Don’t worry, Michelle….You and Patrick Ewing get no “cute” votes…
Bill ChicagoSeptember 18th, 2008 - 11:53 pm
She isn’t running for anything, so how could people only vote for her if she was cute? (Which she is, in a Rottweiler puppy kind of way,)
Obviously she is as big a liar as her husband. And just as corrupt.
Too bad the media is too bias to look into how she got and keeps her 300K a year no-show job at the University of Chicago Hospital.
Elephant ManSeptember 18th, 2008 - 11:55 pm

Dink763September 19th, 2008 - 12:23 am
considering she isn’t running for anything, how could she possibly be talking about herself? To even insinuate that she would factor in on how people vote is assinine. We all know who the evil she-devil was talking about. There is not the slightest bit cute or attractive about her. I have taken craps that are more attractive than Michelle Obama. God help us if that evil, lying, crooked witch comes within spitting distance of residing in the White House. Guess it would quickly become the purple house, filled with brass and glass and some black laquer furniture.
I guess we shouldn’t let anti american NBA stars like Josh Howard influence our votes either.
NicoleSeptember 19th, 2008 - 1:05 am
She’s such an effing liar: “Uh….oh, I was talking about me.”
RIGHT. Imbecile.

There is simply NO comparison between Michelle and Sarah, NONE!
Sarah, ROCK ON LOVELY LADY!
JoshSeptember 19th, 2008 - 2:10 am
what about people voting based on a few words? “Change” “Yes, we can” etc.
Should people vote for that Michelle?
Please continue enlightening us all on how we should decide to vote…everyday you speak you say something ridiculous and lose more voters than you gain. You would make an awful first lady. Sorry.
RandallSeptember 19th, 2008 - 2:57 am
Hey “lady” this is America. The simple fact is that we DO vote for who is cute. The cuter person has won the last 5 or 6 elections.
There’s no shame in being good looking. Palin has it, she uses it.
Even Jesus was hot. You think we’d be putting His picture on the wall and getting it tattooed on our arms if he was a short, bald, pot-bellied guy with missing teeth, blubbery lips and a smashed in nose?
Get real. Looks rule. That’s why Sarah’s approval ratings are so relatively high among men and low among women. Many women dislike her because she is prettier than they are. That’s their nature. They’re jealous.
But this country was founded by white Christian men and we are still in charge. Let’s keep it that way.
[...] Speaking of the need to engage people in dialog she said, “People shouldn’t make a decision this time based on ‘I like that guy.’” Â She laughed. Â ”Or, you know. Â ’She’s cute.’” [...]
Monkey ShinesSeptember 19th, 2008 - 6:06 am
It makes me cringe to picture Michelle the white people hater Obama greeting foreign dignataries and hosting parties for foreign heads of state. She would simply and clearly become the laughing stock of these foreign fat cats. Her mean old face and smug appearance doesn’t lend itself to being in a first lady position. No, I think it would be best to let her go back to Chi town and blend in there.
Democratic Woman for McCainSeptember 19th, 2008 - 7:09 am
Could you really picture Michelle the Grump at the White House. Maybe if Obama had someone that looked like Condoleeza Rice. Michelle could start a war with the look she has “Anger, mad, pissed off” I know she can’t help it that she’s butt ugly…but good grief!!! Don’t you dare be talking about anyone elses looks..jealous!
Jean SmithSeptember 19th, 2008 - 7:36 am
Michelle sounded like she was on some sort of drug. Her words sounded slurred. Where has she been lately, anyway?
Michelle is right!September 19th, 2008 - 7:44 am
What Michelle said was correct, you shouldn’t vote for someone based on their appearance.
claspurSeptember 19th, 2008 - 7:47 am
…and don’t vote for my husband because He’s black, and a Marxist and because He’s married to a woman that still doesn’t really like this country.(that lipstick on a monkey crack, above hurt my feelings too, btw….*sob)
I’m loving-watching these idiots implode. ;o)
DaveSeptember 19th, 2008 - 7:53 am
When Michelle Obama wears yellow lipstick she looks like a cheeseburger.
But seriously,I don’t want to see a first lady that looks like the female doctor in “planet of the apes”.
DemarcusSeptember 19th, 2008 - 7:58 am
Michelle, please don’t insult people intelligence. Don’t vote for her because she is cute? We won’t, we will vote for because of her and McCain’s worldview of individual libery.
Also, didn’t you rank in the Top 10 of People Magazine’s Best Dressed?
Doesn’t this make you cute? You have People magazine and Sarah Palin has Vanity Fair. Seems even to me.
Jake in IdahoSeptember 19th, 2008 - 8:01 am
According to the actuarial tables McCain probably won’t survive his first term and Palin would be president. She has not made decisions as a governor which I agree with and her history of unbiased cronyism reminds me of the Bush horror. It seems that Michelle Obama was making the point that in this election we shouldn’t vote for a candidate based on their appearance or just because you like them.
FreezerBurnSeptember 19th, 2008 - 8:35 am
don’t worry I will vote for McCain and Palin because they are the best choice…
Get this...September 19th, 2008 - 8:42 am
How about this Michelle – Tell your husbands followers, DON’T VOTE BECAUSE ‘HE’S BLACK’
Liberals are all the same, they use the same old worn out divisive play book, that is filled with hate for there fellow Americans and based on one double standard after another.
The truely sad thing is that there are people that buy into their non-sense, like good little duped partisan.
Divide and Conquer, is a tactic.Subversion is the process that has enabled these Chalatans to mold/control and morally corupt our culture all for Power.
It is sickening and pathetic- This is what the (D)Party has become.
Just a group of Partisan Charlatan Mongrels.
Voice of reasonSeptember 19th, 2008 - 8:59 am
Alright! as I read through the posts I see 90% of them are racist, unintelligent, illogical, and ill-defined. What Michelle Obama said prior to the ‘cute’ comment was that people should elect the president based on their accomplishments, their ideas, their past behavior and choices etc. Not on whether you would like to watch a game with someone or whether you like the style of glasses they wear etc.
McCain has passed some good legislature and he would be a good choice but he is old and in less than good health and may not survive his term as president so this is the problem. The Palin choice was irresponsible because she displays too many of Bush’s characteristics. Tough instead of thoughtful, hiring friends instead of people who were qualified, harsh instead of diplomatic.
I feel McCain chose Palin as an enticement to voters that is why they campaign together instead of separating to cover more of the country to spread their message. They don’t allow real journalists to interview her after the Charles Gibson interview in which she did so poorly.

Thanks for the advice, Michelle!
I agree about the appearance thing. That would be very shallow indeed. We must look at more important issues. Do you think it’s a good idea to vote against someone because he appears to be an afrocentric communist muslim? When we survey our planets community of national leaders we can see that only corrupt despots carry those characteristics.
Planet of the ApesSeptember 19th, 2008 - 9:39 am
Michelle- Don’t worry, I will vote for McCain because I like him and Palin cuz she IS cute. Thank you for telling real Americans who have always loved this country how to act. Sounded like you took some pain killers that morning, or are you just naturally slow. You should hang out with Corey Haim on the E true hollywood story. People with big egos who don’t amount to anything…. You’d fit right in.

President Bush… I am one of the many Americans that can’t wait to get rid of you. You failed us miserably when 9/11 happened on your watch and when so many warnings and national intelligence briefings came to you personally and you ignored them.
Since then, we have learned of your plans to invade Iraq before 9/11 even took place and of your ill-motivated lying sleazebag interest on behalf of your Saudi Royal family friends and Kuwaiti billionaires.
Your total lack of focus on the American economy reflects painfully too much the hostility you have against the middle class taxpayer suckers whose children you send off to the Bush family slaughterhouse in Iraq.
Martin Luther King Jr. was right about you and John McCain as materialistic ‘love of money’ corporate psychopaths who think mass murder makes for a good resume bullet. No wonder John McCain took such exception against a Baptist preacher for bringing the nation’s conscience to sobriety against Vietnam and corporate warfare against third world civilians.
Mr. president, we know you are a irresponsible sleaze wanting to blame everyone else for your attitude and reckless policies. But couldn’t you just once think of your nation first and go out and campaign in person with John McCain so the American people can hate you both for what you really are, corporate psychopaths who think Ayn Rand was a liberal.
I appreciate that you have energized America’s enemies and lied about Valerie Plame in an attempt to protect your ill-motivated murder of American service personnel and the embarrassments that go with your lying, insane policy of indifferent killing for self-aggrandizement.
Mr. President,…before President elect John McCain takes office in another vote fraud rigged race charged election, I just wanted to say drop dead you sleazebag murdering psychopath

This is my first time ‘blogging’ but I have to comment. I have read these posts and must say I am really frightened by the amount of racial hatred I see. I keep thinking that as a country we will eventually grow beyond this.
People like to dismiss Obama as inexperienced and too liberal but what I read in these posts is you folks don’t give a damn about those issues, you just appear afraid of Obama because he is black.
What his wife said is the truth…we should not vote for someone because you like them or they tell funny stories or you would like to watch a ball game with them or even if they are cute.
Can we as a country just get rid of this prejudice once and for all?
The truth is I work in Chicago and I have seen a great improvement in the south side neighborhoods. There has been a definite change for the better.
America, quit worrying about the fact this man is black, he is so intelligent and thoughtful. He stops to consider what he will say before he says it and has many good ideas.., read this and and try to forget that a black man wrote it because it’s an excellent plan.
I think Michelle Obama is so jealous of Sarah Palin and very frightened of her.
What I noticed most about this clip is how she advised everyone to vote for their self-interest. When I vote as a Republican, it is for what is best for my country. I think when Democrats vote they do vote only with self-interest in mind.
I am terribly disheartened by some of the racist comments made.
Bill ChicagoSeptember 19th, 2008 - 11:25 am
Again, why can the media spend the time to dig up a 20 year old DWI on Palin’s husband, but can’t take any time to look into Michelle Obama’s employment at the University of Chicago Hospitals?
See how much time she puts in to earn that $325,000.00 she gets every year, as well as how she got the job in the first place.
Your tax dollars at work for no-show jobs.

And you people wonder why African-Americans often don’t want to stand up when the anthem is played or care to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. Read some of the postings here (like Claspur’s) and ask yourself if you blame them.
Yes sir, boy…United We Stand…as long as you are white, you are welcome.
Tony StarkSeptember 19th, 2008 - 5:59 pm
Hi Jay,
Your use of profanity causes me to believe that you are probably a pretty angry fellow. We know how that anger brings out the violence too. According to USDOJ statistics, blacks in the US murder about 7 times more often per capita. And black on white violence vs white on black is actually considerably more disproportional. I suspect that the elevated rates of violence among the black population may be causing some anti-black prejudice. The black population’s intense hatred against whites seems to be primarily motivated by envy, because black people also tend to hate successful blacks – except for athletes, actors, and left wing politicians.

There once was a wigger named T-Dog, who mac daddied some white skank named Hog. T-dog never knew his incarcerated daddy but he had five kids with some vanilla named Patty. Well, T-Dog was knew all about bidness which was slinging rock down on MLK around Christmas. He thought he was hard core gangsta till he called some white guy a stankster. Well the whitey got mad got his glock from his pad and put two in the chest and one in the head of that black lad.

You racists are really scarey. This site is full of you people and it is sickening to read. I feel like it is sort of my mission to write to you poor, misguided people, maybe some of what I say will sink in.
First of all, what Michelle was saying (in a nutshell) is that it is foolish to vote for someone because of their appearance. There are big issues in our world and we should vote for someone who can figure out a way to fix them.
The mistakes the Obamas make is thinking that when they make comments like this you morons will get it. I know better. You people don’t read, you listen but only if it’s not too hard to listen to. I’m certain you don’t watch too much CSPAN or educational television.
Listen folks, don’t worry…if Obama is elected you won’t lose anything, it’s ok really to elect a black man to be our president. He’s really intelligent, I have read his plan and I am certain he won’t do any worse than our current horror of a president. Try to pretend he isn’t black….afterall he is half white.
BILL5321September 19th, 2008 - 11:20 pm
Obama has no experience and Palin does. Palin is much more qualified to be president than Obama. Palin as a governor has a lot more experience than a junior senator.
Michelle’s right, I will not vote for Michelle or Obama because they are cute. I will have to vote for McCain / Palin because they are the most qualified.
Victor FloresSeptember 20th, 2008 - 1:20 pm
November 4 cannot come any sooner, when it does we will be rid of hearing about Obama and his wife Michelle. Michelle is a ghetto thug, no matter how you dress it up she will always be ghetto. She will always harbor resentment at “whitey”. It is that anger that kept Hillary out of the VP slot, Michelle did not want Hillary on the ticket, along with “whitey Bill”. Even though my comment is directed at Michelle, Barack is worst, but we are here about Michelle.
As one commenter stated, and I agree, “you can put lipstick on a monkey (Michelle) it is still a monkey (Michelle) make it a tree monkey.
