Truth: Videotape of her arrival at Tuzla Air Base shows Clinton walking off the plane, greeting troops and walking calmly around camp. She is then met by a young girl who reads her a poem.
Clinton has admitted she “misspoke,†calling her story a “minor blip.†She attributed the misstatement to campaign fatigue. “I made a mistake. That happens. It proves I’m human, which you know, for some people, is a revelation.â€

Truth: There is no record of such a meeting at Belfast City Hall. The former first lady held a 50-minute meeting of Catholic and Protestant women at a Belfast café on Nov. 30, 1995, arranged by the U.S. Embassy, and she attended a Christmas tree lighting ceremony with President Clinton at Belfast City Hall.

For about five weeks, Clinton told a story related to her by an Ohio deputy sheriff about a pregnant woman who lost her baby and died two weeks later.
Half-truth: Clinton said the woman was uninsured and was refused medical treatment because she could not come up with a $100 examination fee.
“It hurts me that in our country, as rich and good of a country as we are, this young woman and her baby died because she couldn’t come up with $100 to see the doctor,†Clinton said.
Truth: Trina Bachtel, 35, died last August, two weeks after her son was stillborn. But she did have health insurance and was not denied treatment for her troubled pregnancy when she sought help at a hospital in Athens, Ohio. She had, however, been asked to pay $100 for treatment at a clinic she first visited, where she had incurred debts when she previously lacked health care. The Ohio deputy sheriff confirmed that Clinton related the story as he had told it to her.

First I think all three of the candidates would do a fine job. That being said, I believe her point was that why should she bail out of the race now because anything can happen between now and the end of June. The most frequent thing she says in the video is “I don’t understand it…” and “I don’t know…” For someone who is vying for the “most important job in the world” she – by her own admission – lacks understanding and knowledge as to why the media and others are encouraging her to get out of the race. I just heard this on the radio so I went online to see and hear the actual tape. I do not like either her or Obama, but really, I just do not understand why this is a big deal. I think she means that Kennedy was still duking out the nomination in June of 1968 when he was assassinated (defending why she isn’t dropping out in May). She cited two examples: First, Bill Clinton. Second, Bobby Kennedy. By mentioning something as dramatic as Kennedy, she must have thought people would think, “Yes, that’s true. He was assassinated very late in the primary season.”
That’s all there was to the comment.

I am a staunch republican from Texas and I don’t particular care for Hillary, but I thought her comments were taken out of context. First off, I am Not a Hillary fan.
I heard the comments on the radio yesterday, and reviewed again here today. There’s nothing out of context. She points out her husband was still campaigning in June, and follows that comment with the one about Kennedy. She’s simply pointing out that Bobby Kennedy was still campaigning in June when he was shot. So what?
Rather than hurt her, this video is a help to her because more people will notice what she is saying at the start.. that the media and Obama camp has been calling for her to quit since Iowa.
As much as I dispise her, if I wasn’t going to vote repubican, I’d vote for her.

In the clip she said Kennedy’s ended in JUNE. She even put the emphasis on JUNE.

While I don’t think she should have said this, I think it was a hair
brained thing to do, I really do think she was rumaging through
history in her mind, and it’s true, anything can happen in
politics. Look at the things Obamamania is getting away with
saying, like ‘back off my wife or else’ and his wife saying she
isn’t proud of america and no one is supposed to question him
because he’s black, but yet if Hillary talks about a white man
being shot, then suddenly she’s racist. I absolutely love watching
the DNC fall apart while trying to maintain their hold over their
cobbled together constituencies of opposing groups. Granted
the republican party is in no better shape, outright running
Paul out of the race (the real story this election season) and
yet Hillary sits there saying “This is unprecidented in history”
while Ron Paul was dissed at every single turn.
The DNC deserves Billary, they are the kind of people the
DNC produces: corrupt union backed chinese funded thugs.
Well, she was making the point that Kennedy was still campaigning for the nomination at the time he was assassinated — a memorable event, and therefore it stood out with some clarity, including the actual month in which it happened.
If she was the “chosen one” this wouldn’t have been a blip on the radar of the mainstream media. Since the MSM is in Obama’s corner — utterly and blatantly biased in favor of Obama — because of that they are attempting to whip this into a frenzy.
How transparent can the MSM get? And how stupid do they think Americans are? Pretty stupid, I guess, and in some cases they’re right. But this one just seems to fall flat. Once this has been over-analyzed to death, I suspect it won’t have any impact on the “all-important” polling numbers.

The statistical odds of something bad happening to the Clinton’s political enemies is very high.
This is similar to the “I am not going to talk about race, I am not going to talk about race, I am not going to talk about race” approach in many ways.
So this is the “Plan B” that Al Gore was privately warning folks about, which got Obama the SS protection.

I thought that Hillary was staying in the race until her people could find enough dirt on Obama. Now it looks as though she’s waiting until he’s six feet under the dirt!
Give it a rest people!! I do not feel that Hillary said anything wrong. She was simply reflecting on the time of year and on history. I think we should be more concerned that Obama’s middle name is Hussain and that he is Muslim. NOW THAT IS CAUSE FOR REAL CONCERN!! Nothing like opening the door for Al Kada!
