Clinton Backs Out of Anti-Iran Rally After Organizers Also Invite Palin

AP: Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton has canceled an appearance at a New York rally next week after organizers blindsided her by inviting Republican vice presidential candidate and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, aides to the senator said Tuesday.

this does not say much for Clinton, I had respect
for her until this. If she cannot handle being
at the same event as Gov.Palin, what can she
handle. What a shame for all the women who have
pulled for her.

Why was Senator Clinton going in the first place? To support the cause or to put herself in some lime light.

I don’t think the cause has not changed, so what has? Maybe where the lime light might fall?

Was this about the cause or about Hillary?

“Her attendance was news to us, and this was never billed to us as a partisan political event,” said Clinton spokesman Philippe Reines. “Sen. Clinton will therefore not be attending.”

With both of them there, wouldn’t that make it a BI-PARTISAN event Mr. Reines???

Lay off Clinton. Obama is attending…in order to speak directly to Achmidinajad…or whatever his name is.

No wonder this woman lost the nomination.

Clueless.

Two things come to mind here.

First of all this is exactly what is wrong with Washington, America! A Democrat bowing out because a Republican is going? Where is the bi-partisanship on behalf of our Jewish citizens protesting against a dictator who wants to destroy the State of Israel? Governor Palin did not bow out when she knew Hillary was there – why did Hillary bow out when she knew Governor Palin was going to be there?

Secondly, for those who have always supported Hillary…this should be very disappointing and revealing to you.

First of all…here is a woman that was publicly ridiculed by her husband with his sexual (oral) trists in the Oval Office of our White House. She stood by him. I don’t think that is all bad…but she didn’t even reprimand him publicly. She became his doormat!

Then she gets rolled under the bus by her Democratic opponent – the Flim Flam Obamaman – and she takes it! In fact, she rolls over and does everything he wants her to do!

Now, she doesn’t even have the guts to support another woman who has made history by becoming the first Republican woman on a Presidential ticket. A woman who spoke out on her behalf giving her credit for helping to break the glass ceiling.

I have absolutely no respect at this point for Hillary Clinton. She doesn’t have the guts to be a woman and she definitely doesn’t have the gonads to be the President.

Goodbye Hillary…and good riddance!

Look, this was as close as Palin will ever come to foreign policy experience. Showing up at an anti-Iran rally and getting her picture taken with Hillary Clinton. If only Palin could find a stage of respectability and dignity above the 10th grade then we could show those liberals a thing or two!

Palin can sing better than McCain to the Rapture culture and fear mongering end of the world crowd, she just has that Southern Baptist Convention WalMart look that McCain burned when he came out for same-sex marriage in Mass. in 2007.
