. F/F to Ted, did you know that Ted has and has had several offshore accounts and in 2002 paid approximately 43,000 dollars in income taxes on a personal fortune of more than 400 million? JFK’s rescue of a crew member happened in less than five feet of water after PT109 was intentionally grounded? Herioc huh.
typicalwhiteguy   September 20th, 2008 - 12:21 pm
Obama…the Revs. Jackson, Sharpton, Wright, Farakhan…Fr. Fleger…Wm. Ayers…Rep. Rangell; all race baiters, community agitators and supreme racists that make the detestable KKK pale by comparison. Of all these, however, B. Hussein is clearly the most dangerous as he is an avowed Marxist and a Muslim sympathizer who can’t wait to cripple our economy, sell us out diplomatically and hasten the coming of the 12th Imam. It is quite heartening to know that there are a number of good black folks that, despite the racial identity factor, see this commie for who he really is. There has been a lot of black blood shed along side that of all other American ethnicities to protect America and preserve our freedom. I believe most black people are very patriotic but due to the hoopla generated by Obama and his self-centered political minions making tempting but empty promises and perpetuating racism, they are struggling with their loyalties. Its a tall order, but if those black folks that know the true dangers we face with an Obama presidency would launch a concerted effort to get the truth out in their communities and dispel the Obama myth there would be a huge turn away from the false Messiah. Most of his white supporters, unfortunately, are lost causes as they have completely consumed the “white guilt” kool-aid served up by the despicable and rabid drive-by media hacks. There is little, if any, chance they would ever see the light. There are plenty of future potential black candidates who would make outstanding presidents, but this traitor is not one of them He is a most threatening enigma.
All of the problems Obamma talked about happened after the DEms took control of congress. Even a McDonalds employee doesnt get promoted to manager after a 143 days on the job. And I wonder does Biden think that poor or middle class Americans are not patriotic now, since its a patriotic duty to pay more in taxes? and tell me Obamma just how does taxing people more help the economy? getting rid of the Cap Gains tax would send the economy skyrocketing ( has everytime this tax has been lowered) So Obamma it has nothing to do with your skin color, but everything to do with your views
I’m neither black nor white, and I find Mr. Obama’s racial comments offensive and shameful.
What is a typical “white person?” Why does Mr. Obama have to interject a black vs. white component into nearly all of his political agenda?
Where do I fit in — I’m neither black nor white?
How can I support Mr. Obama for president when he is so busy trying to divide America by race instead of heal it? This is not a black America, or a white America. I still believe America stands for all peoples, regardless of color. That’s where Mr. Obama is wrong for smearing one race over another.
Martin Luther King Jr. dreamed of an America where all men would be judged by the content of their character, and not the color of their skin. Mr. Obama’s message for America can’t pass this Civil Rights giant’s litmus test.
Same group protested before.You Obama haters need to get it right.The last time that group protested in FL.he stopped and talk to them.Do you know why they were protesting?because they claim he wasn,t paying enough attention to Black issues.He,s running for POTUS for everybody not just Black people.HATE ON
I smeel a rat. Are they evangelical blacks against abortion or a fake Obama smokescreen? Obama had a big fight with Jesse Jackson where Jesse said nasty things about Obama. It was a fake. Jesse’s son runs Obama’s campaign. It was a fake to make it look like Obama would not pander to Jesse and to make Obama look like a “safe” vote for whites. I think this “protest” is another Obama fake to get whites to feel comfortable with Obama. I don’t trust Obama at all. check out the post by “mandinkawarrior” He or she says that Obama is trying to show everyone he would be the POTUS for “everyone” not just blacks. The protest is a fake staged by Obama to get whites, hispanics and others to think he is for everybody. Don’t believe him.
Marsha   September 20th, 2008 - 1:32 pm
My mother always taught me never believe anything you hear and half of what you see. Pay attention people. You’re missing the point.
OABAMA/BIDEN ‘08
Lea   September 20th, 2008 - 1:38 pm
Did Obama seriously say ‘ya’ll people’ when addressing the protestors? WT…?
When Obama goes into his southern dude access I really have no idea what to think. He does it all the time when he’s getting folksy. I know he didn’t pick that up in Hawaii, NY, or Chicago.
Travis   September 20th, 2008 - 2:05 pm
Obama, again shows class. Kudos for Obama.
I think it is hilarious how so many people are “anti-Obama” here, yet cannot explain why, and cannot point out one single issue where Senator McCain’s position is logical.
I think it is hilarious that when protesters disrupt a GOP rally, they’re seen as rude and disrespectful. Yet when people disrupt a Dem rally, they’re not seen in the same light. WTF?
This election is a lot of fun to watch. The GOP is stuck with a 72 year old man and an ignorate hick as their ticket. And though they do their best to try and make it work, it won’t. And so many people here know it….yet refuse to accept it.
OBAMA/LENIN 08   September 20th, 2008 - 2:17 pm
ATTENTION COMRADES: Here’s the deal in our liberal multi-racial Marxist insane asylum called America:
1. A White person who rejects Obama is a racist.
2. A Black person who rejects McCain is NOT a racist.
3. A White person who prefers to associate with and support only other Whites is a racist.
4. A Black person who prefers to associate with and support only other Blacks is a NOT a racist.
Get the picture Whitey? Now shut up and grovel at the feet of your inferiors who are intensely jealous of you and hate you for your race’s outstanding accomplishments.
NobodysThom   September 20th, 2008 - 2:40 pm
Barrack has proven that white folks will vote for a black man,but if we elect an idiot, it’ll be 150 more years before we get another black president.
Truth   September 20th, 2008 - 3:24 pm
The lack of actual discussion in regards to this video is disturbing. It seems all most of you want is someone to protest Obama, no matter what the source.
These are extreme religious zealots who think Oprah is a demon and Obama is the devil. Everyone who blindly says “Yeah! They are heroes for seeing him for who he is” falls right in line with this kind of religious extremism (no thought, just reaction).
And by the way, does anybody not notice how Obama simply asks to allow him to speak? He does not kick them out, or tell them to put their signs down. Unlike someone we know who has never even allowed a dissenting voice in his presence.
You are supporting a fascist dictator mentality, and you support it blindly just like the masses that put Hitler into power.
Wake up.
You are the sheep in sheep’s clothing, empowered by what they are empowering you with, (the same thing that seems to have already controlled you), and you don’t even notice.
GG   September 20th, 2008 - 3:33 pm
I’m with the Honorable James D. Manning:
http://www.atlah.org/broadcast/ndnr09-19-08.html
It appears he’s well versed in his own people.
MICHAEL   September 20th, 2008 - 3:38 pm
Why didn’t the media interview the protestors?
This is the second staged event where someone spoke out and the media didn’t take names nor interview them.
Remember McCains townhall where the elderly jewish woman had everyone laughing? “They tax us when…long list..breathing and dead were two. It got a lot of media play because it was hysterical. Right afterward a so called protester asked a question from the press gallery. Of course the ? was one that Obama wanted his answer to out to the masses. The press later said the guy had a camera but disappeared, no name given? They played clueless.
This is the same situation, what the purpose was to show how stately he is, how he handled it, or that he is for all races. I don’t presume to know his motives but that was pure stagecraft. As journalist say on the trail. But all media has been barred from his gatherings, for now, why?
Not the change i want
Each year I get to celebrate Independence Day twice. On June 30 I celebrate my independence day and on July 4 I celebrate America’s. This year is special, because it marks the 40th anniversary of my independence.
On June 30, 1968, I escaped Communist Cuba and a few months later I was in the United States to stay. That I happened to arrive in Richmond on Thanksgiving Day is just part of the story, but I digress.
I’ve thought a lot about the anniversary this year. The election-year rhetoric has made me think a lot about Cuba and what transpired there. In the late 1950s, most Cubans thought Cuba needed a change, and they were right. So when a young leader came along, every Cuban was at least receptive.
When the young leader spoke eloquently and passionately and denounced the old system, the press fell in love with him. They never questioned who his friends were or what he really believed in. When he said he would help the farmers and the poor and bring free medical care and education to all, everyone followed. When he said he would bring justice and equality to all, everyone said “Praise the Lord.” And when the young leader said, “I will be for change and I’ll bring you change,” everyone yelled, “Viva Fidel!”
But nobody asked about the change, so by the time the executioner’s guns went silent the people’s guns had been taken away. By the time everyone was equal, they were equally poor, hungry, and oppressed. By the time everyone received their free education it was worth nothing. By the time the press noticed, it was too late, because they were now working for him. By the time the change was finally implemented Cuba had been knocked down a couple of notches to Third-World status. By the time the change was over more than a million people had taken to boats, rafts, and inner tubes. You can call those who made it ashore anywhere else in the world the most fortunate Cubans. And now I’m back to the beginning of my story.
Luckily, we would never fall in America for a young leader who promised change without asking, what change? How will you carry it out? What will it cost America?
Would we
Goodness! Blacks against Obama! What are the chances NBC and its sycophantic subsidiaries will report this small but interesting incident?
Teleprompter Ted   September 20th, 2008 - 4:11 pm
Did you notice at the end of the video Obama trying to get caught up on the teleprompter? He’s pausing, looking, then finally starts up his “heart-felt” speech. And no, he wasn’t looking at the protesters, they had already left by then.
GG   September 20th, 2008 - 4:26 pm
We could go back into history many times and find dictators asking the people to trust them to make everyone equal and that the government will never let them down. A place to live, food to eat, a job, health care – you want it, we’ll get it for you!
Spare me, and just keep me free from big government. I don’t want a hand out – but sometime, in the future, I may need a hand to stand up – that’s all I ask, but I believe my church, the VFW, and organizations, along with my neighbors, would step in first.
mandinkawarrior   September 20th, 2008 - 4:35 pm
Freddy are you paranoid.I hate to be the one to have to tell you this but all Black people are not in the tank for Obama.Take that guy Johnson CEO of BET a Hillary supporter Do you really think all those bad things he said about Obama was a fake.GET REAL.
Marisa   September 20th, 2008 - 4:53 pm
Carmen,
I am not a white supremacist, a lobbyist’s child, a neo-conservative, a spoiled rich kid, etc.. I am, however, an educated woman whose parents both immigrated from Mexico many years ago. My father, if he were still alive, would not vote for Obama because he represents what my father loathed–Big Government!
We grew up barely making ends meet. Dad worked two jobs in order to send his three daughters to college. Not once did he apply for government help. We were brought up to work hard and fend for ourselves. That’s why I CANNOT support a candidate who wants/needs my Hispanic vote so that he can continue taking money from my paycheck to serve those who are too lazy to fend for themselves. Obama and Biden try to appeal to minorities claiming that Republicans will take their welfare checks and food stamps. NEWSFLASH EVERYONE!!
WE DON’T NEED YOUR STINKING WELFARE!
Dear Democrats:
Quit trying to scare my people. We don’t need you, and we’re done with the fear mongering. You’re not fooling anyone! Hispanics will turn out in numbers and vote for McCain/Palin.
One Educated Latina,
Marisa
NObama   September 20th, 2008 - 5:07 pm
In Michigan, Obama posed for a photo op that excluded the many Arab supporters who showed up in droves to hear him speak. He ordered Arabs off the stage, and his handlers moved them way in the back away from the cameras. They then brought in white women and had them seated around Obama while he was videotaped and photographed. Many Arabs were rightfully offended.
There’s nothing honest about Barry.
Crystal   September 20th, 2008 - 5:20 pm
To those of you making hateful, racist comments (you know who you are), stop already. It is ugly and takes the discussion in the absolute wrong direction. I am a white, former democrat female and am ashamed of those of you who are spouting hate.
I am not voting for Obama because he is offering the same tired solutions I heard in the 60s, when I voted Democrat. His solutions are retreads of LBJ initiatives, all failures.
Bob – thank you for your insightful and caring comments. I was thinking the same thing because I met many of the Cubans who fled Castro and his regime. Obama’s promises sound so familiar to Castro’s promises. Except for Michael Moore, I don’t know anyone who believe Cuba is a better place to live than the USA.
My vote is decided on who has a better record. Obama’s is woefully vacant of leadership, vision, and accomplishment. So Mc Cain has my vote.
GG   September 20th, 2008 - 5:21 pm
Thanks NObama – folks probably forgot about that, as well as the fact that Sen. Biden’s 1st wife and child wasn’t killed by a drunk driver and was never held responsible for that horrific tragedy.
I hold folks like the Menopause old biddies on “the View” (except for Elizabeth)as butt kissers to Barry and Michele Obama. These are some of the most ignorant and hateful leftists we have in America.
And Whoopie wanted to know if she’d become a slave – words from an intelligent woman? I sincerely doubt it.
GG   September 20th, 2008 - 5:45 pm
Not for sale:
Is this true:
When President Truman retired from office in 1952, his income was a U.S. Army
pension reported to have been $13,507.72 a year. Congress, noting he was paying
for stamps and personally licking them, granted him an ‘allowance’ and, later, a
retroactive pension of $25,000 per year
When offered corporate positions at large salaries, he declined, stating, ‘You
don’t want me. You want the office of the president, and that doesn’t belong to
me. It belongs to the American people and it’s not for sale.’
Even later, on May 6, 1971, when Congress was preparing to award him the Medal
of Honor on his 87-th birthday, he refused to accept it, writing, ‘I don’t
consider that I have done anything which should be the reason for any award,
Congressional or otherwise.’
We now see others who have found a new level of success in cashing in on the
presidency, resulting in untold wealth. Today, many in Congress, too, become
wealthy while enjoying the fruits of their offices. Political offices are now
for sale.
Was good old Harry correct when he made the following observation: ‘My choice,
early in life, was either to be a piano player in a whorehouse or a politician.
And to tell the truth, there’s hardly any difference. I, for one, believe the
piano player job to be much more honorable than current politicians’.
Danny Vice   September 20th, 2008 - 5:54 pm
When Pelosi and company seized control of congress, the economy was booming with record low unemployment and the longest sustained growth period in decades.
Now, after Pelosi and her cohorts have repeatedly refused to reduce foreign oil exports with domestic drilling….and while introducing multiple million and billion dollar tax hike proposals, Pelosi has succeeded in reversing the booming economy.
Why would the Democratic led congress want to seize up the economy? Because Dems have failed to win the last two elections due in part to a healthy economy. The DNC plan all along is to get the economy derailed. Nothing in our economy was achieved by accident.
Phase two of the DNC plan is to get Obama elected, so Dems can implement the tax increases they’ve planned for 8 years. They deny it now, but so did Clinton before he was elected.
Tax on businesses (a tax increase Obama has repeatedly stated he’ll implement) will get passed directly to the consumer as they always do.
If you live on a tight budget, you had better plan on moving into a cheaper home or apartment. Get your bills shaved down. Get rid of cable and those extras you’ve been enjoying. Those extras will be going to taxes soon.
And while you’re struggling, Dems will do what they have always done. They will blame republicans. Even when Dems are in power, they blame republicans, because that’s what they do. Tax and blame, tax and blame. Tax and blame.
Good luck to those of you who are just limping by. You have a rude awakening coming. You are about to learn a new word over the next four years. Inflation. What’s in your wallet?
Steve   September 20th, 2008 - 6:05 pm
You couldn’t put a gun to my head and force me to vote for Barack Hussein Obama. I don’t vote for communists.
BFerg   September 20th, 2008 - 6:05 pm
Obama’s doing a good job of destroying himself. With botoxed and tanned Biden at his side, the doom is complete. Their media darlings don’t even know that the public sees through all this phoney crap . . .
Canuck   September 20th, 2008 - 6:06 pm
So go vote for the party that does not like regulation. Get rid of it so the planes fall out of the sky, your food kills you and there is no banking system. Health care for only those who have really great jobs and the country has so much debt you are third world. Go vote for that party.
Hey GG, what Whoppie said about her being made a slave was so far over your head you didn’t understand it. Ha Ha. You would actually have to know something of the history of the US Supreme Court to understand. Duh. You are all just a bunch of Duhs in here.
As an example, Chrystal, the economy has performed much better under Dems than Republicans. (unemployment, job creation and stock market) It’s just a fact. So what are you worried about???? Gawd the amount of ill informed bumkinness is astonishing. At least it is consentrated in souther States. Have em. You’ll lose anyway.
fred.lapides   September 20th, 2008 - 6:19 pm
I do not approve of any one denying a candidate the right to speak to a group that wants to listen to him….Disrupting is Nazi-like stuff, no matter who does it and no matter who is the candidate. You don’t like the guy, go outside and raise your signs. Not inside where he is speaking.
McCain would blow his top–he suffers from PTSD but Obama was cool…
I didn’t go to war to have candidates of either party disrupted.
Emery   September 20th, 2008 - 6:26 pm
All right guy. See ya!
When is the Obama loving media going to ask Obama if he is really a Marxist, crack smoking, cocaine using, limo gay loving bisexual? I mean thats OK if he is – I’d just like to know and apparently the media is afraid to ask about the Larry Sinclair story. But it seems they are not afraid to ask Sarah Palin’s family just about anything. Odd isn’t it?
Jay   September 20th, 2008 - 6:33 pm
Will not see this on the leftist USA network news!
Attilio   September 20th, 2008 - 6:56 pm
My fear is that Obama hussen barack will try to convert USA to islam..
Eileen   September 20th, 2008 - 11:58 pm
Dear Jay…I am sorry you feel that way. There is a black community…you know there is and everyone else knows there is.
When I read articles about black journalists who have absolutely different views (mostly Republican views), conservative views saying they will vote for the Flim Flam Obamaman just because he is black…what does that tell you!
When I see black church pastors stepping forward to vote for a man that approves of abortion and socialist policies, what does that tell you!
To vote for a man just because he is the first black (half black/half white) man to be a candidate for President? What does that tell you?
This election has been called – historical – because we had the first woman and the first half black candidate running for President – but it will be called historical because this is the beginning of the end of the Democratic party, as we knew it!
It will be historic because the Democratic party has selected a candidate that has more anti-American friends than a terrorist – and the Democratic party and it’s followers raised him to the elevation of running for the highest office in our land!
This will be a historical election alright – because it is the demise of the true Democratic party in America! It used to be called the – working man’s party – now it has become the party of the “young” “irreverant” “ultra-liberal” “left wing”!
It is not that the Flim Flam Obamaman is young and inexperienced!
It is not that he is half black!
It is his tendency to align himself with individuals who consider the US government as their enemy! God help us!
“Flim Flam” : deception, fraud, double dealing.
Johns Travis   September 21st, 2008 - 1:44 am
My heart is in the right place. Please vote for me because I am black you folks.
Oprahbama   September 21st, 2008 - 2:57 pm
It’s crazy and it’s contradictory and it’s part of the whole complex racial malady that pervades this country and a lot of you white folks are just nudging it along like a drug resistant virus.
It’s all Whitey’s fault. Whitey’s fault is blacks learn and do well. Whitey’s fault when they don’t.
Conclusion: Whitey is all-powerful.
Whitey is God.
John   September 21st, 2008 - 3:35 pm
Whooh what a frenzy we are in here folks!
Never seen hecklers before?
Just to set the record straight:
Obama always has been, and is, a good christian man. Born in the USA, albeit Hawaii.
I remind you that John McCain was born in Panama, in US military jurisdiction, but still not in the USA. Yet nobody questions his birth certificate.
Also, Obama’s plan will only raise taxes for those making over $250,000 a year. And then only moderately.
Is it not time we worry about the deficit and invest in our infrastructure?
Another point I’d like to make: the democrats will try again to make sure that everyone can have health insurance. If you don’t have insurance now, or risk losing it with your job, then you really should consider this aspect of things. It really is better than McCain’s plan.
By the way, the Obama campaign has posted the birth certificate, and other rebuttals, on http://www.fightthesmears.com
Barack Obama & Joe Biden are hardworking, smart, thinking politicians. They want to work for the middle class. They will restore America’s image abroad and continue George W. Bush’s withdrawal from Irak. They will continue GW Bush’s policy of stepping up pressure on Pakistan. Both these policies were brought up by Obama first, much ridiculed by pundits, yet Bush & Cheney have adopted these ideas now.
So do not fear Obama, he’ll do a man’s work when necessary. He’ll just be more prudent, and care more about the middle class. And only raise taxes on those who can afford it.
openhand   September 21st, 2008 - 7:25 pm
As an African I am ashamed of this spectacle. You think this is about America only, that the sun rises in NY and sets in LA? Wake up. Western imperial hegemony is present day colonialism, slavery. This election is not about the U.S. population that is 5% of global population but consumes 25% of the resources.
Come visit the ghettos of Kenya and Johannesburg, you think you are black? You will turn white real quick. Wake up and see that the world is relying on you making a decision that is good for the world, good for the future. I cannot believe the narrow selfish attitude here. You do not deserve the opportunities that you were born with.
DiBaskin   September 21st, 2008 - 10:10 pm
If these guys were interrupting a McCain rally the people that are praising them would be calling them names. Such hypocrites. These people were rude, I don’t care what color they are. Also there were Black dumb enough to fight in the Civil War for the South against the North because they were brainwashed by Master. They actually wanted to remain slaves. I guess some blacks are happy to remain second or third class citizens being treated a little better than an animal.
People would rather see America go down in Ashes than to vote for a Black man as president. I hope you idiots learn to speak Chinese since they own America thanks to this sorry Republican administration. Yeah lets give them four more years to finish ruining America. Rich, crooked, liars love McCain since he promises no regulations and low taxes for you. I guess some idiots are hoping some of the money will tickle down. Yeah right it will tickle down when Palin goes a whole day without telling a bold face lie.
redguybluestate   September 22nd, 2008 - 11:35 am
Much like the people “passing out” in the audience at some of his earlier speeches, this too was well scripted interference by the Obama campaign to make him look patient, and also to give the crowd a rallying point. Don’t bite into it folks…left wing politics, like Hollywood is all done with smoke and mirrors.
Al_Capone   September 22nd, 2008 - 3:22 pm
John you said Qoute”Also, Obama’s plan will only raise taxes for those making over $250,000 a year. And then only moderately.
Is it not time we worry about the deficit and invest in our infrastructure?”
you see here in lies the problem (i do have other moral problems with him) hers the problem with the tax idea
250,000 is right where small time individual businesses are, so you’ll put the stranlehold on them, then your going to tax the ones who are investing, YOU’LL PUT A STRANGLEHOLD ON THEM. whats left no one to invest. why do you think that all the states that have high jobless rating are democratic, they have strangled the investors by taxation!!!!! case closed. now to the moral objections… Obama voted against protecting the unborn. Obama has many criminal ties, and the only writing hes done in the last 2 years have been memoirs. oh hes lent his name to some bill (really bad ones ) but that hasnt been his focus, notice the 80% voting present at work “KPOW”
Video Artist   September 23rd, 2008 - 12:26 am
How come the media buries anything negative about Obama? Thi hasn’t been on CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC .. anything!!!
Linda   September 23rd, 2008 - 5:34 pm
It’s OK for African-American people to protest against Obama and not feel like they are going agaqinst their race. He is not the “African-American most think he is. He has only a small percentage of Afrcican blood. Other than the white half, the other half is mostly Arab. Check his roots. He thinks he has every one fooled. His house of cards is going to fall very soon.
Jeanie   October 5th, 2008 - 4:35 am
Obama is an Arab terrorist, a disgrace to America and on being a man – he is no man, he’s a little boy puppet to the evil handlers than run his life.
First Obama needs to grow up and be a man and tell his handlers enought already!
He will never be President, He is too creepy and wait and see than all you Obama fans will only win if Obama does not win. He is a Arab, mussin terrorist – repeat that in your mind 100 times a day to get it straight.
independentvoter9   October 24th, 2008 - 9:41 am
As a biracial woman, this does not surprise me. It is ignorance at its best. Obama is the BEST OF THE BOTH WORLDS. Just deal with it.
