Ms. Whalen’s attorney has issued a statement:
Attorney Wendy Murphy also categorically rejected part of the police report that said her client, Lucia Whalen, talked with Sgt. James Crowley, the arresting officer, at the scene.
“Let me be clear: She never had a conversation with Sgt. Crowley at the scene,” Murphy said. “And she never said to any police officer or to anybody ‘two black men.’ She never used the word ‘black.’ Period.”

There was a turning point in the dem party where LBJ (stated in his biography as noted above) lead the way to tossing blacks a bone in order to “keep them quiet” politically. This plan of pandering to the poor in order to get their votes is nothing new. Since 1913 when federal income taxes was foisted upon the public it allowed a variable tax rate scheme to be set up in order to buy votes from the poor and uneducated with the money of the working class and the rich. This method of pandering has been particularly popular in the democrat leadership since they tend to be more attention wh-ores than actual public servants. So it is no surprise that Obama follows suit and panders to the poor and says things to the current audience that he knows to be untrue but allows enough false impressions to be established in the eyes of the general public. This is why it would have been nice to have a media that would correct his lies but the current media being in bed with Obama will not be the ones to do the correcting.

The economics of vote purchasing. The vote of a poor uneducated person counts just as much as the vote an educated genius. However, if you can steal from a rich person and buy 1000 votes with that money then it makes sense to try to buy up as many poor votes with somebody else’s money. Of course it is not quite that simple. You have honest people to contend with that will rebel against such evil behavior, if they are properly informed. Obama winning an election shows that the people are either vastly evil and dont care about ethics and justice or that they were not properly informed. Either way it shows that we have a serious problem in America.

The 911 Caller should SUE the Cambridge for defamation since Sergeant Crowley LIED in his Police Report, which resulted in a stain on her character and financial hardship (Attorney fees). At a minimum the Cambridge Police Department should apologize and pay her Attorney’s fees because if the Police didn’t LIE she would not have to defend herself. The Cambridge Police so called leadership was quick to say that President Obama should apologize and the Cambridge Police Union President went as far as to say that he was ashamed that President Obama was the Commander-in- chief. Oddly enough after they released the 911 tape and PART of the police radio exchange they showed their embarrassment by then calling for a review of the situation, but was quick to say that they would NOT investigate the officers involved. If Sergeant Crowley isn’t punished for telling the LIES in the Report resulting in defamation and financial hardship (Attorney fees) for the 911 caller the public will never have any respect or confidence in the Cambridge Police Department.
I applaud this woman. I wonder if the wonderful professor and the little anionted one bothered to thank her.

Crowley’s policy report which was immediately released by Cambridge Police after Prof. Gates arrest that described the call to the police as being about two Black men. Nobody but Crowley brought that up and his report implied all of his information came from this lady who was working in the neighborhood and didn’t know what was happening. No matter how many lies you want to tell, that was Sgt. Crowley’s fault.
This lady was forced to correct the false record that Crowley made about her involvement in the incident. Crowley should have been man enough to tell the truth on his own.
