Dear Mr. Iranian Commander,
Please don’t write checks that you boys can’t cash. I suggest you prevail on your bosses to drop your WMD program to avoid a real disaster.
Israel and the West, will deny your leader’s aims to destroy our societies by whatever methods. Become a patriot and save your countrymen from those lunatics before it is too late.

Stan   June 30th, 2008 - 1:58 am

Would you be willing to give your own life to save Israel? I wouldn’t.

Mike   June 30th, 2008 - 2:02 am

Are you willing to let Iran hit Israel with nuclear weapons and perhaps set off a few in the US? Do you think Iran wouldn’t do it? Are you willing to bet your life on it?

Stan   June 30th, 2008 - 3:56 am

Ever noticed that Israel has more influence on USA foreign policy than the other way around?
Do you know why?

blackpine   June 30th, 2008 - 5:08 am

In a related story, a Commander in the People’s Liberation Army said that if Iran doesn’t continue to be their global gas attendant, that they will discover that Persia was an ancient Qin protectorate. He added that he can’t wait for all of China to unify.

Sadly, I believe the US will go in once Israel makes the first move. Looking at the big picture, we, as Americans, have no choice. If we allow Iran to become a nuclear armed power, not only will this jeopardise our own security, due to the ever-growing risk of terrorism and extortion, this would present an increasingly unacceptable threat in a vital area of the world’s sensitive economy, namely crude oil. The Middle East by definition is already unstable. A nuclear armed Iran would threaten global security well beyond its borders. Unlike mature, responsible atomic powers as the US, Russia, China, UK and France, Iran’s leadership has openly called for the use of such WMDs against Israel and other states. This is something we cannot allow to occur. Iran’s leadership is a theocracy. A main tentant of Islam is that of
“submission”, not peace nor cooperation.
There can be no “detente” when the Iranian government is in love with the concept of death. This is a tremendous contrast to western philosophy which strives to preserve life rather than destroy it. So the day of decision looms larger, we must take the initiative or risk our own future by ignoring a serious potential threat.

Thad   June 30th, 2008 - 6:24 am

Send Iran back to the stone age!
Many over there would prefer that era anyway, call it a “win win”

JM08   June 30th, 2008 - 8:12 am

John McCain will not hesitate to spread Freedom to the people of Iran, as may be necessary.

“We can impose freedom, and we can eliminate roadblocks to freedom and to allow free societies to develop”

We are winning in Iraq!!

Patton   June 30th, 2008 - 9:16 am

How are these blow hard Iranians going to be able to cut off anything when their fleet of boats and ships are sitting on the bottom of the gulf? They can’t do squat from kayaks which is all they’ll have left after just 24 hours of battle. This bunch of bozos need to be eliminated. If doing so through encouraging the population to make a regime change, then maybe Hussein Obama, who thinks this is a tiny nation with no threat to even a flea, can convince them when he sits down with that nutty leader without ANY preconditions.

Don   June 30th, 2008 - 9:35 am

If the US was truly interested in “imposing freedom” we would be focusing on countries like Zimbabwe and Burma, not the oil-rich Middle East.

Invading Iran would be the last move we ever made, resulting in nuclear war, and the end of life as we know it.

We will never “win” in Iraq, you are foolish to think otherwise. Enjoy your war while you can boys, it won’t be long now!

kevin   June 30th, 2008 - 10:05 am

Dear Bozo who made the comment ‘Invading Iran would be the last move we ever made, resulting in nuclear war, and the end of life as we know it.We will never “win” in Iraq, you are foolish to think otherwise. Enjoy your war while you can boys, it won’t be long now!’ . I suggest you read the facts, IRAN would be bombed back into the stone age in the first 24 hrs of conflict.

Don   June 30th, 2008 - 10:25 am

Are those the same “facts” that said Iraq had WMD’s?

Would Iran be obliterated? Absolutely. Is 24 hours enough time for Iran to nuke the US, Israel, and anyone else they felt should die with them? Absolutely.

Sean   June 30th, 2008 - 10:31 am

The US would never have to invade Iran. We woulnt ever need to.

If Iran tries to stop the flow off oil, someone will react.
Which country has a fast growing economy that requires the oil for growth; more money then they know what to do with; is very close geograpgically; has a 30 million strong army and a history of doing what it wants when it wants?

If Iran gets squirrely then we will be buying our Persian Gulf oil from Occidental OIl.

Sean   June 30th, 2008 - 10:37 am

Don.
Iraq did have WMD’s.
The only descrepency was type and quantity.

andrew   June 30th, 2008 - 11:11 am

hey you misinformed masses….isreal has more then 100 nukes. so iranian nukes would mean mutual assured destruction in the middle east…there would be a cold war in the middle east like we had with the soviets….i say that is better then destroying our economy and society with another useless war against the enemies of al qaeda…yes enemies of al qaeda…but that is too complicated for you isn’t it? ahh yeah just bomb the ragheads, they are all the same, destroy our country and make the corporations rich…what do I care?

andrew   June 30th, 2008 - 11:12 am

sorry sean there were no wmds in iraq…stop lying.

Catahoula Worm   June 30th, 2008 - 12:22 pm

Iraq did have WMD’s. Why, both Clintons told us they did research and found that there were WMD’s there; John Kerry did research and told us there were WMD’s there; Al Gore told us he did his own research and that there were WMD’s there; Chris Dodd, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Chuckie Shumer all told us there were WMD’s there. Now thwy try to tell us that a person who they claim has such little intelligence, a complete dolt, George Bush, had the ability to bamboozle them all into making these “WMD’s in Iraq” speeches. That and redefining patriotism.

Airwick   June 30th, 2008 - 12:27 pm

Andrew,
Actually the Iranians are Persians not Arab but you are right. Little details like that shouldn’t bother the “bomb ‘em now” crowd.

Alex   June 30th, 2008 - 12:31 pm

Iran has only one oil refinery to feed its growing thirst for refined crude products. Put that thing out of commission and the nutcase regime begins to crumble in a matter of weeks. If possible, call the refinery five minutes ahead of time so innocent workers can vacate the place before it turns into a crater. What would be a better way of dealing with a death-loving regime than showing concern for innocents who are just doing their daily jobs by feeding their families?
A win-win by any measure!

no matter what. you cant change prophecy.

Horizon   July 2nd, 2008 - 2:20 pm

Over one billion Muslims are mad as heck at us and Israel. Israel for taking its land, and us for supporting Israel–since 1973.

As Michael Scheuer writes, we are “Marching Toward Hell” unless we mend fences with the Palestinian Cause, the Muslim Cause. We have, without doubt, violated the Muslims on their own soil with our very presence.

The chickens are REALLY going to come home to roost.

Rob   July 4th, 2008 - 4:03 am

The land does NOT belong to any muslim or arab-PERIOD! Never has either. The pieces of the puzzle for armageddon are rather obvious. Cut off oil from the west & Israel after Israel defends itsself from a murdererous Iranian leader who does intend to kill countless innocent people and fellow countrymen and Israelies? Absolute satanic evil to enth degree!! The story has been described of and the event is not stoppable. We just now know one of the major players in the situation. The fight will ensue yet The word of God will come to pass as he is NOT a liar as (some) men are. Willfull ignorance never worked. I agree with God who has NO opinion on things. The russian (bear) is well described who will make good their deeds in the events as asserted to in these articles from whatever is the initial first punch of the freeforall called armageddon so stop trying to rewrite prophecy history that has not been mistaken nor will be. Peace & safety has been uttered by 49 + hostile countries in Annapolis MD,US this year against Israel, A days wages for a loaf of bread is upon the societies more then ever too, and now the global involvement of the 3rd seal plagues now the 4th has been cracked open. just look around and assess what is happening everywhere simply seen for what it is. biblical proportions of events and now Iran & Russian & Israelie contentions? The puzzle is forming fast. Repent now I suggest. Let it be and repent.

Rob   July 4th, 2008 - 4:16 am

By the way, I’ve seen some looks before that were scary but the countenence on the face of the leader of Iran is one of a crazy insane minded person. Just look at’em. The eye is the window to the soul…
