Nice camera work! How about a shot of the car, maybe look around it a bit, see if you could detect where he made contact with the pedestrian? That is the problem with a lot of news on the net, it’s being “reported” by amateurs, and so much gets left out, that you only get half the story, I guess that would explain Obama 08

The pedestrian was hit and he fell across the windshield, clinging to the hood before letting go and sliding off to the ground. Novak tried to escape and a bicyclist chased him down and parked in front of him so he couldn’t split the scene, until the cops came. Novak kept saying he had to go, let me get outta here, all with several witnesses. Novak is a guy who has had previous verbal shouting matches with pedestrians in the past, hurling obscinities at them. He races around DC in his ‘vette without regard to any laws.

Was he wearing the Batman costume when he hit the pedestian?

Too bad there wasn’t a cyclist around when Kennedy (Uncle Ted) ran off and left Mary Jo Kopekne and left her to drown some years ago.

What has that go to do with Novak running over a pedestrian? Did Novak try to leave the scene? If he did, then he committed a crime and should be charged. Just because he is a Conservative pundit does not mean that he should get a pass.

I believe that there were witnesses. Were they all “Liberal scum MSM”, too? If a Liberal is involved in a hit and run, then he/she should be charged as well. This still does not give Novak a pass.

Novak is a conservative, you can bet he won’t get anything close to a “pass”. Even if it’s proven that is was an accident, he’ll be hounded for the rest of his professional life. Within a month it will be accepted as fact that he intended to kill the pedestrian who was wearing a vote for Obama t-shirt.

If the justice system fails on this one, then I would suggest street justice should prevail. Have Novak cross the street in the crosswalk and what ever happens when a car doesn’t stop for him, well, you get the picture.
